Seven minutes walk to the beach front. A great position and quiet enough to sleep undisturbed. A great low budget hotel, clean tidy, good breakfast spread for continental, not just croissants and jam but also fresh fruit, dates, nuts, cake, and toaster with 4 types if bread, cold meats and cheese and 4 types of milk, very impressive! I would definitely recommend if you want a no fuss low budget hotel...

Great for budget travel. Rooms are a bit noisy, very thin walls but but fine to sleep if you are not a light sleeper! Basic but good breakfast, lots of plastic consumption.. :( but not at all bad for a basic hotel! You get what you pay for!

Nice Hotel only 5 minutes from the port and all the restuarants and bars.Very convenient location and reasonably priced.

Excellent little hotel that punches well above it's weight. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly. Its not in the very centre of Denia but it is a short 10 minute walk to the port, 3 to supermarket, 15 to the centre, 15 to the beaches. Good quality breakfast although there is no cooked breakfast. Very good value for money hotel. Only downside is that the walls are thin but otherwise I would recommend...

Everything was perfect for our stay, the facilities were first class and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good tidy hotel, stayed here as we were eating at QuiQue Dacosta (10 minute walk from Hotel). Had parking too which was good and very friendly staff. Just one star off as a cockroach made its way into our bathroom!

Passionate people and personalized service make you feel like visiting your friends house. Well cleaned, cozy, located in the heart of the old town. My Mother and I spent a pleasant week in April. Highly recommend PS. Shy is always shining)

Fabulous little bar, great atmosphere with a cozy big fire lit. We have not stayed in the hotel, just visited the bar on our way to dinner.

This hotel is fantastic, I have never received such personal and friendly service before. From the time that Shy the owner greets you until you leave you know that you can rely on her to help you if you have a question. The bar is run by a very nice man called Angel and he too goes out his way to make you feel welcome.

this hotel is a rare gem! Shy, the owner, is an incredible and personable host & very helpful. the hotel itself has the kind of charm that is hard to find or fabricate. it's super clean and has all the basic amenities, including TV and a tub in the bathroom. & it's in a prime location in Javea near many restaurants. will definitely be coming back!

Hotel in the historic centre of Javea, 5 km from the beach. Often live music in the bar. Worthwhile a visit.

Fantastic small boutique hotel in the centre of Javea old town. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location make this an ideal place to stay for a short break.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Ideally located between the old town and the port/ marina. It's in a quite area with a Lidl close by and a supermarket up the road. Rooms cleaned and serviced I'd say every day but every 2nf day was enough for me. I had a room only rate but the breakfast in their cafe/ restaurant underneath is fantastic value for money and very popular. I don't know the owners names...

Really lovely little hotel and excellent value. The rooms were clean and modern with good facilities for the price. Easy to get to the old town and the marina/beach. we paid an extra euro or 2 for a balcony which I would recommend.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and linen was immaculately clean with lovely pillows. The breakfast was great, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our two weeks here. Our room was perfectly adequate for us. Cleaned every day, including linen as required. As you would expect given the number of rooms, the restaurant had busy times, but it was not an inconvenience at all. I have just been on my first Saga holiday and i stayed at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean the staff were friendly and the food was fantastic so much choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. I stayed here on a Saga holiday. The hotel was very clean and room spacious but I had no balcony so marked down. Staff were friendly, helpful and hard working. This hotel was ideal for us as a family. Location was perfect, 5 minutes from the beach, 20 minute walk from Denia centre. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. All the staff were very attentive. Fantastic location. Fantastic helpful friendly staff. Great size rooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Food is good with plenty of choice. Entertainment at night is the only thing that is just adequate. Have stayed 4 times and will certainly do so again.

For 3 Stars it is five Stars! Only the parking lot doesn't have enough spaces and even those are very tiny.

Lovely place, one minute walk to the beach, and a nice stroll to the marina, shops, and restaurants, we decided to eat at the hotel and the food was excellent, and the staff very helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is great, near to beach and town. Lots to eat around. Hotel is brilliant, small just right for recent retired couple. American items love, with very neat, large and clean rooms. Pool and gardens ideal for rest and fun in the sun. Staff friendly and service always great. Food has been varied and delicious. Hope to go back soon.

Location was perfect for the old town, restaurants and shopping. Only 15 min walk to the port and the marina. Our room was delightful, spacious and with its own terrace. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. The hotel is full of character and is an eclectic mix of new and old furnishings which made it very interesting.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very nice rooms and well priced. Parking is available but limited, WiFi is good reliable and free. Room comes with breakfast which varied and of good quality. Try this hotel I think you'll like it.

Hidden gem, such a beautiful courtyard opens up when you go through the main entrance. Fab breakfast buffet and super meal of the day too.

We had breakfast a few times in this georgious hotel. The patio is very authentic and gives you some fresh air during summer. Price and quality are very good. Hotel rooms very good equipped. Very recomendable, right in the centre of the village.

Very nice place, good sized rooms, excellent gardens and pool area. Nice food at breakfast and dinner. AC a bit noisy, and fridge could do with being in a cupboard as it too is noisy, plus better pillows. Overall excellent vfm.

Overall we liked it but found it too far from the beach, 15 min to the very rocky shore and another 10 to the sandy beach, most of it with no shade. To town, easily 40 min. However they have a couple of bicycles you can use. The pool was nice and clean although small. But there is a lot of road noise. A million plants make it pleasant. Really big fluffy towels, that will not get washed if you hang...

We have been very well for two nights. The place is well decorated with its own personality and the staff is really nice and helpful. The only bad side is that WiFi is really slow. All the other rooms are perfect, but try to avoid the 108 if you are not comfortable with certain noises. There is an air cooling machine at the other side of the wall which is heard from the room. A very comfortable hotel in a quiet and great position straight on the sea, the room are very comfortable and not noisy, the staff is kind and laid back, absolutely recommended :)

The hotel is really nicely located directly at the beach with a huge wide terrace. Rooms are super clean, not the biggest but definitely ok for a few days. Not to forget the breakfast: all you need and can imagine and the stuff is super friendly.

I stayed here during my time in the area for a destination wedding shoot of an Irish couple & I was delighted with the place. My room was perfect & the staff were absolutely lovely & made me feel at home. The views from my window where amazing & I really just lived this quant little hotel with a really lovely atmosphere.

We keep returning to this hotel and its restaurant because the place is wonderful. The food the staff the location is fantastic. The sunsets are to die for the sea is warm. Try the paella and the salads as well as the potato croquettes.

What a wonderful find. In the heart of Denia fantastic location right next to cafés, restaurants, night life and a five minute walk to the beautiful harbour. Lovely staff attentive and always smiling beautiful outside area to eat and drink. Double room we had was beautiful, large bed, TV, mini bar, good air-conditioning could not fault, would recommend and will definitely be stopping again 🇪🇸❤️

We had the family suite and it was the perfect size. Lots of space for the kids to run around and the decor very cool. Only downside is there is no lift. The location is fab, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and it was great to have hotel parking nearby! Will visit again.

Staff we're very helpful, changed room so we had a shower 🚿 instead of bath. Breakfast tasty. Room a good size unfortunately the bathroom was small, hard to get around the door. The restaurant was having major works, didn't bother us but could have been told before.

Best location in Denia. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable room. Very friendly family run hotel, much more than you would expect for a three star rating. Excellent breakfast, with good service. Happy to highly recommend .

Small very friendly hotel. Staff excellent and very knowledgeable about the locality. On the sea front overlooking one of the marinas and well placed for exploring Denia. Rooms very comfortable and include breakfast.
