Very disappointing stay. Besides the location which I should have checked and is not convenient nor nice, my room shower was not working. When i informed reception in the morning, a surprised apology and that’s it. Honestly a 4 star hotel selling a room with shower should meet this contract requirement, it is basic. I was expecting better reaction. Seems overall refurbishing is needed.

The staff at the front desk are amazing. Welcoming and kind.
The guy serving in the resto, made me ana americano, and was amazing company.
The hotel is great.
But the service, the people, the staff, they deserve a raise. 5 star treatment, 5 star people. Tip them, be kind to them.

Wow, the room. So as a family we were offered a suite with two separate bathrooms, sliding doors, robes, slippers the lot. It is a 15-20 min walk from the old ’barrio’ and the bridges over the river. We wish to stay longer in Girona next time and this hotel was great bang for the back. We parked in the garage but there seems to be free lots close to the hotel.

They’ve got a mini fridge if you’re wanting to keep your own drinks cool.
The bathroom is a little outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment.

Spacious and clean rooms. Conveniently located close to a shopping mall and many good eateries. Just a km away from the Girona station. Special thanks to Leire who was at the front desk. She made the check in process very smooth and helped us during the stay. Was a wonderful stay.

Just some hours to spend in a good place and have some distraction. Period.
But no, tv freezes every three minutes, wifi strength is none to fair, useless.
What do you do?

We had a lovely stay here for 1 night. Didn't catch the name of the receptionist who checked us in, but she was incredibly friendly and professional, provided us with a map, highlighted areas to visit, gave us directions, was incredibly helpful! Also the gentleman who served us in the bar was friendly and attentive too. The room was nice, a bit dated and could use a refurbish, but other than that it was comfy. The newly refurbished reception area however, looked great. Location wasn't terrible, a 20 minute walk from the main areas and old town, but we didn't mind as was in the sun, and less than 10€ to get back at night in a taxi. We would stay again.

Noisy and smelly.... And way too hot... Probably due to a disfunctional heating

Overall the service were good, but curtains were dusty and toothbrushes you got on reception not in the room. Finally we felt the hotel I a bit “tired”
