Los Zocos deserves it's namesake, and is an excellent place for a family holiday. The site is surprisingly large, with multiple (cold) pools, a free mini golf site, bar, football courts and so forth. The beach is very close outside. Rooms are generally great, we were very pleased to hear very little noise from entertainment in the evening etc. Food was generally great with a wide variety of options...

So impressed, we're in the last few days of our stay here and are planning a return next August for 3 weeks here. Had a 5 day trip here which was great very relaxed atmosphere apart from mealtimes when the restaurant was buzzing. Food was of high standard but a tad limited and I suspect it could get repetitive if our stay lasted any longer. Drink measures are generous to say the least. We are just leaving Los Zocos on our way home. The hotel was fine the staff were amazing and it was incredibly clean. My biggest problem with the hotel is that we booked here because of the free access to the water park sold by jet2. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

It is a bit old and weary. But, the service is outstanding and the people are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Hence, a form of transport is highly recommended.. They also rent out steps or bicycles (electric or human-powered) for much better prices compared to the city (5o eur for a day versus 15 for an hour). Oh, they have a small shop here but walking to the nearest supermarket...

Lucky to get on of the newly refurbished rooms on the beech front. Great location within the complex, next to breakfast (Great selection of hot and cold food). Plenty of pools non of which too busy. We are enjoying it 2.2 family. Staff pleasant and polite. Happy

Stayed as a family of 3 (4 year old daughter) in one of the 1 bedroom apartments. Decided to go self-catering given the facilities available in the apartment and haven't used the on site lido restaurant so can't comment on that, buffet selection for breakfast looked decent from what I could see at least. The hotel is great. The hotel area is divided into zones, each of which has its own pools, one deeper, and one for children. The rooms have a separate entrance, two-story, but mostly one-storey, each room has a table with chairs and umbrella and minibarek. The location is great right on the beach. The accommodations are bright with lots of space, but are starting too show signs of wear. The town centre is but a short walk if you wish to get away from the resort food.The resort staff are wonderful and very help full. Young family's will appreciate the safety of the private man made beach area's.

This is a very busy noisy resort. There is plenty to do for young families but there's a lot of chaos. The restaurants are extremely busy and on 2 occasions I got no coffee with my breakfast as the queue was too long. The food was good with a lot of choice. There is one adults only pool but the lifeguard spent most of his time doing live video calls with his girlfriend with no regard to the guests...

For a 4* Hotel, the rooms feel somewhat outdated, and there were some cleanliness issues, including cockroaches. Additionally, the view from the northern rooms overlooks a power station, burning fossil fuel, which may not appeal to everyone. This place is fantastic! The food was absolutely delightful, and the room exceeded my expectations for comfort. The entire property was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The only downside was the air conditioning in our suite—it didn’t cool the room as well as we’d hoped but I’d still recommend it as there are plenty of things to keep you occupied.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. When you first arrive it looks great however we were disappointed in so many aspects of it. The entertainment is so bad and once it finishes at 10pm that’s it, no more music or anything. We were there for 7 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once. Beautiful hotel, lovely outside space, pools etc., What let's it down? It's such a shame, not enough staff in dining room to keep up the replenishing of empty serving dishes, so many complaints. Also some desserts and fruit being served up frozen! Very long waits for food being cooked, it sometime took 20 mins waiting for meat to be cooked! Lovely hotel. Great food. Helpful staff. Refurbished room lovely. Closing in April for 4mths for full refurbishment. Hope to return when completed. Only downside - the evening entertainment could last longer with more variety of activities in the daytime.

Hotel is under going refurbishment which will modernise the dated feel to the hotel. The staff however are very good and make you feel welcome. The level services are worth the additional cost.

Very nice place. Building is somehow antique but the refurbished rooms are stunning. So are the breakfast buffet and the pool.

Maybe not 5 star nowadays but a really nice interior, great food in the restaurant and good rooms (although a bit to noisy). BEWARE of the ongoing construction work near the pool area, quite disturbing. The exterior is beautiful. Nice, natural beaches around the corner. Superb beach walk.

Renovations currently in progress. We have a refurbished room, but it seems only furniture has been replaced, not much else. Can be noisy by the pool with on going work, but beach is peaceful. Lovely resort, would highly recommend

Nice staff. Nice comfy beds. Clean. Unfortunately only 1 bar open, that is pool bar, raining today. NO option but to get soaked if you want a drink. Asked at reception for alternative bar service. Food excellent. Friendly staff Room cleaned daily pool area etc cleaned daily. After such a bad year glad to see hospitality open again. We all have to accept a few changes due to Covid. Lovely hotel though it needs a lot of work. Food was nice,but there was no labelling. If you have allergies or dietary needs it was not appropriate or a wise move to eat there. This was my first time at Beatriz Costa and Spa. We stayed here last week of January All Inclusive. We throughly enjoyed our week here, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the young man on reception who sorted out a kettle for our room. Nice looking hotel but in need of major refurbishment. My room had holes in the carpet, the only chair kept falling to bits and found a cock roach in the room. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly and the restaurant has a wide range of foods. For people who don't want to walk then it is 20 mins from the beach.

The most attentive and accommodating staff that I ever came across in this part of the world. They’ll remember your favourite drink, room number and always welcome you with a smile. The covid compliance is incredible too, you’ll feel very relaxed and safe here.

It is raining upon my arrival, but the hotel doesn’t have it’s own carpark. So we need to park at another hotel. The room is not designed good enough. I got cut by the sharp corner of the cabinet door when closing it. There are two complimentary bottles of water in the room. But they do NOT provide bottle opener in the room. But I have to say the food served at dinner and breakfast are amazing....

We loved our stay here. We had a problem when we arrived with our allocated room. This was resolved with the minimum of fuss. The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in. The choice at breakfast was superb We enjoyed the soups,salad bar and choice of main courses. The selection of cheeses was excellent.If you are a fan of desserts you would be in heaven. We will definately return .

Really chilled out Adults Only hotel, good mix of ages staying here, Great location with easy access to shopping areas, Food and Drink is absolutely amazing, Local and Branded Drinks available, and finally have to mention the staff, I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so friendly and attentive. Amazing all inclusive hotel, and at families. Great choice of food in the restaurant, and snack bar, and premium brand drinks included at no extra charge. Overall a great experience. Stayed here for 10 days with kids and never got tired of the buffets and the kids' "mini-disco." Good hotel overall, only downside was the evening meals, very poor choice and usually arrived warm. If you stay here we suggest b&b, plenty of good restaurants close by all reasonably priced.

My wife and I stared there for a week around the end of September and had a great time. The food was A1, the room was lovely and cleaned every day. The pool facilities were spot on too. All in all I could not say a bad word about the place. Well done to all the staff.

Excellent hotel in terms of facilities, rooms are very large and the hotel is very well located. Located in the center of the island, you can travel north or south in less than 30 minutes. The staff are very helpful and attentive, they made our stay a very pleasant one, special mention to Pablo and Patricia, they are 10! I recommend it!

On our 11 night stay we experienced excellent maid service rooms were cleaned every day clean bedding changed every 4 days the breakfast were very good always plenty to choose from. I would say we had a great stay all staff were polite and and helpfully at all time.

Nice hotel but I have given it 3 star because of their staff. Gosh they lack customer service... they are rude and not helpful at all. The hotel diner was not completely finished it had maintenance work on one side. Also the diner was not but fans were not turned on . We had to ask to eat outside due to the heat.

The two main men on reception were rude and as much use as a chocolate teapot. Rooms were tired sockets hanging of in bathroom. Felt it was not 4 star more like 3. All inclusive didn't have much choice in drinks I've been to lots of all inclusivesizes and never been charged for things like slush drinks crisps and ice cream. The queue was long for drinks. Excellent gym and spa. 25 mins walk to town. taxi was cheap at 4 euros if you didn't want to walk. I would not go here again...

This place is awesome for athletes and people that want to relax. Good food, nice 25m pool, sauna and recovery pools. Highly recommend for a preseason camp training.

Thought rooms were very spacious and clean bathroom was a little dated but clearly clean. Large balcony with good views but can't speak for all. Only had one bad meal but we did arrive after the restraunt should have been closed at night so not to surprising. All other meals were good no complaints plenty for kids to do.

Lovely place at the end of the strip in Costa Teguise. Friendly staff, in particular Seydi the night porter- what an absolute gentleman. Food is very good, can be a bit repetitive but that’s all inclusive. Coca Cola machines there which is great. Beds are comfy, rooms are very basic. Entertainment is good - something different on every night. Overall, a good solid 4 star.

Wonderful stay. All the team who work here are very good, but a particular shout out to Maira and Ana on reception and Macarena in the pool bar. Excellent. Stayed with the family for a week, two young children (1yr and 4yr) and the whole place was great. Lots of facilities and really close to the nice safe beach with lots of tropical fish to swim around. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Costa Teguise, between both beaches and just steps away from shops and resort centre. A supermarket sits opposite the entrance for all your needs. Great, friendly staff and good, large clean rooms. Hotel prices for food and drink are also very competitive. We would certainly return here.

Stayed here years ago, saw a drag show for the first time 10/10 would stay again. Literally the most fun I’ve had in my life. Thank you for a fun childhood holiday.

Great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful and the room we had we very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy. Food was also good and always had a lot of variety, you could also get food by the pool and you can pour your own drinks too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzarote and if you want to travel to other parts of the island buses are very cheap and regular around here....

Lovely and quiet... Rooms are spacious be some parts need attention as showing signs of wear and tare... But really clean!.. Wish we'd had done self catering if we had I'd of given it 4 stars as the food wasn't much good.. To the point we ate out every night and most mornings.. Fabulous eating places in 10 minutes walk..

Good hotel needs a little bit of work doing to it especially the gym if they put there minds to it it could be amazing, the whole place was so clean the staff so good nothing was to much of a problem for them another plus was the food will be booking again soon.

The rooms were nice but dated, the whole venue was spotlessly clean but the food in the hotel was poor. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there's not really anywhere to eat or drink near to the hotel unless you walk into the centre. I would come again but definitely wouldn't stay all inclusive. The night time entertainment was brilliant.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice comfy clean rooms, well kept gardens and function areas, an overall pleasant stay... Oh and the pool looked inviting but as it was winter we decided not to try it!

I had rather good time at this hotel... though it's far from ideal, specially from the kitchen side. Food that is served in all-inclusive is very very fat... everything is fried and there is little vegetables to choose from. All inclusive 1 weeks break and does what it says on the tin. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, loads a food to accommodate most and if you need your beige food fix there's always the pool bar. Lovely pool if not a bit chilly but lovely little place for a bit of winter sun. Great for families. Lots to do in and around the hotel and Lanzarote generally.

Wonderful hotel, with nice food, animation and service. Very German - all the animation is only in this language, which is a drawback for tourists from other countries. Nice location - close to the shops and restaurants and close to two beaches: one big with wind-surfing options and another small, but perfect for diving and snorkeling. Has a volleybal and tennis courts! Minus one star for the all...

Just referring to food. Only 3 points, because of unimaginative menu. No good quality ham or jamón, no good quality cheese like Brie or Tomme at breakfast. The jam pumps are empty or they don’t work. No good ideas for dinner – roastbeef or prime rib, or lamb shoulder. No choice entrees like lobster, caviar, crayfish, oysters, shrimps, Scandinavian pickled fish bites… All low end stuff available like...

The food was outstanding with a wide variety of it. The room was a bit small but functional. The location was ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and close to many shops lining the outside street. If I were to stay in Costa Teguise again I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a bungalow & it was spacious & kept spotless. The reception staff were so friendly & helped us with directions & day trips. We were half board & breakfast & dinner was never a disappointment. Beautiful place to stay. I can't wait to book for next year.

Decent little complex. Apartments were basic which is to be expected at that price point. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No shortage of sunbeds and the little cafe thing was dead cheap (1.50 Euros for a coffee). Only minor quibble is the cleaners came quite early on some days but I guess 10am isn't early for most folk! I recommend a walk to arrecife. Takes about an hour and lots to see on...

Booked a bargain week and happily surprised by the accommodation, location and staff. The little bungalow I am in is perfect for me. Walk in shower in very clean bathroom. Little area to sit out. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Being on my own coming somewhere unknown can be a bit daunting but the location 5 mins from playa Bastian is great. I booked breakfast and would recommend ....very Good

Outstanding service, very clean, great position a short walk from the beach and the Beach is spotless. Pools were great. Use of gym was useful, on site restaurants were very good and cost less than most venues outside. Please bear in mind we went in Easter when it wasn’t so busy so may not reflect main holiday season

We stayed on the HPB site which is consistently excellent .Self catering which we like.Central and within walking distance of many restaurants .Near the beach .Lovely swimming pool and restaurants on site! Weather very good. Mid to high 20 degrees. Recommend this place .

Great location. Clean rooms and surrounding areas. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Overall a good place to stay.
