Hotel Cristina by Tigotan Las Palmas - Adults Only

This was our second time staying at Hotel Cristina during a visit to Las Palmas, and it definitely won’t be the last. We’ve been very satisfied both times, the hotel offers great value for money and has an unbeatable location right by the beach. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of options no matter what you like. We haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner, but the poolside lunches have been good, and room service is always quick with tasty food.

The only downside this time was that a conference was taking place during our last day. Around lunchtime they held a mingling event right at the pool area. It felt strange and uncomfortable, and it didn’t help that several conference guests were taking a lot of photos, with us hotel guests sunbathing in the background. It also became crowded and noisy, and ordering food was basically impossible. In the end, we left the area along with many other hotel guests. I hope this was just an unfortunate bit of planning and not something that happens regularly.

Overall, we’re still very happy with our stay. The staff are always friendly, and it’s absolutely worth paying a little extra for a balcony with that stunning ocean view. Thank you for another great visit!

The staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The views in all rooms are great. We enjoyed the pool and our private balcony. A special thank you to Julian and his excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommend this location and hope to return!

Wonderful hotel right at the beach! Rooms were absolutely beautiful and were cleaned everyday while we were out doing our thing. The staff was very nice. Breakfast included just about everything. The location was perfect! We only have good things to say about this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Cristina by Tigotan was impressive from start to finish! A big thank you to Naira — and honestly, to the whole team (I wish I could remember all their names). Everyone spoke excellent English, and some even German. They were always there with a smile, ready to help and make you feel comfortable.

The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and has a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the breakfast manager — he was incredibly efficient and always made sure we had a table by the window.

The breakfast itself was amazing, with a great variety and even Cava in the morning — such a nice touch! Excellent value for money overall.

We will definitely come back!

We truly felt like royalty during my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-oriented, always making me feel welcome. Being so close to the beach, cleanliness is essential, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was spotless every day.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the dinner buffet was also very good, although we only tried it once. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was just the right level of softness. I also appreciated the convenient amenities such as the mini fridge, kettle, and coffee machine.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location near the beach.

One big downside is them hosting LOUD social events beside the pool during the day. No peace and quiet to be had at all.

It's a fantastic location with an open ocean front view & easy-to-access the beach. My suite has such a huge balcony with amazing views at day time & nights. Some discomforts -- two twin beds together, which easily spread apart (instead of a single king size bed/mattress) and warm temperature inside as AC couldn't cool the suite enough -- didn't spoil a pleasure & general comfort of this hotel.
As the price you pay here is 1/5 if you'd stay in Miami or anywhere else with that suite & balcony size. Plus, very decent breakfast and DINNER are included! And the shower, sinks & toilet are very comfortable & spacious as well!

We had the most amazing time at hotel Cristina. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was unbelievable - right on the beachfront and with its own beautiful beach club and bar which gets the sun in the afternoons. There are sea views from either side of the hotel as we could see the harbour from our balcony. I really recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, with the best view* (*get the sea front upgrade, you will love it)! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and lovely friendly staff that speaks good English. We also travelled to the south of the island and can easily say, Las Palmas is the right choice for a good time in Gran Canaria. The strip has a lot of choices for nice bars and restaurants in varying levels of quality.

Wonderful Hotel, fantastic views. Staff all so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great choice of food and all great. We had a brilliant view from our room which was very clean and lovely comfortable bed. One of the best hotels we have stayed in would definitely recommend.
