Stayed here over the Xmas holidays and found the place to be lovely! In particular the staff were 5*, from reception, hospitality staff and cleaning team... all excellent and they work HARD! My room was looked after every day, the bar and restaurant staff were so nice and attentive, and the hotel grounds were great. I noticed that the cleaning team were always on it.. There have been some reviews of bugs.. I saw none..!! There were also reports of the buffet not being perfect, but there was always such a huge selection and especially love the rosé wine on tap! Reception team were wonderful and would have a cab waiting for you in minutes.. it's €7 either way to Faro or Yumbo in a cab and there's also a free bus that comes when it likes. My only comment would be that children should be accompanied by a responsible adult in the restaurant and bar areas.. screaming, out of control kids almost caused accidents more than once running full pelt across the patio area. Again, thank you team for a lovely stay!

I booked this and flew the next day due to the price, absolutely fantastic for the price I got All inclusive. No major issues, if I paid the advertised price it may of been different. This trip was a complete relax and that’s what I got can’t fault it. Personally I wouldn’t return again, food ok but lack of choices, rooms dated and smelt of damp on arrival, sun beds certainly need attention. All in all it was great for what I wanted but for those who are looking for extra there are so many other suitable hotels.

Our second visit and this time we bought the children along with us (17, 14, 14, 13 and 10). Location:- - 30 mins from airport - almost at a dead end (shop opposite however which stocks essentials such as water) - Taxi’s cost between €5-€9 depending on the time and location you wish to visit - There is a free regular bus to Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles which picks up just outside - Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles are walkable however. Maspalomas is a scenic walk down the river bed and Playa Del Ingles is along the roadside paths - The hotel is however surrounded by a tired run down area (there was a Police visit when we were there due to hotel items we believe being stolen however the site is secured) Food:- - Well presented as you would expect for a 4* - Good selection, children's options are always the same i.e pasta with tomato sauce - Food is often lukewarm as it sits under a warming plate - Good selection of local offers, fish features heavily on the menu - Breakfast is lovely, great selection, freshly made eggs, omelettes to order and pancakes. - snacks need some developing! Very limited offer which is always the same, burger, sausage or chips and an odd pizza - Ice cream is available in different flavours and sauces during meals and snack times - Good choice of desserts although they all pretty much taste the same but come in different colours! - The chocolate fountain which comes out a couple of times a week for breakfast and dinner is a great addition! - Mealtimes/snack times are not always adhered to (often late and the staff look at you with frustration as people wait outside) - Make sure you eat before arrival, we were not provided any and we arrived at 10:30pm…others did however! Staff:- - We recognised many of the staff all of who were friendly, they even remembered the childrens drinks which the children loved! - One waitress C, is rude…she will roll her eyes (I asked her if there was an issue with the juice machine, she huffed took the cup out of my hand and proceeded to try the machine, there was no dialogue. If she cleared plates we always thanked her but again no acknowledgment. Many other holiday makers commented on how her attitude let the rest down. She could often be seen stood in the doorway so people had to manoeuvre around her to take their food in and out of the restaurant! C physically removed glass bowls from the children and said “no” abruptly before walking off, we then found out it was because the children should use plastic ones! - sun-bed towel rules are inconsistent one one day we observed removal of all towels and on others they walked straight past! - Big shout out to Carlos (reception), Paco and red hair waitress on the bar - always smiling cannot do enough! - Bar staff are sometimes slow to serve despite being behind the counter - lifeguard was noted to spend at least 5 mins at a time looking at his phone and is positioned in a blind spot - do not rely on them to save your children! Very relaxing kind of hotel consisting of little bungalows instead of huge big block. Swimming pool in centre and restaurant and bar. For the price is it really fair and chill place. Super quiet, clean and friendly. Definitely coming back here again Good at the breakfast is quite good, plenty to choose from, only could be marked what is vegetarian, so don't have to ask staff every single item 🤔

Lovely poolside setting, great food, great accommodation, friendly staff, really enjoyed our stay. But. It’s a little bit away from Maspalomas and Meloneras, a good 30-35 minutes walk, or you could get a taxi. The access roads to the hotel are through undeveloped areas, so it’s all a bit rough until you get to the developed parts, which is ok if you don’t mind walking. Really looking forward to going back.

Beautiful resort, out the way of the two main areas Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles so bike hire is a must. Maspalomas is around a 30 minute walk on a cooler day, however this is accessible via a lovely walkway past a nature reserve. Both Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles are accessible by free shuttle which runs every half hour throughout the day. Taxis cost around €7 in either direction. If you are looking for lively nightlife with a twist, visit the Jumbo centre! Food Breakfast was lovely, great choice of snacks and main meals. Fresh meat cooked to order and good quality. Drinks menu for all inclusive was very good and larger portions than those at other all inclusives we have visited. Christmas meal was fabulous! Pool Beautiful pool area, large trees around it does mean you chase the sun! Cold in winter but would be lovely in summer. Smaller pools including jacuzzi although also still cold. Gym/Sauna Sauna wasn’t on which was a real shame. Gym in VERY poor condition. Rooms The rooms need a refresh, ours didn’t have a smoke detector. Keypad to door is temperamental - locked out for 5 minutes at least once a day. Pillows horrendous! Water tank to heat shower too small without running out of hot water for two people. Rainforest shower was however lovely. Small terrace at front and back. The rooms had lots of space and were small bungalows. Limited plug sockets so take an extension lead. Hairdryer very powerful! No kettle, iron or additional blankets in the room however. Towels need a refresh, they are well worn. Lounge areas Upstairs terrace wasn’t open looked tired. Room off of main eating area is wasted and could have been a nice indoor area for the evenings when it is cooler. Dinning area can become busy and families have to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Entertainment There was a singer on Christmas Eve but nothing else which was disappointing given the location and its a family resort. Staff were friendly and helpful, although reception team were unaware of the details around the Christmas meal, one male team member was constantly on his phone talking to relatives who made it feel like we were interrupting him to ask him to book us a taxi. Book a massage the masseuse is wonderful and WELL worth the money! 20 minute bus ride from airport.

My sister and I spent the most glorious four days at this resort. We decided to treat ourselves for a break away without our children and left all our troubles behind. We definitely were not disappointed and this resort surpassed our expectations. From the moment Samuel greeted us at the restaurant for our first meal we knew we had made the right decision. He made us feel so welcome and continued to do so throughout our stay. This resort is ideal for couples or friends but probably not for families above toddler age. This was ideal for us. If you are looking for pure relaxation and excellent food, this is the place with you.
