We cannot express how wonderful this hotel is x All the staff made us very welcome and went out of the way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay 😉 The rooms were clean and well maintained and very modern. We did bed & breakfast and the food was of a very high standard x Will definitely come back.. I hope the takeover will offer the same facilities xx Credit to all the staff at this hotel ..first class experience x👍

Just returned from a two week holiday at Orquidea Hotel in Ibiza. In total there were 7 of us (2 children). Had a great time. Hotel staff were exceptional from Reception down to Maintenance. Accommodation was perfect as we had two apartments. Even though one of us had dietary needs as being Diabetic and Lactose intolerant the hotel Chef was able to accommodate their needs. Pool area was ideal for children as was the location of the beach which was over a walk way. Location was ideal also for walking down to Marina, Church, River Walk and Shops. The staff at the hotel made our holiday perfect and because of this would definitely want to go back again.

Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable if a little small. Staff are friendly and helpful. The all inclusive policy is a little odd as certain foods (pizza being one) are not part of the scheme. Also drinks are not free at certain times from the pool bar (before 11am) which is awkward as you aren't allowed to bring drinks from any other part of the hotel. If you're an early morning swimmer you're going to have to pay for your drinks. The food is ok but didn't suit us (we've been to many all inclusive hotels before and this is the first where we've struggled to find food we like. Can't fault the quality, but unless you're really into salads and like salad cream/mayonnaise on pretty much everything then it's a limited range). The pool is small but clean.

Not much, met a nasty staff, pregnant girl 8 months were given a room in which the stairs between the bedroom and bathroom, dust on the wardrobes, very crowded. The day before, stayed in the hotel Tres Torees(recommend) the difference is huge. I do not recommend the Orchid to move in.

The apartment is great here and is across the street from the beach. Room service is brill and gets cleaned everyday. Wonderful place, would definitely stay again.

Didn't have a pool or sea view, but it never stopped myself and Christine having a good room and an enjoyable stay. Really enjoyed the hotel and location spot on?

Nice location, clean. Forget trying to park your car though - impossible anywhere near! Entertainment is much too intrusive on a night time. Unless you are sad enough to call it part of your holiday.

Lovely views from hotel cleaning top marks cannot fault hotel entertainment very good. Great hotel to stay at.
