Hotel rooms are good and clean as well as the grounds,always spotless. Drinks at bars are plentiful but cocktails are not worth bothering with. With the exception of breakfast, although having to pass bread through toaster 6 times to get brown is ridiculous !!!. food is well below average and mostly lukewarm at best. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

The location is great right on the beach. The accommodations are bright with lots of space, but are starting too show signs of wear. The town centre is but a short walk if you wish to get away from the resort food.The resort staff are wonderful and very help full. This hotel was okay, although if you had been before( as many seem too) or spoke Spanish, you were treated better. Brilliant hotel, great location for either all inclusive or B&B. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants in the locale or stay in the hotel and enjoy the AI drinks and food. Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Sadly this isn't the Oasis Lanz we previously stayed at. There were issues with cockroaches in our room (114) which were raised and a "deep clean" done but it didn't solve the problem and when I again raised it when we checked out the response was "it's hot". In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man. The service felt very unfriendly and impatient towards Asians.

Very similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave) many children, many small pools on the territory There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such. Wonderful hotel, with nice food, animation and service. Very German - all the animation is only in this language, which is a drawback for tourists from other countries. Nice location - close to the shops and restaurants and close to two beaches: one big with wind-surfing options and another small, but perfect for diving and snorkeling. Just referring to food. Only 3 points, because of unimaginative menu. No good quality ham or jamón, no good quality cheese like Brie or Tomme at breakfast. The jam pumps are empty or they don’t work. No good ideas for dinner – roastbeef or prime rib, or lamb shoulder. No choice entrees like lobster, caviar, crayfish, oysters, shrimps, Scandinavian pickled fish bites… All low end stuff available like...

The food was outstanding with a wide variety of it. The room was a bit small but functional. The location was ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and close to many shops lining the outside street. If I were to stay in Costa Teguise again I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for one week. All inclusive. Found the food top class. The staff were efficient and friendly if you make the effort. Rooms were very tidy with a large balcony, try to avoid rooms near entertainment. Hotel a bit remote. 20 mins pleasant walk to market. Hotel better than rated. Had a great stay. 😁

We had a really lovely relaxing holiday…3 star but reviews weren’t a lie. Great food, entertainment was exceptional for kids and the team worked hard all day. Pool area clean and plenty of sun loungers although you still have the morning rush. Relaxed with drinks and food, can sit outside the restaurant to eat and there was a theme night every day…varied food and fresh 👌 highly recommend

Nice and cheap place to stay. Pool was freezing cold. Food was great and staff were lively. Only a short walk to the town centre. Went for a week but wish I had stayed longer. Entertainment was okay. Drinks were good. Overall we had a great time and will stay again

For a 3 star hotel this is above and beyond what I expected. Food was nice with a fairly good selection for each mealtime. Staff work tirelessly in everything from cleaning, serving on the bar, cleaning the dining hall to entertaining everyone. We had an amazing 14-day family vacation at this beautiful small hotel. The location is perfect - so close to the beach! Currently staying here block A. It's an absolutely fantastic hotel and great value for money! Staff can't do. Enough for you were only here for 3 nights. This is our first day. Stayed here before and honestly the pools great. Entertainment is wonderful. And the staff are exceptional. I don't know what people are moaning about on these reviews.

Good location for restaurants and bars and not too far from airport. Swimming pool and Pool area was clean. Reception staff very nice and friendly. We did not have food at galeon playa as we were self catering so we went out for food. Only let down was that the bedding and towels smelt unclean even after room clean which is every 2 days. Fantastic 3 star hotel. Rooms lovely, large and modern. 2 lovely pool areas. Breakfast is fantastic. Good free WiFi. Always sunbeds available. Only missed 5 star as no air con.

Couldn’t really fault the hotel. It offers superb value for money. If you’re expecting 5-star, then pay five times as much, but this is a clean, friendly, well-equipped hotel. I have read some bad reviews, especially about ‘poor’ rooms, but that’s very unfair.
