Hotel Nuevo Portil Golf

When we arrived at the Nuevo Portil Hotel we were warmly greeted by Francisco, who was very fluent in English and explained everything to us very detailed. It was simply amazing and exactly what you would expect from a 4* hotel.

They took the time and explained us how everything worked at the Nuevo Portil and was even okay with our unreasonable amount of questions.

Breakfast is reasonably priced and has a variety of everything- I would describe it as “Continental” and it really meets the 4* standard.

Rooms are very clean, spacious and housekeeping does a great job. We would suggest booking through the hotels website, this way you get a free refill of the mini bar each day for free! Very luxurious.

The hotel has a very convenient location far - but still close - enough from Huelva.

Only problem booked golf with a buggy due to wife's incapacity. First day was so busy took over 5 hours to play 13 holes, so we did not complete the round. Second day no buggy available for our tee time so the golf has been a waste of time.

Nice golf hotel with an excellent service. All staff very professional and the concept off three different choices at the three course dinner worked well. The golf course was in good shape and the greens held high standard. Unfortunately the driving range did not at all meet the standards. Old golf balls hard as stones. Kind of surprised you had to pay for them. But still I enjoyed my stay.

Was here on a golf break with a group of 9. The hotel itself was in great condition, and the staff made it a wonderful experience. The food was great, service was excellent. 10/10 will go again

This medium/small hotel is designed and decorated in an original and taseful way, the rooms are large and look onto the garden and very comfortable. Good internet. Location is across the road from a huge beach. It's on a golf course but there are enough trees to block it - quiet spot, easy parking, nice service and above all the off season price of 55eu was great value - mid season it's only around eu65 which is also great. Breakfast is 11eu and looked ok

Nice hotel, with pleasant rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good but restaurant had a limited menu. Other than the golf course and nearby beach there was not a lot of other activties or areas of interest.

Nice hotel. There are very positive aspects (such as type of room, food) and slightly negative (the week never changed the soap, even when there is some kind of pathetic stub :) ). But overall the hotel is good
