We have just returned from a weeks stay and overall the hotel is great and have no complaints except for our room and the Manager !!
We paid €450 to upgrade to a suite and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !! The room was dusty in certain areas and the shower was grubby to say the least ! Over loaded extension lead, faulty light bedside bed, water continuously running in toilet ! Water in shower running hot and cold ! The list goes on !!
We went straight to reception to explain that we were unhappy with room and that the extra money we paid didn’t reflect in the quality off room. We ask if we could be moved but we’re told they were fully booked and couldn’t help us ! I was also told we saw the pictures off room before booking to which I explained that the pictures didn’t show the dust and grime and had we known how bad it was we wouldn’t have chosen this room.
I ask to speak to the manager who was abrupt and most unhelpful and quite frankly quite a bad attitude ! The said manager told us if we weren’t happy to get onto our holiday provider and ask to be moved !
This manager also told us someone had been sent to the room to check it and there was nothing wrong with it ! ( I would have thought the manager himself would have gone to look at it. ) The photos shown below are after the room was checked !
Also there was no extras worth talking about for the amount we paid and the bathrobes were so small they would have fit a child.
For the money we paid for an upgrade we did expect a lot better. ( we have upgraded in a few hotels now and have been delighted with what we got so this is the first time we felt we needed to complain )
The room definitely needs updated, and definitely a deep clean !! The furniture is years old and looks tired and old fashioned! ( glass on top of all furniture needs a good cleaning)
So until these issues are addressed I would not recommend booking this room !
The manager also needs to take lessons on manners and customer care ! Maybe he should take on the attitude off his lovely staff !!

Not far from the airport. Rooms are clean and modern. Our room had a walk in shower, they may all have?. The staff are very attentive and work extremely hard. Food is good.

We stayed at the end of October, in a room with a living room, the mattresses were completely sagging, we gave up on staying the last two nights because of the back pain we had. Insufficient quality food only for customers from Northern Europe, Pool bar insufficient for all guests, the sunbeds in the morning at 7.00 were occupied by towels (without the presence of guests) the only points in favor, the friendliness of the staff and the location, you will never return. I'm sorry to have spent so much to get so little!

We are here now and the hotel it's self is stunning, and really clean. Great location , but the sunbed situation is ridiculous people are getting up at 6.00am for a sunbed. Also food wise breakfast is pretty good, but gosh evening meal choice is very poor, and poor selection of desserts. Some of the staff are not so pleasant, after reading up on this hotel and mostly positive reviews, I'm sorry to say mine isn't .I'm not sure I would return because they don't do B&B .

We visited the hotel in late April of this year, was a lovely hotel with great rooms and right in the middle of Teguise centre so were able to make a choice to either stay in the hotel or visit the bars and restaurants that close by. We went early in the season so did not expect to have too much in the way of entertainment but were very impressed with the animation team, particularly Rowland who was always upbeat and polite to all of the guests. We saw him a lot around the hotel and he was always happy to stop and help us with questions or ask us if we were interested to join in the various activities that he was running.
Overall, its was a great holiday with good rooms, comfortable beds and good food throughout the day.

We in the early part of our stay, dad and 7 yr daughter, firstly for the price you'd be fair in expecting more.
However my issue is based on a 4* hotel providing zero information on the hotel amenities on check-in, ie. Kids clubs, restaurants, gym/sauna locations, times for towel changes etc. When asking for information all you get is attitude, "have you not read the signs". I am a seasoned traveler, i have probably stayed in over 500 hotels for work and pleasure, and never have I felt like I was at fault for asking for something/or providing feedback.
Certainly won't be back, there is better for
what I would consider relative prices.
However my issue is based on a 4* hotel providing zero information on the hotel amenities on check-in, ie. Kids clubs, restaurants, gym/sauna locations, times for towel changes etc. When asking for information all you get is attitude, "have you not read the signs". Recommended. Really enjoyed this all inclusive stay.

- rooms were large and clean
- we had half board which included breakfast and dinner. The dinners were actually very good! They had a different theme each night. One night they had fresh grilled fish which was delicious.
- Location is good
- Pool area is nice to relax
- The balcony had some plants which obstructed the view. Note for management: I paid for the view so please don't block it with some small ugly plants that add no value.
- The hotel definitely caters for an older crowd but this didn't bother us at all.

My sister and I stayed for our second time last week the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good the evening meal not so good.
I'm waiting for surgery and am unable to walk any distance so I hired a mobility scooter and was not allowed to use in the hotel so had to spend extra money on a wheelchair which my sister had to push me in.
On one evening my daughter and grandaughter came to the bar to spend the evening with us I was not able to purchase drinks for them as they were staying in another location and they were asked to leave very rudely with no apology or explanation only that they were not guests, there is nothing to say non residents are not allowed to use the bar, we were not all inclusive so all of our drinks were paid for all in all very unhappy about the service and the very rude reception staff and waiters. Resturant staff are excellent. We won't come again .

If I return to lanzarote, I would happily rebook this hotel. We arrived at 9.30pm and were told food had been sent to our room as we had missed dinner. I thought that was a lovely touch. The room was perfectly adequate, amazing view from the balcony! The inside of the hotel is truly astonishing, like nothing I've ever seen. You feel like you're outside, there's tonnes of vines hanging down from all the floors, beautiful.
We were all-inclusive. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day. Loads of delicious prepared fruit, jams, ham, cheese and the best thing ever..... English bacon!!! Lunch and dinner were good, but not tonnes of choice. That's not necessarily a bad thing, sometimes there's too much choice and you end up having a bit of everything!
All the staff were super helpful and friendly. There is only one bar serving drinks during the day. Not sure if that changes in the height of summer, but it would certainly struggle when full. There's also no map of the hotel, even when you scan the QR code to get the hotel info. So you have to figure out where everything is yourself.
The hot snack bar from 3.30pm -6pm served the best cheese burgers EVER!
We were able to use the AI facilities up until we left at 6pm, so again, very pleased with that. Fantastic location with bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

We stayed here for a long weekend in April. From our arrival, all staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and not one could be faulted. The location is superb with private access to the beach and heated swimming pools. Our room had a fabulous view over the entire pool complex and the beach. In the room were tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water. The terrace was large enough for the two of us. We went all inclusive. Food and drinks are available all day long and entertainment was provided every evening. We didn't try out the tennis courts, but they are there along with mini golf. The reason I'm giving this exquisite resort a 4 star is because some of the food just wasn't great. All dishes have labels explaining what the dish is but on our final morning, the labels hadn't been changed from the night before so all were incorrect. Breakfast and lunch were the best meal times as chefs were there preparing fresh food but we ended up eating outside the hotel for dinner on two nights. Speaking of outside, the location is great as you walk straight out to an area filled with stores and restaurants.
Not sure if its just the time of year, but it did feel a bit like being in a retirement retreat.
Overall happy with our choice for this trip to Lanzarote.
