BULL Reina Isabel & SPA Hotel

Wow!! After reading alot of reviews I was a bit apprehensive but thank goodness it was just people being negative! From the time we got there untill we had to go home it was absolutely amazing.
Check in brilliant 👍 our room was massive and the balcony just went on forever! We were located at the front so much sunshine 🌞 We did B&B so much choice and Cava 🍾 and Vodka if you fancy a tipple.
Rooms cleaned every day and sheets changed even if you're there for a week.
Bar staff were fab and the lifeguards couldn't do enough. Don't listen to the moany reviews 🙏 please..
It's a really good hotel. Definitely will return 🥰

We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. The room is bigger than many one bedroom apartments I have seen!.
On the negative side, we found a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as we arrived and the minibar/fridge didn't work so we couldn't keep our drinks cold.
We paid for half-board and although the breakfast was OK, the buffer dinner did not provide a lot of choice and the HOT food was barely warm. There was a good selection of salads and breads though, which in the end, was about all I found appetising.
The hotel is beautiful, the location ideal and the view over the sea is breathtaking.
Sadly the food was a BIG let-down for us.

Enjoyed a vacation here. Spacious room (but furthest from the renovation works taking place thankfully). Great location, only a few steps to the beach. A short walk takes you to a nice park, where all the buses go to various parts of the island. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby, as well as tasty food from the beach cafe, we occasionally used (not so good in the evening). Staff were all lovely and helpful. Enjoyed playing pool in the upstairs bar when it was mostly no-one else around, except the bartender to laugh at our bad moves! Room was v.clean but lots of wood furniture making it look dated. Enjoyed the spa with shallow indoor pool etc.
Not quite a 4-star but still v.nice, clean, enough for a short break in the sun.

What a beautiful hotel we stayed here for 5 nights perfect location on the beach taxi stand opposite the hotel.
I have to say we received a 5 star service from reception staff to the lady/housekeeping with blond hair that cleaned room 602 always welcomed us with a smile and a greeting every morning and what a wonderful job she did , to the waiter alby who always had time to greet us and have a chat with us and excellent service.
Can I just mention how good the food was, I am at vegetarian and honestly the options and how tasty and flavoursome the food was ! .
We had such a lovely stay everyone was so welcoming and staff always had time to talk with us and make us feel welcomed.
We will definitely be back the rooms were so clean and the spa was absolutely amazing !

This is a great hotel in a great location!! I was traveling by myself and felt so safe!! Beautiful breakfast at no charge!! Great location!

Really lovely hotel in a great location.
Only stayed for two nights but it was lovely stay.
The hotel didn’t have a filtered water facility, only bottled which you had to purchase. Also I thought the spa closed too early, maybe a 20.00 close would be better.
Just two tiny complaints there but overall the stay was perfect for what I needed.

The Queen of stays
We were looking for some late winter sun and on a recommendation booked the Reina Isobel. The hotel is large and great facilities including a rooftop swimming pool and bar. With great sea views and, weather permitting, a glimpse of Tenerife.

The breakfast buffet is vast and varied and includes vodka. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and again there was a wide selection of appetisers, mains and desserts.

The resort was busy in late February and we enjoyed an early evening walk along promenade choosing a restaurant for dinner.

Could have done with the pool opening before 10AM but, apart from that, we thought the hotel was all-round brilliant.
