Wonderful hotel on big sandy beach.
Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Room service meals arrived within 15 minutes!
Helpful staff who make good cocktails.
Would definitely recommend 👌 👍
One big downside is them hosting LOUD social events beside the pool during the day. No peace and quiet to be had at all.
Most hotel guests left.

It's a fantastic location with an open ocean front view & easy-to-access the beach. My suite has such a huge balcony with amazing views at day time & nights. Some discomforts -- two twin beds together, which easily spread apart (instead of a single king size bed/mattress) and warm temperature inside as AC couldn't cool the suite enough -- didn't spoil a pleasure & general comfort of this hotel.
As the price you pay here is 1/5 if you'd stay in Miami or anywhere else with that suite & balcony size. Plus, very decent breakfast and DINNER are included! And the shower, sinks & toilet are very comfortable & spacious as well!
A fantastic value for your dollar!

We had the most amazing time at hotel Cristina. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was unbelievable - right on the beachfront and with its own beautiful beach club and bar which gets the sun in the afternoons. There are sea views from either side of the hotel as we could see the harbour from our balcony. I really recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, with the best view* (*get the sea front upgrade, you will love it)! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff that speaks good English. We also travelled to the south of the island and can easily say, Las Palmas is the right choice for a good time in Gran Canaria. The strip has a lot of choices for nice bars and restaurants in varying levels of quality.

Wonderful Hotel, fantastic views. Staff all so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great choice of food and all great. We had a brilliant view from our room which was very clean and lovely comfortable bed. One of the best hotels we have stayed in would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, right next to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building seems a little bit old, but the facility is well maintained. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is highly recommended. The price was good. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel for a fairly large family reunion (nineteen people in total!). The location right on Las Canteras beach cannot be beat, and the pool was a great change of pace on days we did not want to go to the beach. The staff also treated us very well. In particular, I can’t speak highly enough of our favorite bartender, Elena, who amazing care of us on the nights that we spent at the hotel bar and helped to make us feel right at home.

This hotel is fantastic and ALL the staff is extremely professional and kind, always service minded. We were celebrating our 10 year family reunion so the hotel accommodated 19 people (from UK & USA) without any problems and always with a smile. Thank you!!
(The hotel bar was set up to watch the Euros as well)

I was particularly impressed by the personalized service the pool attendant Raul gave to a guest with disabilities! A truly dedicated person! Well done!
Also, the sensational welcome by the receptionist made me feel at home as soon as I arrived.
And last, but not least, the wonderful lady singer who, after dinner, delighted us with her sensational voice and lovely songs!
Overall, the place to be when in Las Palmas!

The location on that beautiful beach with all the volleyball courts is impressive. Our room had a great view of the passing parade on the esplanade. The pool is huge and warm. Parasols on the pool deck if it's too much sun. There is a poolside bar with coffee and cocktails. Really!
Our stay included the breakfast buffet which offered a great selection and was all delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Five star for sure.
