We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and cozy – while you could spot a few budget-style repairs here and there, it was nothing major. The bathroom was clean and modern, which we really appreciated.
The hotel as a whole is simply impressive – it feels almost like stepping into another world. The open space filled with plants and the modern bar in the center created a beautiful atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised to find two pool tables in the common area – a brilliant idea for spending the evening in a fun way instead of just sitting at a table with a drink.
Housekeeping was excellent. The floors were mopped every single day, which is not always the case in many hotels. It’s clear that the staff work hard and genuinely care about what they do.
As for the food: we had the all-inclusive option, so we got to try a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was of very good quality, with the Mexican cuisine being the highlight – we only wish it had been available more often. The only downside was the cleanliness in the restaurant area. Of course, much depends on the guests and how tidy they are, but it would have been great if there had been a staff member dedicated solely to keeping the dining area clean throughout meal times. A couple of times I ended up stepping on bits of food like cheese or ham that had fallen on the floor, which did spoil the experience a little.
Overall, though, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and truly hope to come back one day.

Brilliant hotel, great location for either all inclusive or B&B. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants in the locale or stay in the hotel and enjoy the AI drinks and food. A special bonus is the beach right in front of the hotel where snorkelling is very popular. Lots of fish species to view in just a few feet of water.

Very nice hotel with great location near the beach and close to all attractions of Costa Teguise. The food was good, dinners with a theme, good drinks and fun entertainment. If you are looking for calm and quiet vibe, close to beach, and not loud party atmosphere of youth-focused hotels, then this is a great place for vacation.

Just leaving today after a 10night stay. Room is comfortable has almost everything you need. Our room had a electrical issue which was unresolved, until I found the breaker box and reset the trip, I reported this at 10am and reset the breaker at 1800...so despite assurance that it would be sorted it wasn't and hasn't been mentioned since..
We went all inclusive for the 10 night stay, food got a little boring, it was almost different every day, but I'm fussy due to having a stomach operation, but overall it was good. The best meal we had was in their restaurant that you need to book, this was a 4 course meal and was amazing! Highly recommend booking this restaurant if you stay here.
We also ate out once during our stay and had a good experience there too.
The evening entertainment was hit and mis. Better in the pool bar than inside we found.
Overall it's a nice hotel, in my opinion it could do with a decorative refresh as its starting to look tired.
Lots to do in the local area we hired e-bikes and got around on those for the day.

This place was amazing for me and my children, the pools were great, the selection of food was good, (the only people who moaned were the chicken nugget and waffle brigade). My kids and I had lobster, sushi, seafood, salads. Perfect. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the staff we all found very nice and helpful and the location was brilliant. We have booked again for next year as we didn't want to leave.

I have been visiting Lanzarote since 2006, and this was my seventh stay at this hotel, which I absolutely love. Why? Location, location, location. My wife passed away in 2016, and I return every year to reminisce about the wonderful times we shared here in Costa Teguise. The reception staff, cleaners, waiters, and bar staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to assist. They take pride in their work and maintain a professional appearance. The rooms are cleaned daily, beds are made, and towels are replaced if left on the shower floor. This will be my last visit to the hotel for several reasons. The hotel now has new owners, the Alexandre Hotel Group. While this change has been long overdue, and I hope the main atrium will see improvements in the coming years, the current state of some furnishings is disappointing. Many seats are threadbare, and during my stay, a table I was using collapsed while I was on my phone. I’m confident the new owners will address the worn-out furniture and fixtures, create a more user-friendly bar, and reposition the stage for better viewing. However, the catering situation is currently unsettled. The new catering team is struggling to adapt to the equipment and staff, and their lack of English proficiency complicates communication. An expansion of the restaurant is planned for October 2025, which should help. At 76, I prefer a peaceful holiday without disruptions, and I believe 2026 will be a challenging year for this hotel as it undergoes changes. I wish them all the best and hope to return in 2027, once the issues have been resolved. P.S. About the title of this review: I’ve always found it amusing that soup spoons were never provided for guests. Google it to find out.

I couldn't fault anything, location, comfort, food, entertainment, staff, all excellent! All the staff spoke excellent English & were all extremely courteous & helpful. The variety of food every day was delicious & varied. The entertainment was particularly good.

Great hotel....rooms, lounges, pool areas, entertainment, service,etc, first class....food OK! some days better that others, but there's always plenty of choice, even for the fussiest of eaters. Can 100% recommend Costa Teguise superb & a very friendly resort, weather very good - as always. Already booked for next year.

Just wanted to share some positive reviews amongst a few negative I’ve seen about this hotel. We’re just leaving today after a week here and I can honestly say I have loved every minute!✨ Food/restaurants- as a FUSSY eater I was worried about eating here, however I can not fault the food. Breakfast was beautiful (especially the freshly cooked omelettes). Lunch was such a good variety of food which changed daily. During the evening meal, the themed nights were really good especially the Mexican night… the pulled pork tacos were amazing There were 2 nights that as a FUSSY eater I struggled but that’s just down to my presence and the food I did choose was nice. Please don’t let the reviews put you off, I ate every night and just try for yourself. Bars - definitely got our moneys worth on the AI. Personal favourite were the vodka slushies! Night time we could get up to 4 drinks from table service as there was 2 of us. Good quality drinks without upgrading. Entertainment - AMAZING!! Personally this hotel has some of the best entertainment. The entertainment team especially Roland are always making sure you’re enjoying your holiday and entertaining. From aqua gym, to bingo, to pool parties. Honestly fantastic! Rooms - we upgraded to a superior room for the sea view on the higher floor and by god it was worth it! The views were stunning. Rooms are very cleaned and spacious. All in all this hotel is wonderful and we will definitely be returning
