Oasis Lanz Beach Mate in Costa Teguise

I love this hotel. Second time I've stayed here. Just watch out for a certain waiter, he tries to flirt with my partner all the time and ignores me. Management needs to monitor their staff better. Aside from that, I plan to come back again.

I rarely post reviews — this hotel and that restaurant are the only two I’ve ever commented on. Both were based on personal, firsthand experiences.
I stand by what I observed.

Needs an indoor lounge / bar and evening entertainment. We have drinks with dinner and at 9:15 we were asked to sit outside,
At 9:30 all the lights went out.
If you want a beer after 9:30 you have to go into town .
Not the best welcoming hotel 😕

Had a weeks holiday Oct 25. Would recommend this hotel . Staff very friendly , food was good with wide range . Rooms very comfortable and clean . 2 nice heated pools with plenty of sun beds . They do have a policy to stop people putting their towels on the sun bed and leaving for hours which is fair enough . Gym sufficient for what we wanted . Prices for food and drinks reasonable. Good location for local r restaurants and beach .

What a beautiful Hotel, as centrally located as can be really.
We found the staff here (all the staff) to be AMAZING!!!!
Cannot praise them enough, from advice for places to go, to the buckets of ice from the pool bar, all very friendly and happy to help with anything requested.
Some of them even had a sense of humour to keep you on your toes!
Unfortunately, there has been some building work going on, but I can't say this really hammered our holiday some days it was a bit noisy but that's just the way of things.
We have had a great stay (made better by all the amazing staff) and would/will definitely return.
The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach, and bars, restaurants, cafes galore within steps of the entrance.
The x2 swimming pools were well cared for, with a lifeguard constantly tidying and rearranging the loungers as required.
They also did not let anyone claim a lounger and leave for the day ( i thought this was a nice touch ), so there was a constant flow of people around for as long as they wanted.

An amazing little hotel! It's so beautiful everywhere you walk. The plants are stunning. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food was very good but do bear in mind it's a very small hotel so there isn't a masses of choice that you could be used to, but good quality, good food. BBQ night was a particular highlight for us. We paid for 2 half board dinners at €120 for 4 people, which included drinks is such good value. Building work is still ongoing, and depending upon where your room is, it could be a problem for some. Fantastic hotel. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. You get a wonderful greeting as you check in, including a refreshing glass of cava. The location could not be any better, right opposite bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the staff.

Right from the start, a nice smooth, fast check-in with concise information on all the hotel facilities (juan). Room spacious and clean. Restaurant well run all staff very efficient and helpful specially Cipri (hope that is spelt correctly).
Didn't get any bad meals, lots of choice including meat cooked to order.
There is building work being carried out, but it was not loud and didn't bother us or spoil our holiday and we were at the side where the work is being carried out. Overall a very relaxing free and easy do what you want when you want as there's no animation/kids club running round. Close to the beaches ( Jablilo playa is great for snorkeling). Main shop's are literally across the street.

Could fault nothing at this wonderful hotel, the room was huge and very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful, location very close to beaches, shops, restaurants and all amenities.
Food fabulous masses of choice and excellent quality.
Pool and all public areas immaculately clean and well maintained.
We will be back.
