I recently stayed at this hotel, everything was wonderful, my room was comfortable y silent, perfect for a good night sleep.
The buffet breakfast is wonderful and good priced, with good options for my Keto diet.
The staff was superb, very attentive and kind.

The place is fine but very disappointed that residents had to pay extra to use the spa facilities. Never had that before anywhere in the world. Also no coffee in the room just speciality teas. Fine if you like that but a coffee sachet isn't too much to ask

Superb staying here presently for one week as I am having Cataracts removed HSE cross border/ EU initiative in the local hospital through Health Abroad. A fantastic hotel. We are Half board, breakfast and evening meal. Stunning weather at least 25 degrees.

We travelled with HCA for an operation, so it was part of the package plan. All around good. Rooms, pool, service was good. Small criticism; communication amongst staff isn't the best; reception will say one thing, staff will say another, etc. Aside from that, very good. Within walking distance of the beach, the centre of Denia, the castle, etc.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are arranged practical, spacious and the bed was good. Nice option at the breakfast for a freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs.

Party of 4 - 2 double rooms, one party left after first night, I felt it was ok - so we stayed on. No breakfast, no nothing, just the room. You can park for free outside the hotel and if you bring bikes like we had you can park these inside by the reception at night. Located close to everything as long as you have a bike - and the rooms are clean and it is ok - no luxury - but cheap and cheerful...

The hotel is okay, but nothing more.
There were several major flaws such as the fan in the air conditioning not working. This meant that during the day the room was impossible to keep cool. We advised the reception about this and was first told that we had set the thermostat wrong, which we haven’t. Then a technician came and concluded that the fan was broken and there was nothing he could do. We mentioned this to the reception and was told they would look into it, but nothing happened. Since we were only there for 3 nights, we ended up not pressing the issue. It would, however, have been nice if the reception had been a little more proactive. We were also not offered any compensation when we raised the issue again during checkout. The toilet was also not functioning properly. Whenever you had flushed, you had to work the buttons in order for it to not keep running.
In general the hotel is pretty worn. The beds are incredibly firm bordering on being able to feel the springs.
Additionally, there are some minor annoyances. For example, there is a full kitchen (cook top has been removed) but no trash can and no glasses for drinks. We had to use the plastic glasses from the bathroom. The light in the hallway turns off automatically, however, the sensor as space so that you basically have to be right under the lamp before it turns on. This makes the hallway seem very unwelcoming. We were also missing a “don’t disturb” sign, so we were disturbed by housekeeping several times. A request to the reception for a sign did not lead to one materializing.
To summarize: The hotel is okay, but was probably about €30-50 too expensive per night when taking its condition into consideration.
