Hotel rooms are good and clean as well as the grounds,always spotless. Drinks at bars are plentiful but cocktails are not worth bothering with. With the exception of breakfast, although having to pass bread through toaster 6 times to get brown is ridiculous !!!. food is well below average and mostly lukewarm at best. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

It is a bit old and weary. But, the service is outstanding and the people are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Hence, a form of transport is highly recommended.. They also rent out steps or bicycles (electric or human-powered) for much better prices compared to the city (5o eur for a day versus 15 for an hour). The location is great right on the beach. The accommodations are bright with lots of space, but are starting too show signs of wear. The town centre is but a short walk if you wish to get away from the resort food.The resort staff are wonderful and very help full. Young family's will appreciate the safety of the private man made beach area's.

Nice hotel but I have given it 3 star because of their staff. Gosh they lack customer service... they are rude and not helpful at all. Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

Just referring to food. Only 3 points, because of unimaginative menu. No good quality ham or jamón, no good quality cheese like Brie or Tomme at breakfast. The jam pumps are empty or they don’t work. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of it. The room was a bit small but functional. The location was ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and close to many shops lining the outside street. If I were to stay in Costa Teguise again I would definitely stay again.

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man. The service felt very unfriendly and impatient towards Asians.

Had a great 7 days at this hotel with bed and breakfast Very clean hotel in all areas Room a lovely size with amenities we needed , Room cleaned 3 times while we were there Helpful staff Nice walk into the square, there is also nearby good restaurants and shops if needed Overall a great stay and would return x
