This luxury hotel is 600 metres from the beach of Las Burras in Gran Canaria. It offers a rooftop pool with sea views, a Spa and rooms with a balcony. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice.
The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking.
Overall i would recommend
The room cleaning is ridiculous, with no cleanliness at all. We arrived to find a poorly cleaned room, with hair on the bed. The quality of the hotel is quite poor for a 4-star establishment. I strongly advise against it.
Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town

The most uncomfortable part of our stay was a middle-aged man who kept showing up at the mini disco and seemed to be following my son. It made us very uneasy, and I feel like the hotel should do more to ensure a safe environment for children.
The rooms were spacious, but they weren’t very clean—there was dust and dirt under the bed.
The only highlight was the black entertainer—he was fantastic with the kids, full of energy, and really made an effort to create a fun atmosphere.
Overall, our experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
