Ideal for working or enjoying a good book. All rooms have air con and private bathroom fully equipped. Each of them is designed under the concept of functionality, to guarantee a unique experience. the breakfast not up to the standard of a 4 star.
I have tried other 4 star hotels in Las Palmas and they were better even paying slightly less.
Details to improve in the room, some things a bit neglected that you would not expect from a chain of this level.
The bar experience was equally appalling. When I approached the staff, they initially claimed the bar was closed. After questioning how a so-called “4-star” establishment could offer such poor service and requesting a beer, I was made to wait 10 minutes, only for them to confirm, “No, we are closed.”
This place is a disgrace to the Marriott name. In Warsaw, they removed the Marriott branding from a hotel because it no longer met the standard—this one should follow suit. How this disaster of a hotel can call itself “by Marriott” is beyond comprehension.
Do yourself a favor: run far, far away when you see this hotel listed online. It’s nothing short of a nightmare.
Buffet was really poor.
