W Ibiza Hotel

Had a great experience at W Ibiza because of the concierge Maria Gorgoni. All her suggestions were great and truthful. She steered us away from tourist traps. Great customer service, checked in with us every morning. Made our stay at W very enjoyable.

My daughter and have just returned from a four night stay and the W was definitely was a great choice, for a short getaway. Highlights: Centrally located and just a stroll along to the multitude of restaurants at the marina. Breakfast was a fantastic experience, with excellent service from the team, a delicious selection of high quality a la carte items. Juices were freshly squeezed, the coffee flowed …a perfect start to the day and running until 11:30 am, which was also welcome. We never had an issue with loungers by the pool. Always available and very comfortable bed design. Loved the ones submerged in the pool too. It’s the wonderful W team working across ALL divisions that make this hotel really special. Everyone is proactive, friendly, well trained, on-board and they genuinely care about guest experience. For this reason I could bit rate our experience anything other than 5*

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday! There are 3 pools and plenty of different areas to chill out in. The staff have all been very friendly, accomodating and quick to correct any problems (of which there were very few). The rooms are clean, modern and spacious and have great facilities. Wifi is good throughout. The food we ate here was all also very tasty.

Can’t say enough about this amazing spot. The food was always amazing and the rooms were comfy. The shower may have been one of my favorite things about the hotel room. But Marinela at the front desk was an absolute super star. She made sure we had everything we needed from check in to check out and helped us with several issues unrelated tot he hotel stay that we could not have solved without her help.

First trip to Ibiza and the W Ibiza hotel and it won't be our last ! The hotel is just 20 mins from the airport and the welcome and customer service provided by the reception staff was superb, we felt we has been away for ages after just a few hours ! We had a 'mega room ' suitable for me and my 2 daughters with a second bed added which wasn't just a camp bed. The hotel was clean, quiet, breakfasts were fantastic, location perfect. Special thanks to Carmen who recommended what we should do on our mini break which didn't cost too much and she was spot on ! Wouldn't say it was a 5 star hotel but certainly 4. The rest of the staff need to take note of the reception team, a third bathrobe would have been useful, the hairdryer immediately overheated and was dangerously hot to touch ( should have been checked by housekeeping) and after 5 days we still hadn't worked out how to turn the bathroom lights on without touching every option !! These are minor niggles but what you would expect on a 5*.

Everything was perfect! Location, breakfast and Staff were wonderful! Thank you very much. Will be back again. A la carte Breakfast was outstanding and the hotel is located directly by the beach. We felt right at home and would stay here again.
