Consists of 9-storey building Flamboyan and 6-storey building Caribe.
The hotel has 190 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy (Playa de Magaluf), 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Beach bar: is. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Pool towels: Deposit. The beach is 1.5 km away.

I recently (April 2025)stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. Initially, we were assigned a room in the main building, which faced the party street. The noise was unbearable, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. After several requests, we were able to move to the annex building (Caribe) the next day, but we had to pay an additional ten euros per night per person for a sea view room.
The sea view was indeed beautiful, and we enjoyed our time on the terrace, but that was where the positives ended. The air conditioning in our new room was not functioning properly. Despite the technician’s visit, the unit heated the room continuously to 36°C, making our nights quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the mattresses were extremely worn out, which contributed to a less than restful sleep. As for the dining options, the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations, and we decided against trying the dinner buffet altogether.
Overall, while the location and sea view were lovely, the numerous issues we faced during our stay overshadowed the positives. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.
Food is ok more like school dinners rather than a 4 Star hotel. Swimming pool is small given the amount of folk staying, however the sea is a 2 minute walk.At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in. A bus stop is 10 mins away with buses to Palma every 30 mins.
. Perfect beach on the doorstep. If you come in peak season be aware that its on the party ***** and many teenagers have the urge to shout and scream during the small hours when the clubs close.Parking is limited, although there are very few parking spots on the hotel grounds for €15 per night. Personally I feel that this fee is too high. All in all a solid hotel for someone who isn't bothered too much about details.
Location is perfect as you have the beach just 2 min walking.
Only thing I didn’t like was the room I stay was to the “city” way soo because the nightclubs or bars I couldn’t sleep properly because of the noise from outside
The only thing is all inclusive is limited to 6 pints a day. 3 with dinner, 3 with tea. If you want anymore, you have to pay. Although it was cheaper to buy at the bar that go to pubs. Pepsi and other pops free all day after 11.00am.
Wheelchair and mobility scooters. You have to go down the road to get on the beach from the hotel. That's another downside.
