Excellent hotel. Good pool, gym, and spa. Nice rooms. Perfect location on the promenade and also near shops and attractions.

Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Excellent choice and quality. Good service, great value.

We asked for a room there as we had to leave our current accommodation as it was really not up to standard (Airbnb). They didn't have a room for the full length of our stay but went out of their way to find a room at a different hotel nearby by ringing them up etc. Very much appreciated!!!

Most of the staff is friendly (special thanks to Octavio). The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good and versatile. The spa is small but nice with a wonderful view, especially the salt bath was a great experience. If the sunbed area at the beach gets full, they send you with a ticket to the next area which is nice. Overall a lovely experience.

The minuses I can think of is that some of the staff at the breakfast are a bit flegmatic. For example when we told one that there was small pieces of broken glass in the coffee cup (which is pretty problematic because it almost ended up in our stomach) he just stared at us and said nothing. The plates and cups were also often dirty, so the washing machine needs to be updatet.

Also, the cleaning of the rooms is inconsistent. Not bad per se, the room was kept clean, but I would suggest some process that it is kept similar every day. Also some of the toothbrushes etc in the bathroom were opened by previous guests and not replaced which was a bit disgusting.

I am also a bit disappointed that even though many signs in the hotel mentioned that it is not okay to reserve sunbeds the staff did nothing about it. There were lots of people who took the best beds and had just their towels laying there for hours.

This hotel makes other 4* hotels look bad. Excellent, professional staff. Lovely food. Spacious bathrooms. Wonderful location. Nice touches:
1) A second towel to use at the beach or pool
2) Free sun beds on beach (10 meters from the hotel).
3) They post international post cards
4) Room has kettle, hair dryer, bidet, fridge.. very comfy bed and quiet rooms.
5) The car hire company comes to reception to set the lease up. The car is delivered to the hotel. You just leave it in the car park when finished. So easy.
6) Free parking at hotel
7) Gorgeous views of the beach from the balcony.
8) Stones throw from a SPAR ( right next to hotel).

Ive tried other places which are similarly priced on the Canaries. They have all been a disappointment compared to this hotel. Recently been back and it’s just as good as I remember.

One thing to consider re. weather if you plan to visit the north of the island June 15th to September 15th. Google ‘Donkeys Belly’.

A lovely hotel in the best location in Las Palmas.

The beds and rooms are comfortable. The hotel is quite old now, but well maintained. The rooms are slightly dated but in a charming way – they’re quite lovely really.

Breakfast is fantastic. The gyn, spa and rooftop swimming pool also great.

Supervised children can use the spa from 10am - 12, after which it is exclusive for adults.

But with the barrier reef protected Las Canteras beach on your doorstep, you don’t really need anything else!

Nice double room, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. Although I like my coffee stronger than served. Great service from the staff. Spa could be bigger when compared to the size of the hotel and open later. It closes at 6pm.

It’s a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful and when we accidentally poured sand from our shoes all over the ground in our room that they JUST cleaned, they came to clean it immediately without making us feel like the dummies we were lol.

If you pay a little extra you get a continental breakfast with an array of options, it’s quite good! Our view from our balcony is gorgeous and I’ll be sad when it’s time to leave.

Booking with Patricia Gómez is so efficient and pleasant. Dine in restaurant, manager Abi is super nice and helpful. Reception always make us feel home! Forth time staying in this hotel, our family all love it.

Lovely 4 star hotel. Great facilities. At the breakfast buffet most plates visible are cold so look for the plate warmer tucked behind a pillar. Breakfast buffet food not really kept hot enough in self serve dishes.
