The hotel on the first line on the beach. It has its advantages-great views from the rooms sea view, minus the noise from the nearby beach club

A definite plus of this hotel is the fantastic dinners!Really better than in Greece 5 stars. Please note that sea view rooms overlook the same direction and that those areas-hence the hum in the rooms

But sea, sun, sand all 5 stars!

The area where we were gets to be rowdy and crazy during peak season so we had to sign a waiver. yikes!! There are two pools on property but a natural beach was about a ten min walk away

The hotel was fantastic, new, modern and clean! We had a Sea view room, which was incredible with amazing views. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and was always spotless

The pool area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds. Bar staff friendly, and great cocktails

Its so bright and is surrounded by the sea. We had the best view from the jr suite. Watching the sunrise and set was breath taking. The staff are so helpful and friendly

Wonderful experience staying in this comfortable stylish hotel. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The room itself was well designed and practical

Amazing location - the beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the rear entrance, but the pools and water parks here are also a perfect place to spend the afternoon with family

The queue can look long but the longest we waited was about 10 minutes. There are a number of pools and in my opinion they need work. Missing tiles in the pools and loose concrete around them too

I might go back, but when it's not so busy. I think the place should be deep cleaned daily and the pools definitely. The staff was nice and you can tell they work every hard

Also the filtration system needs an overhaul as there are tide marks around the pool and the water can be cloudy

Lots of fun activities to get involved in but my favourite was the sangria cocktail class run by Gabriel and Jessica. A must visit place for the family

The rooms are large enough with 2 large beds in a bedroom and 2 sofa bed style in the living area (with a 3rd available as a pull out from under one of the sofa beds). There’s a small fridge and a tv

Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. 3 swimming pools to choose from. Had motown tunes last night ? Good stay so far

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are good and very clean. The food was very good with plenty of choice

All the staff are cheerful and want to help. I must say a big thank you to barman Frank, I left the bar and left my leather tobacco pouch on the table. Frank found it and made sure it was returned to me the next day

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are so lovely, they work so hard every single one of them. The food is absolutely beautiful, something for everyone

Nice hotel, great staff, delicious and varied food. One drawback in the nearby hotels, and a lot of drunk young people screaming, yelling, even at night.

Following previous good stays,we decided to go back. No evening meals aloud on the last day,and the staff were no help to resolve the situation. we had to go out and pay for our meals

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the beach

Of course kid friendly but then what's the point of the 2 kids pools? My opinion biggest problem with this hotel is the food quality

This is a fantastic hotel with the most stunning views of beach and sea and is in the ideal place for bars and restaurants. Rooms are adequate and clean, staff are friendly and all wear masks all day

We were there for the last few days of the season, October

Stayed on floor 7 and had access to amazing infinity pool which we had to ourselves, and personal bar tender! Lovely balcony with sunrise and sunset views, beds were two singles pushed together

Outside pool and refreshments are great, there is a large glass screen protecting you from the breeze off the beach. You can hire electric scooters from the hotel which were a blast and highly recommended

Beach is gorgeous and you can hire SUP, beds and pedaloes. Lovely places to eat on the beach front, with all price points and to suit all types, very friendly staff

We went scuba diving at the far end of the beach for 59 euros, absolutely brilliant experience and highly recommend. Transfers were quick and easy to the airport

Food was absolutely fabulous it was the end of season at the end of October but the service was still first class. The staff were very friendky and the hotel was very clean i would defo recommend

A 2 minute walk to the beach but a decent climb back up. My only issue with the place was that the bedding didn't seem to get changed regular. Apart from that the all inclusive resort was nice

Lovely hotel situated in a lovely place and good food

A very nice hotel but have to trek up a hill to get to it however a 5 min walk to a beach makes up for that with Magaluf on the left and Palma Nova on the right

Hotel was spotless, rooms had lovely comfortable beds, amazing food everyday, staff can't do enough for you absolutely loved staying here would definitely return and any one with children the entertainment was brilliant

We arrived on Friday just in time for breakfast, and given my husband and I had been awake for over 24hrs it was a god send. The staff are amazing and credit to the hotel

Our room was on the second floor of block 2, so very close to the children's area which was useful. We wish we booked a swim up room, these looked amazing with the benefit of a small pool outside your door

The pools were plenty, a couple of play ones for the kids and two main ones, one with a swim up bar. There was also a couple of other bars close to the main pools, along with a snack bar

Every day provided a different theme, from seafood, inc lobster, local cuisine to count a few

Our bags were taken to our room with no fuss, whilst we had the opportunity to go straight for lunch. The food for the week was amazing, we only dined in the buffet restaurant, but there was a number of alcart options

Only (minor) negative in the room for us was the opaque doors for the shower/ bathroom. We mainly used the Market restaurant which was the main buffet but I would highly recommend as the food was fantastic

Spacious and the main bed was enormous ( managed my 10,000 steps every day just making up the bed)! Third bed could be easily pulled out/ in from beneath the sofa so as not to get in the way

I spent 8 days with my family in this hotel and I can recommend it. Service lovable, the atmosphere is wonderful. Pools and the whole resort also. Sunbeds washed daily, very delicious food

This resort used to consist of 2hotels sharing facilities , whilst still the same company they now run mostly separate operations. The Alua Dreams is lovely, The pool areas are safe, friendly and well managed

The food was amazing, pools always clean and our cleaning lady was such a nice type of person that we considered taking her with us back home. Good job all in all, Alua Calvia

The bar staff are amazing, they work so hard in tremendous heat, always smiling, always helpful. Staff in the dining room, again, helpful and friendly. We stayed all inclusive and definitely got value for money

Nightly entertainment has been great with just a final half hr of French europop, led by the kid's club workers leading dances for the children. I would recommend this hotel every day of the week

Families have use of a kid's club the children certainly seemed to be having a great time. Comments from UK saying it is too French oriented aren't correct

Noisy. Not particularly clean, but acceptable. The food is good, the food is delicious. Cleaning of the rooms bad. Safe in the room does not happen. The pool is large, clean. To the sea 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It has everything it says it has. Very clean rooms serviced daily, staff very helpful, food fresh and lots of it. The Spa was a winner for herself, we will be back thank you Hotel Samos

Overall a OK stay The good: Staff really friendly especially the housekeeping staff, really made our holiday We were given a small bottle of bubbly, but just one between 2 people, was a nice gesture but a tiny bottle barely gave you a sip each

We got free bottles of bubbly, nice message for anniversary, 2 complimentary drinks for booking through their site and free spa day! Can’t complain

Food choice is really good, evening meals offered a huge selection most nights, breakfast was a good choice but same variety offered everyday

There is big variety of food, different meals for each weekday. There is snacks available next to the pool whole day. Staff is friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location close to town and beach. Dining area clean and well kept. Food was not great apart from a good selection of fruit and breads. Some hot food was cold or raw

Stayed here with my girlfriend and left today. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars which are great for value

With the exception of one or two staff members, they were all extremely rude and unpleasant, in particular the pool bar/food area staff were unbelievably rude, one bar lady mostly

I am a swimmer and enjoyed the pool which has always banned inflatables and balls when returning in October this was no longer the case with many inflatables and balls being used

Also people drinking alcohol in the pool again never allowed and the indifference of the lifeguards. Onto the good bits the rooms are a good size and spotless and a powerful shower

+ The view from the room and from the restaurant: just splendid! Every room has a balcony. + The rooms and other areas are very clean. + The staff is very efficient and attentive, especially the pool lifeguard

+ The dinner food in the buffet is delicious and varied, can please any taste. Need to put the towel on the pool's lounge chairs early, because by 10 am most are already taken! The elevators are a little slow

All rooms have sea view - dont pay extra money to travel agency like me

If you just want to go to the beach, its just downstairs though

All coctails you need to pay - 3€ per each. With good coffee the same - it was paid and only after dinner. 2 noisy single beds in room means “not best for young couples”

The 6 Pools are the best things this hotel has to offer we all enjoy them. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk round the back of the hotel. Some staff are friendly certainly not all

There was something for each member of the family to enjoy and had lot of fun. Just that beds keep moving apart 😀 And beach was 7 to 8 minutes walk, since we were walking in and out with 3yr old

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine

Good animation and entertainment for children. In the evening live music and pleasant artists. Wonderful view from the terrace of the hotel. And the beach is very close, about 4 minutes walk

I traveled alone, for 8 days and 7 nights, I only wanted a view of the sea, and I got a very nice, clean room with a double bed, with a direct view of the sea

This perfect hotel is located right by the beach, it is one street down to Palmanova beach, which you can reach in two minutes

The room is fully equipped with everything you will need from air conditioning, a refrigerator and a small kitchen with a stove and, of course, a perfect balcony

Fabulous hotel, staff so friendly and helpful especially on reception. We opted for a sea view and it was lovely. All areas very well kept lovely pool area and sunbeds easily available

Activities: There was no shortage of things to do. From relaxing on pristine beaches to exploring local markets and historical sites, each day was packed with adventure

The sun didn't hit the pool until after 12 unless you were a very early riser and bagged the only beds that were in the sun! We went on the beach instead, €19. 50 for beds and parasol! That was our choice tho

Roof too bar was nice with excellent views, we didn’t use the pool because the water was too cold in April. The nearly beach was beautiful and clean. Would recommend this adults only five star hotel

we had a sea view room, which there was a lot of road noise and you could hear people coming back from clubs and people laughing and screaming on the beach, at all hours in the night

As well the dinner! When you get tired of the pool and you wanna go to the beach, you only need to walk 50 meters and you have a beautiful beach. I also enjoyed the pool party organised by the hotel

stones throw from the beach ,shops ,pubs & clubs. Only down side was that at this time of year the pool was in the shade & pretty cold. Still a lovely place to be at

We stayed at the Alua Palmanova Bay half term week , the room was lovely and very spacous. kitchenette was a good size with all mod cons i. Food was delicous & with a really good choice of meals

Food selection is good for different tests, very good desert menu, fresh fruits, get water every time you in will save your money from buying it in the shops,by the way Aldi is across the road

Staff lovely and went above and beyond. needed extra pillows they were there with in 20 mins, tables constantly cleaned in the restaurant and cooks constantly replenishing food

We have several fussy eaters and they always managed to find something to eat, not just bread. There was fresh cooked pasta at lunch and dinner with your choice of sauces and extras

The reception staff even went out of their way to post merchandise all the way to the UK as we were leaving before they had stock delivered

We have just received them in the post ! With the lovely card! Will definitely be returning!
