Service: When I checked in, I paid in full but they were still going to charge me the room fee. After I raised this issue, I became impatient and told me about the parking space for 5 euros at first. After I asked him to charge twice, he told me about the parking fee. 15 euros. I asked why it was said that there were no parking spaces for 5 euros, and there were only 15 euro parking spaces. Then why was the parking fee 5 euros when we first prepared to charge it? I just want to charge more

Around 30 min walking to Girona town/centre. Bit in the middle of nowhere. I’d point to anyone seeking to stay there that there is no further options for food than the one offered by the hotel so consequently is expected that guests will have, specially if staying more than 1 night, some light dinner on the room. In my case reason for that was a huge group of teenagers having buffet on the restaurant, so decided to eat something in the room. I headed to the bar, I asked for cutlery and some hot water and I felt literally criminalised just for asking for cutlery and hot water, I had to insist before having anything and staff insisted for me to go quick back to the room to don’t be seen. I feel the place lacks genuine customer experience, from Reception to the restaurant. I posses several years working in the hotel industry, management should create a warmer environment.
