Affordable, modern hotel, recommended for families with children and active people who want to enjoy a beach holiday or to practice sports, which has excellent conditions.
Location: 30 km from airport, Las Palmas, Playa del inglés, near the shopping centres Kasbah and Metro and bus stop.
Consists of five 7-storey buildings.
The hotel has 505 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The beach is 2.7 km away.
Pets are not allowed.
On the hotel territory: 2 restaurants , 2 bars, 1 outdoor pool (heated in winter season), hairdresser, Laundry, elevators, Internet corner (chargeable)

Overall it was good experience but when you pay for all inclusive package you are expected that all paid. In reality it's different because you need pay for beach towel separately, you need buy water to the room because bottle of water not provided by hotel. Also question to food quality. It's many food and good variety but what about if it really tasty? From my point no, it wasn't good. Usually meat and fish was dry and it tasted like a gum without taste. But you can chose something else it's true.
From good point hotel staff was great, good hotel facilities and of course good location not far away from beaches. And hotel bar also good.

It's not bad but could be a lot better. The beds were sliding all over the place when you hardly move, the maids were friendly and the only staff that actually looked happy, I felt like the rest of the staff in the hotel were miserable and the bar staff were quite rude for no reason at all. The food wasn't the best, i would say the desserts were nice, I definitely wouldn't go back here and wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely place to stay.. fantastic staff. Kiddy's club beside water park not supervised. great activities -& shows. Kids disco needs to be later then 19 15. As most are all having dinner at this time. It's only on for half an hour..Betty is fantastic..

I stayed at this hotel for a week in December. It’s a decent place to rest, relax, and unplug for a bit. The food selection is diverse, with a quality rating of about 7 out of 10. However, the dishes were not perfectly clean, and the restaurant was always crowded, making it hard to enjoy meals without the distraction of people passing by, loud noises, and strong food smells from the nearby kitchen.
We had breakfast and dinner included, but drinks were not. Additionally, most of the menu items weren’t free, even with the all-inclusive package. The hotel provides a bus to two nearby beaches, but walking there is also a convenient option.
We booked a king-size bed but were given two single beds placed beside each other. The mattress was an absolute disaster—extremely uncomfortable. If you have back pain or are sensitive, this hotel is not recommended at all.
Overall, it was an okay experience, but if I visit Gran Canaria again, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. It’s not recommended, as I believe there are better options available with some research.

We are on our final day of a two week holiday and would like to say what a lovely time we've had. The rooms are clean and adequate and the food on the whole is nice. The entertainment the second week we felt was better than the first but that personal choice. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I would like to make a special mention for Colleen on the entertainment team . She if friendly , chatty and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a care free stay with everything you could need. Thanks guys we'll be back 😎

Couldn't fault this hotel. Friendly staff, great location for everything. Didn't have any problems getting a sunbed. Pool area was clean, had water coolers around the hotel with separate splash pool for children as well as an adult area beside the jacuzzi. We were bed and breakfast and we found plenty of choice and the surfaces & tables were kept clean and staff were always restocking food. Room was ample size for two adults, plenty of storage and wardrobe space, balcony was a good size with airer on and beds, and pillows were mega comfortable. Maid was in everyday cleaning and changed towels if needed. Didn't stay in hotel at night time so can't comment on the entertainment but what we did see was people seemed to be having fun when we walked past the outside area. We will be booking again for next year

Excellent family hotel in a great location. There are plenty of sunbeds every day at any time. Staff are friendly and helpful and work so hard. The food is fabulous even for the fussiest of eaters, although I was only a bed and bed basis. Breakfast was plentiful. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Overall a really enjoyable stay at the Servatur Waikiki!
+ Good size rooms which were spotlessly clean, probably the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this rating
+ Plenty of choice for food on all inclusive, snack bar was excellent & drinks were great (except the sangria which was not pleasant!). Also first time I’ve EVER had a decent coffee in an all inclusive!
+ Great location! Short walk to the beach, bars and Yumbo Centre
+ Pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds available, the only downside being greedy people placing their towels out (unnecessarily) at crazy o’clock and then being unseen until 3.30pm!
- Entertainment was not the best, we listened to 3 singers sing the same set over 4 days. We ended up heading out after dinner to the local bars (prices are so reasonable so didn’t bother us) also there’s not much seating so if you don’t get there early you end up leaning against a wall or sitting on the sunbeds…
I would definitely say ignore the negative reviews, if you have a problem just speak to reception they are more than happy to help and try to resolve any problems you have. Also if you’re looking for something fun to do the buggy tour with Buggy Pirates is a MUST DO!

Absolutely brilliant all inclusive hotel.
+ Room tidying is incredible and the staff do a good job cleaning every day
+ Room air conditioning is good and keeps it cool.
+ Pool is clean and plenty of sun beds so no need to wake up early to reserve beds
+ Food is well cooked and for me was a nice variety and of high quality. If you want to or have to avoid ultra processed or junk foods you can easily avoid them here. The meat and vegetables choices are very good.
+ Staff are incredibly friendly and are very good at their jobs. This includes the entertainment, reception, bar, kitchen and waiting staff.
- Our only drawback is the choice of
entertainment was not the best. We thoroughly enjoyed the Diva Fever and Boney M performances but the other entertainment was not as good as we have had elsewhere.

Value for money. Clean and fresh hotel area, just a short walk from the beach. Walked with 2 kids (5&9) without any problems. Close to a supermarket if you would like some sweets or others. The restaurant is satisfying, no fine dining but not expected either. Good with a kids pool, the large pool and the wellness area. We have not missed anything
