Hotel LIVVO Fataga

Loved our stay, the room was lovely and fully equipped with toiletries and clean towels. Breakfast was delicious and included a big variety of different foods, perfect to suit different dietary needs. Location is great, within walking distance from basically most of Las Palmas. There are bus stops right outside the hotel if needed and the staff is friendly and always willing to helped.
The only little misunderstanding was the lack of hot tub, which was advertised on the website alongside pictures, but not in use at present.

The hotel is located in a good area area, very close to the nicest beach in Las Palmas and the famous seaside promenade. The reception staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and have good soundproofing. We only stayed overnight, without using the breakfast service. It's a pity there is no parking on-site (the hotel’s partnered parking costs 16 euros per day).

perfect location in the center of las palmas, 10 min walk to playa las canteras. super friendly staff, very nice breakfast, clean rooms with city views, perfect place to spend time away from the crowded south. gracias a todos.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will hopefully return! The hotel is in a good location and about 15 minute walk to the beach path and the cruise port. The rooms are very clean with fresh towels provided everyday. The breakfast was a good quality and plenty of choices. It was nice to have the option of takeaway cups at breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. A taxi to the airport was around 38 euro and we were able to get a bus from the airport to the hotel which took around 35 minutes.

A very nice hotel in the center of Las Palmas, but nothing special or overwhelming. Breakfast has a wide selection of things, very good. Gym is very little but it exists anyway. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can hear sounds from neighbouring rooms, though.

Literally everything is near. + reception is experienced and so helpful in every small thing. + breakfast large and allergies noted. + suite exactly like in pictures (no balcony available). +hotel is quiet and peaceful. +working space at lobby is free to use. - sign: “this elevator for staff use only”. It’s not. It’s broken. Staff uses one and same elevator than guests. So elevator is busy all the time and have to wait long time for it. -room service menu is not coming from hotel breakfast restaurant. It doesn’t reflect the level of hotel. It’s really poor. Luckily there is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. -rooftop and pool is closed at winter time.

We could not fault anything at the Hotel. All staff very helpful. Breakfast had everything on offer. The staff in the Breakfast area was amazing. Good area with beach 10 minutes walk either side........ ................................

We stayed in November for our first visit to Gran Canaria. We had a nice stay from as soon as we arrived with the friendly welcome from Priscilla on reception and recommendation of a good nearby restaurant / tapas bar to get food in the evening. The other standbout staff are the breakfast staff - the team on the very good breakfast buffet were excellent. And nearly always friendly and cheerful despite being in no doubt highly demanding and fast paced jobs (being friendly and cheerful isn't a requirement but was nice and these staff are very professional). The rooms are nice, comfortable beds, well equiped. It seemed a shame that they don't have balconies (the rooms seem to have been extended into the former balconies) but they are quite spacious and it would be noisy if you were on a balcony as in a busy part of a busy city. You can open the windows at least and our room had an interesting view of the 'Central' market (that is central in the north part of the city. In Las Palmas it seems you need to choose between the old part of the city, and the new part, in which case also nearer one of the shopping areas, or port or nearer the beach. Hotel LIVVO Fataga is about ten minutes walk from the middle of the beach, 15 minutes to a quieter northern stretch (when we visited), near deparment stores and some premium shops and there are restaurants and bars within five or ten minutes when you find them. Plus many along the beachfront - to suit all tastes and pockets. Google Maps is useful but not always very accurate on the buses and timetables in Las Palmas (idiosyncratic or inconsistent?) but you can easily get buses from near the market to the old town and back from the old town, Vegueta. They can be crowded but are inexpensive so you can easily get between the hotel and historic Vegueta with museums, art gallery, cathedral and tapas bars and fancy restaurants, shops and some bars in twenty to thirty minutes (15 minutes or less on the bus).

Very central location. Everything is 1 minute away. Shops, restaurants, bars, public transport.

Service was very good. Minimal interaction with staff but when we encountered them they are lovely and helpful.

Rooms are very spacious. Clean and everything is thought of. Housekeeping did daily cleans. Rubbish taken, linens arranged. Towels restocked.

Eventho its in a main road did not feel any noise pollution. A very modern and clean hotel. Lives up to our expectations and will definitely will stay another time. As a family of 4 we are impressed and sings nothing but praise for the hotel & staff.
