Just wanted to share some positive reviews amongst a few negative I’ve seen about this hotel. We’re just leaving today after a week here and I can honestly say I have loved every minute!✨ Food/restaurants- as a FUSSY eater I was worried about eating here, however I can not fault the food. Breakfast was beautiful (especially the freshly cooked omelettes). Lunch was such a good variety of food which changed daily. During the evening meal, the themed nights were really good especially the Mexican night… the pulled pork tacos were amazing There were 2 nights that as a FUSSY eater I struggled but that’s just down to my presence and the food I did choose was nice. Please don’t let the reviews put you off, I ate every night and just try for yourself. Bars - definitely got our moneys worth on the AI. Personal favourite were the vodka slushies! Night time we could get up to 4 drinks from table service as there was 2 of us. Good quality drinks without upgrading. Entertainment - AMAZING!! Personally this hotel has some of the best entertainment. The entertainment team especially Roland are always making sure you’re enjoying your holiday and entertaining. From aqua gym, to bingo, to pool parties. Honestly fantastic! Rooms - we upgraded to a superior room for the sea view on the higher floor and by god it was worth it! The views were stunning. Rooms are very cleaned and spacious. All in all this hotel is wonderful and we will definitely be returning

The hotel looks like a 5 *. Beautifully decorated inside. All staff were very helpful and patient. Manager was excellent. We booked B&B but ended up eating there in the evening. Great selection of chicken, lamb, salmon and beef. Apart from so many carb choices and veggies too. Breakfast was excellent with quite a variety and choice. The staff work so hard at all times. Entertainment every evening from Flamenco dancing to magician etc. the pools were great. So much space. Place kept spotless clean. We had a superior room on 6th floor with two balconies. That was amazing having coffee in the sunshine with total privacy. Cleanliness of room was very good. Yes towels were a bit thin but toiletries were plenty. Fridge for our cold drinks. Can’t fault this hotel. Also very central to everywhere by foot which was good for us as we don’t drive. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent hotel and location. The facilities and accommodation were first class as was the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year which is a recommendation in itself. My only complaint? Poor wi-fi coverage.

Just had a great week here, one of the best hotels I've been to. Staff really friendly the place is so clean Rooms are big, beds are very comfortable No need for reserving sun loungers, plenty to go around Food is good, lovely theme nights especially Italian when there was some great seafood on offer, entertainment was good always two acts on. Huge bar area with hundreds of plants and sofas that revolve slowly around the bar, nice feature. The sea at the front was lovely for swimming, it's like a lagoon with three small beaches, feeding the fish was amazing, so great for snorkeling, they love bananas as someone had previously said. Lovely walk either way along the promenade. We would return

We have stayed in a number of hotels in this resort and by far this hotel is the best, a true 4 star hotel. Food excellent and staff very friendly and hard working they really go out of their way to make your holiday special. Will definitely be returning.

Everything is great apart from the food! Location is stunning, room clean. staff helpful, entertainment is ok. Breakfast not bad, stayed half board so didn’t do lunch but dinner was not good. Food labelled incorrectly, dishes not replenished when empty, desserts were similar to kids party food, not enough waiters, shambles really! I would definitely stay here again if bed and breakfast was an option. Everything is really lovely apart from dinner! A bottle of cava in ice was left in our room one day which was nice.

My wife and I had an excellent 8 day January stay. The hotel is well-designed and immaculate, with all bedrooms having a sea view. The food is varied and of excellent quality. The receptionist was frosty, but otherwise the staff were very friendly. In both the restaurant and bar, there were staff who made a point of engaging and, despite the number of customers remembering drink preferences from previous days. One of the two swimming pools is heated and really comfortable to be in. Step across the promenade, and you can swim in the sea in a safe spot with lifeguards. We used the public bus to visit Teguise Market on the Sunday. It is cheap, but not for the faint hearted. Bus availability does not quite fit the timetable and with no clear starting point for queuing up at the bus stops, getting on a bus when it arrives can be exciting!

We have just returned from a weeks stay and overall the hotel is great and have no complaints except for our room and the Manager !!
We paid €450 to upgrade to a suite and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !! The room was dusty in certain areas and the shower was grubby to say the least ! Over loaded extension lead, faulty light bedside bed, water continuously running in toilet ! Water in shower running hot and cold ! The list goes on !!
We went straight to reception to explain that we were unhappy with room and that the extra money we paid didn’t reflect in the quality off room. We ask if we could be moved but we’re told they were fully booked and couldn’t help us ! I was also told we saw the pictures off room before booking to which I explained that the pictures didn’t show the dust and grime and had we known how bad it was we wouldn’t have chosen this room.
I ask to speak to the manager who was abrupt and most unhelpful and quite frankly quite a bad attitude ! The said manager told us if we weren’t happy to get onto our holiday provider and ask to be moved !
This manager also told us someone had been sent to the room to check it and there was nothing wrong with it ! ( I would have thought the manager himself would have gone to look at it. ) The photos shown below are after the room was checked !
Also there was no extras worth talking about for the amount we paid and the bathrobes were so small they would have fit a child.
For the money we paid for an upgrade we did expect a lot better. ( we have upgraded in a few hotels now and have been delighted with what we got so this is the first time we felt we needed to complain )
The room definitely needs updated, and definitely a deep clean !! The furniture is years old and looks tired and old fashioned! ( glass on top of all furniture needs a good cleaning)
So until these issues are addressed I would not recommend booking this room !
The manager also needs to take lessons on manners and customer care ! Maybe he should take on the attitude off his lovely staff !!
I am uploading some photos but unfortunately don’t seem to be able to upload videos which would have been worth watching !!!

there are some real positives with this Hotel but unfortunately some negatives which i would not expect at this price range. The Hotel is perfectly located meters away from the water, with excellent views and ideal for all day sun. First impressions were very positive, the staff at reception are first rate as indeed were most of the staff throughout, one exception being a member of Bar staff who was quite curt in the way he reluctantly offered service unlike everyone else in the main bar who were friendly and courteous. We stayed in an El Club room on the first floor, pretty much what i expected for a top tier room, beautiful with two balconies one with sun beds and ideal for sunbathing, a reasonable mini bar excellent cleaning staff always efficient, ideal views, a bowl of fruit and a gift on arrival and the fruit was there throughout. Unfortunately that is where the value of El Club ends, The additional benefits are access to a roped off day bed area, first come first served however we never bothered, the location makes those using them somewhat of a display item right en-route for people leaving the rear of the Hotel to go for a swim nor were they particularly well laid out for the sun. The next Benefit if you could call it that was access to an “exclusive” area, reminiscent of a holding area located right out of the way of the main action within the extensive central area, surrounded by opaque glass which if meant to create both mystery and privacy merely serves to isolate those inside, you are told in the promotional material that in this exclusive area you have snacks and drinks a large part of the day. If this is someone’s idea of a joke then fair enough, we had days when either the spirits were not put out or the food which seemed to be the remnants of the cold meats and cheese from breakfast were all that was there all day, gradually fizzling down to one slice of ham and some very sad looking cheese sticks, very poor for how it is portrayed se photos, it gets worse after 6pm potato chips form the main offering however they are on a large platter with a set of serving tongues used for cold meats to help you put them into a bowl, save to say people resorted to using their fingers. For everyone who does not pay for exclusivity and of course for those who did you have a typical and decent offering of snacks by the pool at both the bar and near the restaurant, pool bar staff very nice people. Speaking of the main restaurant, apart from the staff, soup and breakfast what a disappointment. Never opened on time, items missing like the soup one night, on another occasion no labels telling you what things were and they were needed other times labels on wrong items, for some unknown reason the sweet selection diminished dramatically on the second week. I would say it is still worth a visit for the location, staff and weather this time of year but i would seriously look at your board basis, there are plenty of places close by to eat, we won’
