a fun time especially during the Xmas season with the bands

Upon entering the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and we were quickly checked into our room. When I went downstairs to buy dinner, I discovered there was a buffet. Of course, I'd only booked breakfast

It was a shame that the terrace was completely covered by an umbrella that obscured the entire pool view. But the pool and spa were the most enjoyable, and the weather was wonderful

Staffs were friendly, room was very clean,great view and lovely seaview. We will recommend our friends if they are holiday in Denia.

Restaurant had a vast range of tasty foods at both breakfast and lunch. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable and we had a view of the sea, the pool and gardens which was perfect. Staff were friendly and professional

The rice was dry and burnt, probably overly microwaved. The vegetables in the curry seemed like they were frozen vegetables from ready made meals. This restaurant definitely doesn’t have the standards of a 5 star hotel

The waitress at the sports bar was not professional at all compared to the staff of the whole hotel. Great service in general if it wasn’t for that waitress. Everything with her seemed aggressive, not refined at all

Good observation! The Montgó restaurant was exceptionally good, we were very please with the service and the cuisine. Specifically the tasting menu, absolutely loved it

If it wasn’t for her and the curry this stay would have been a 10/10. I would still recommend the whole stay. Just avoid the sports bar at all cost

It would be nice if they had a different tasting menu everyday but a la carte is also great. All the waiters were super attentive

When one of them saw that the tea cup he was bringing was dirty he excused himself and brought a clean one inmediately

Very polite and helpful staff, cozy rooms with kitchens, not far from the sea.

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Silvia and Joan in the spa reception. Joan showed us all the options in the circuit of the Spa and left us to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation in the beautiful area

Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Both Silvia and Joan were very professional, making the experience calming and so enjoyable

Nice touches like dry towels both before the swim and before the massage were an added bonus. We enjoyed a glass of Cava by the hotel pool afterwards

Not sure what they could have done better. Found a room last minute, lovely food, good selection of drinks and comfortable rooms. The location is superb - close to the beach, to the town and even to the mountain.

They were very polite, fun, always smiling and super helpful. The only complaint I could have is that the rooms needed a little old here and there, with a sticky bathroom barn door being the most annoying thing

Reception and restaurant staff went out of their way several times to make sure I was comfortable. My room facing the sea was quiet and comfortable. The meals I ate were first rate. Zero complaints, many compliments

Love the terrace overlooking the sea. Cafe con leche with Deb and Billy, perfect.

Tasteful interior, good service (we asked for a room change because our first room was right above the exterior air conditioning motor and very noisy - we were offered a new room immediately), great breakfast room on the beach

A bit outside of the city which makes for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Two small minuses: There was sometimes a little noise in the room because we heard the shower and the doors from the room above

My husband and I are staying at this hotel for the third time. We particularly enjoy the great location, fantastic breakfast on the beach, friendly staff, and excellent room service

The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub

In total, we stayed three nights in the hotel, two in December 2023 and one in February 2024. Both times, we enjoyed our stay. Both rooms offered sea and pool view, enough space and comfortable beds

We stayed at Hotel Les Rotes for a week in September as we were getting married at a nearby venue. All totalled together, 60 of our friends and family stayed at the hotel too

Wonderful property. Great breakfast and pool outside gardens. Real close to the Seawalk on the Med for great atmosphere to walk and exercise. Everything was perfect. Great friendly service and staff.

After weeks in Mallorca in an apartment with a sea view, we decided to opt for a first floor room with a private terrace, and we just loved it

A beautiful well located clean lux place! Suite had wrap around porch - (could use a nicer tv and better system) - great spot! Great location too! Clean - luxury - nice people!

Fantastic hotel with great location. The hotel have a high standard and the rooms are great. The customer service where exelent. We had some request during the stay and the hotel fixed every request with a smile

The views are great, though note as it is on the marina, it is a 5-10 minute walk to where many of the main restaraunts are (not a problem in a lovely town)

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean, tidy and well served with amenities. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

👏🏻 We were also impressed by how many facilities and services the hotel offers. The receptionist, Saray, was lovely and explained everything to us very kindly. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more next time

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and with a nice view. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full and healthy. We will be back!!

This whole process convinced me not to recommend the hotel to my friends and family who travel frequently for triathlons, marathons, long distance bike events, and the occasional ironman

Reason being, I was made to give a refundable “deposit” of €235 for possible expenses connected to the fitness club — services I didn’t reserve and made clear I wasn’t going to use

We came across the hotel and decided to stop by for a meal at the restaurant, and we were really pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, so well done to the chefs

Met our requirements, needed an overnight in denia, great location, reasonably priced which included a very nice breakfast, it's in a great location, sea views and bars and restaurants right beside it ,I'll be back thank you

Small very friendly hotel. Staff excellent and very knowledgeable about the locality. On the sea front overlooking one of the marinas and well placed for exploring Denia. Rooms very comfortable and include breakfast.

It's a very good hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Good location, they offer an open buffet breakfast included. Rooms are well-equipped a little bit small but very tidy and cozy.

Nice seafront hotel with 20 rooms, good restaurant and dedicated bike storage. A group of 7 of us stayed here to cycle in the area

We took a taxi into Denia itself a few nights where the choice of restaurants is good - with good vegetarian options. Our group were on a cycle holiday and the bike storage shed was fine for our needs

It’s out of town but taxis and local bus service are available. It was so hot during our stay we were happy to be on the beach everyday. Beach towels are provided and the hotel loan beach chairs too

Really pretty hotel. It was right before season so they were really just getting ready.. Pretty gardens and full balcony’s with lounges and table and chairs.. Great buffet breakfast.. Would return...

Decent breakfast, cute hotel grounds, very nice staff, some of the facilities could be renovated (example: shower).

Really big fluffy towels, that will not get washed if you hang them ? Their coffee was the only thing we had, pretty tasty. Very little privacy in the rooms in the first floor. The lower floor had small terraces

But when we arrived there was only record for three nights and worried if we had to look for somewhere else. The shower, as you can see in the picture, was very whimsical, water pressure is medium to low

Very nice place, good sized rooms, excellent gardens and pool area. Nice food at breakfast and dinner. AC a bit noisy, and fridge could do with being in a cupboard as it too is noisy, plus better pillows

Overall we liked it but found it too far from the beach, 15 min to the very rocky shore and another 10 to the sandy beach, most of it with no shade. However they have a couple of bicycles you can use

A great low budget hotel, clean tidy, good breakfast spread for continental, not just croissants and jam but also fresh fruit, dates, nuts, cake, and toaster with 4 types if bread, cold meats and cheese and 4 types of milk, very impressive! I would definitely recommend if you want a no fuss low budget hotel in Denia

Its not in the very centre of Denia but it is a short 10 minute walk to the port, 3 to supermarket, 15 to the centre, 15 to the beaches. Good quality breakfast although there is no cooked breakfast

Good value for money. Don't expect any luxury but it's near to everywhere and service is great.

Seven minutes walk to the beach front. A great position and quiet enough to sleep undisturbed

Vincent and Jacob were amazing and had some great chats with them. Walder and the waiting staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend staying here and will be seriously considering a return visit in the future

Such a lovely hotel modern inside but with a feel of old style Spain to it. Had a beautiful room with a terrace and sun beds lovely to have our own private space. Great to cool off with a dip in the pool

Great position minutes from sea and you can walk into Denia

Nothing was too much trouble and any requests dealt with by the excellent and super friendly staff. They were experiencing a heatwave and loaned us a parasol for the beach which was hugely appreciated

The place has an eternal fight against leafs, pine needles and dove droppings. 50 meter from the sea and a good restaurant
