W Ibiza

I have just spent 10 amazing days at this brand new luxury hotel. What else can I say than wow!! W Ibiza really redeemed its expectations and made our stay superb. I generally love W hotels vibe and their unconventional way to be relaxed yet chic lifestyle luxury. As a Bonvoy gold elite member I got a nice upgrade to Mega room which had spacious living area, fabulous balcony overlooking the pool and a sea view. About services; there’s the Llama restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, W Lounge, pool bar and special vegan restaurant VE cafe. Chirinquito Blue beach club is incredible place for lunch or dinners. Rooftop pool wasn’t open yet but will be amazing for sure once opened. Staff is courteous and fun as always at W. Pool side lounging with live DJs couldn’t make the day any better while you sip cocktails. Hotel is 25 min by taxi from Ibiza town and generally Santa Eulàlia is a great location as there are so many restaurants as well within 5-10 min walking distance. We rented a car 67€ a day through the Concierge and explored the island. Nearby there are beautiful locations like Portinatx and Xaracca beaches. However, Formentera day trip was the absolute highlight of the holiday. Just 30 min ferry takes you to crystal clear waters and most amazing beaches! Overall I couldn’t asked for more from the stay. I felt safe and the hotel did really well with the Covid procedures. For example to gym you had to book your time slot as they only allowed 3 guest at once and it was then sanitized for next people in between. Sun loungers were also sanitized after every guest. Also the hotel is SOO instagrammable with their decor! I highly recommend to visit and will definitely go back once back in Ibiza!

One of the best. The W brand is the best, the hotel and staff was amazing, the grounds were very clean and what you would expect knowing the brand. We spent lots of time on the rooftop lounge area during the day and stayed in the infinity pool where you can get the best views of the sunset from that side of the island. It’s about a 30 minute ride from the airport and when you pull up you know this is the spot to be. The hotel sits right of the beach and also has beach access with beach beds and food service, they have a person walking around with fresh Oysters shucked out a bucket. The staff is very attentive and keeps you feeling special, the food was good and the drinks were excellent. The hotel is kinda at the end of the board walk and if you leave out you just have to walk to the left and all the restaurants and bars are close. The rooms are hip and modern with plenty of colors, we did use the car service with driver that was with us for the whole night for a fee of $700, well worth it if you go to any of the clubs and don’t want to stand in a cab line for up to 3 hours. We love the W brand and would always stay if they are available. Overall this is a excellent hotel and the staff was so cool one of them went to the club with us one night, I can’t rave how great the service was. Thanks for a wonderful time W Ibiza

We had the opportunity to stay at the W Ibiza - what a great experience. All the associates from the front desk, rooftop bar Glow Bar, STEPS restaurant to the breakfast team, were very accommodating and offered great service. The food/service at STEPS was exceptional especially the pizza and lasagna. Jose and Sam at the Rooftop offered great service. Our experience at the Beach club was excellent - Cesar was very attentive and the food was wonderful - thank you W Ibiza for making our stay memorable.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a cool corner room. The room was small, but decently comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to get below a certain temperature and it seemed the thermostat did not actually reflect the room temperature. The huge ocean front deck was amazing! There was a large outdoor couch, coffee table, lounge chair, and arm chair. The lamp that was provided did not work (apparently the plug outside was broken) but they brought us one of those portable table lamps from the restaurant when we decided to order room service and eat out there. Service is friendly and definitely well-meaning but it seems they are either understaffed or just need a little more training to be up to 5 star standards. It wasn’t a dealbreaker though. We had a chance to try the new beach club and it’s great! Food was excellent and so was the service. The beach itself was okay (a lot of seaweed floating and rocky). The location itself was really great! The town it’s in has a lot to see and do with a lot of shops and restaurants. There is a boardwalk along the beach that’s super popular for strolling along and runs the length of the town. We had a car so we were able to easily drive around to visit the other towns on the island and visit the different markets. It’s not the best W hotel we have stayed in but I think there is a lot of potential. If you are going to be in Ibiza it’s a good choice!

The staff was so great especially Leandro de manager, Juan door man and the concierge , The hotel is worth it the price, is great location for santa Eularia but very far from ibiza port so rent a car or just consider it will be sometime to get back and forth. The honor my reservation as spoken and that made me very happy some hotel can’t guarantee conenected rooms but this did.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was ok

The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.
