All staff were nice and friendly. The beach is a few minutes away, with lots of restaurants, fast food places & little shops for drinks/snacks

Amazing location - the beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the rear entrance, but the pools and water parks here are also a perfect place to spend the afternoon with family

Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone

30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels

we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars

me and one of my boys didn’t like food but maybe down to taste. To be fair the animation team made our 10 day holiday. Me the wife and the boys had a great time

It didn't matter that there was only one pool open as they have a solarium with sun loungers which is where I chose to be. There was also plenty of seats and tables outside to sit on and be in the sun

I can imagine the que for the all inclusive bar is very busy in the summer but at the start of the season it was fine. Everyone was helpful and friendly would def reccomend. Great location for the beach and bars too

After staying here in 2016 weeks couldn’t believe our luck when we saw the bargain price for this 4* ??! AI hotel which we where so fond of last time we visited We arrived late just before midnight with around 10 other couples and where given tokens to go and use at the bar as the bar was closing soon so off we all went tokens in hand and wristbands on sat and had a nice chilled drink before making...

You'll need your key card to get back it. Head straight over past the playground and you'll come to a beach, if you follow it around you'll come to some restaurants and shops which are just a stroll away

makes you feel welcome at the hotel, The hotel is very clean, food is the only let down it is repetitive but what do you expect from all inclusive. yes the rooms are small but they do for sleeping

Best hotel ever! been coming since i was a kid, the entertainment team are amazing. Shout out to Hugo who always made us join in the activities( very annoying) but 10/10 for friendliness

Yes, the hotel is not new and in some places you can see that, but it didn’t affect our holiday at all. The rooms are small, which is common in many Spanish hotels, but they were comfortable

Towels were changed daily if needed, and the cleaning was always done well. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice – everyone can find something to enjoy. The coffee was tasty, especially at the pool bar

In the evenings I would like to sit on the balcony with a cup of tea without going down to the bar. Other than that, everything was super! You can definitely come here with confidence

In the restaurant, the team is simply amazing – hardworking, attentive, and extremely polite. Thank you so much for your effort, you are doing a fantastic job! The room was clean

From the reception desk we were warmly welcomed, and when we asked to replace the baby cot (as our son is already grown up), they reacted instantly and with a smile

The only 2 things i would like to mention would be the fact that there was no air conditioning, being in 38c heat the fans just didn't do the job and having to put towels on sun loungers at 4 am otherwise you wouldn't get one

A few minutes walk to the strip clean hotel room and 2 minutes from Coco Bongos a spot on bar with very good staff

Just got back from a stay at the Sahara and it was pretty good all round. Plenty of entertainment for families with children. This was definately my idea of a family hotel

The location was perfect for what we wanted, a short walk from the ***** and beach- handy! The food was great for me but admittedly I'm not a fussy person, there was plenty of selection and on a whole the queues were managable, the drinks available left a lot to be desired and after a dodgy experience with sangria on the first night (I drank too much) I didn't really touch it after that

Housekeeping were spot on, we didn't hide any of our belongings and nothing went missing, they were all very friendly! The whole cup thing baffled me at first and I admittedly just kept paying for a new one because it was €1 and I couldn't be bothered carrying it around with me! The pools were all amazing however the coldest thing I have ever experienced in my life- a great hangover cure though!...

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel we didn't want to leave, the rooms are spacious and clean there's a good selection of food and drinks and the entertainment is brilliant for all ages

Clean room modern well equipped rooms.. great view .. superb house keeping covid friendly. Generous room service and ace staff .. will be back

Located just outside the busy area, 5 minute walk away. Quiet enough to get away from it all. Was busy with families so expect the family noise, and buffet madness

The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed

Upside down house great loved it, 4d movies fab loved them. Waterpark water is freezing so didnt use other than 10 mins,but hotel pools are nice and warm. Big pool has no shallow end which is annoying

Soft play great,loved the shooting games too. Didnt pay extra for the golf as its not that good when we looked round it. The location of the hotel is brilliant,lots of shops ,lovely beach etc

room hairdryer shocking ,cuts out as overheats in a few mins,absolute rubbish. Bad points - my childs sweets for the return plane trip were stolen from the room

Breakfast and There are many kinds of dinner, the swimming pool is small, but the atmosphere is good, especially in the morning, the music is very loud, the only disadvantage is that the design of the shower in the room is not good, after taking a shower, the water in the bathroom overflows the door, it takes a long time careful! Overall, I am satisfied and have a pleasant journey!

This resort used to consist of 2hotels sharing facilities , whilst still the same company they now run mostly separate operations. The Alua Dreams is lovely, The pool areas are safe, friendly and well managed

This one feels pretty good to me. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the beach, and the service attitude of the staff is excellent. There is no regional discrimination at all

The food was amazing, pools always clean and our cleaning lady was such a nice type of person that we considered taking her with us back home. Good job all in all, Alua Calvia

I saw a lot of bad reviews before departure, so I checked into this hotel with trepidation; I didn't expect the bad reviews in the reviews to be completely false! As a senior traveler, I have stayed in countless star-rated hotels

The bar staff are amazing, they work so hard in tremendous heat, always smiling, always helpful. Staff in the dining room, again, helpful and friendly. We stayed all inclusive and definitely got value for money

The sea view is nice and the facilities are relatively new. The toilet is too small and the door design is unreasonable. The room cleaning is also average

The facilities are very good and new. The rooftop swimming pool is very beautiful. The location is a bit remote, the parking fee is expensive, and the floor design is a bit strange

Noisy. Not particularly clean, but acceptable. The food is good, the food is delicious. Cleaning of the rooms bad. Safe in the room does not happen. The pool is large, clean. To the sea 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It has everything it says it has. Very clean rooms serviced daily, staff very helpful, food fresh and lots of it. The Spa was a winner for herself, we will be back thank you Hotel Samos

Not helped by really inconsiderate people in the hotel screaming at all hours and slamming doors, my suggestion is take ear plugs!!! Room next to us constantly were banging and screaming making it unpleasant for hours on end, when I knocked back on the wall to try and shut them up I was then confronted by them making the last 2 days unpleasant

Overall a OK stay The good: Staff really friendly especially the housekeeping staff, really made our holiday We were given a small bottle of bubbly, but just one between 2 people, was a nice gesture but a tiny bottle barely gave you a sip each

Food choice is really good, evening meals offered a huge selection most nights, breakfast was a good choice but same variety offered everyday

But the best thing about this hotel, if I have to emphasize it, is the excellent staff in the whole hotel, whether at the reception or in the bar or in the restaurant, I won't change it because you are all great and you deserve to know that

The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days

Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony. Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo

Therefore, a big thank you and a round of applause to the staff, without you this hotel would not be so great and work so well. Everything was taken care of, everything I needed was furnished, with a willing smile

The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine

Very good experience at the HM Martinique hotel in Magaluf the positive points: 3 swimming pool + sauna and hammam you can find a store also very useful for buying food or drinks, the only negative point is the wifi which does not work very good for me

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout

The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality

On the eighth floor, there is a small pool with a bar where you can enjoy a cocktail and the beautiful view. The beach is about 100 meters away; just across the street, you can find your spot on Palma Nova beach

The pool is a bit small for the many guests the hotel accommodates, but putting down a towel at the pool is not an option; after 45 minutes, towels are taken away if there are no guests on the sunbeds

(music during pool was boring but fitted the calm vibe, would of liked something a little little bit more upbeat but will bring my AirPods next time it was not a massive deal or problem) Rooftop bar was lovely too! Thanks Lara for great service! (Think that was her name she’s an Argentinean lady)

After reading some Reviews was a bits worried. but honestly this Hotel was amazing in all aspects, food, service, staff, pool area, rooms and very clean everywhere

Just returned from a 6 night stay 4 adults and 2 boys aged 6 and 9. The hotel and rooms are spotless. Lovely pool area and refreshing to have more than enough sunbeds. Food was delicious and so much choice

We’ve just come back from Hotel Globales Mimosa in Palmanova and had an amazing time! The day time activities were great and the evening entertainment was good (even if we never won bingo – still sad about that!)

The staff in general were all friendly and helpful, but we have to give a huge shout-out to Lucas from the entertainment team – he is an absolute star! So welcoming, full of energy, and amazing at his job

You also have a dedicated staff member (concierge) if any problems arise - our concierge, Dorata, was great. The pools at the hotel are beautiful and there is never any issue getting sunbeds

Now too the veranda restaurant at lunch wow what can I say I had a tricky first day but again Gorge and Laura had it all sorted by the second day, then 3 day Laura steps up and gets me a gluten free pizza this girl is an absolute credit to Zafiro palace she is amazing even explaining what happens in the summer months with changes too pools and restaurants And last but not least the reception staff...

We have been in one of the Zafiro Club suites (which was offered to us as an upgrade upon check in at a reasonable price), which are fantastic rooms with great additional perks such as waiter service of food and drinks around the pool (Bartosz and his team of waiters are great) and daily treats of food or alcohol in the room

In particular Laura A in the restaurants made a massive effort to make sure that I had all the gluten free options - bread, pancakes or croissants at breakfast, pizza (picture included below), burgers, cakes etc at other meal times

The selection of drinks available on the all inclusive package are extensive and very good quality (including Daura Damm gluten free beers). All staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them

We had an amazing stay at Zafiro Palace Palmanova! We are family of 4 my daughts are 6 and 12. The resort is well maintained and the staff are so welcoming

The service was really good, the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were given daily too. Location was perfect with seaview to both sides of hotel. Easy walk to Palma nova side and Magaluf side

This is a lovely hotel, in a lovely place, but we found the rooms a bit small. The food was good but by the end of the week went down in my opinion as it was end of season

We have just returned from Globales Santa Lucia in. Palma Nova we booked this hotel for it's locations it's right on the beach

Plenty of food but not much variety and also definitely needed to be hotter. Entertainment was non existent apart from bingo, karaoke and quiz night. I know it was the last week but they could have made an effort

There wasn't any cornflakes for breakfast for at least 4 days. The staff could be a bit friendlier as most of them don't even look at you when you order a drink. Then you get other staff that are really nice

I have to say that Violetta who did the entertainment was brilliant though and definitely made it more enjoyable than it would have been. I would recommend the hotel but maybe don't go on the last week !!

Great location in the second row from the beach. The highlight is the infinity pool on the roof. With a glass bottom and a view of the sea. However, the pool is not heated. The breakfast offered a lot of choice

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool

We loved the rooftop pools, beautiful. We took advantage of it. We were able to go swimming in the sea which is really a 2 minute walk away so that’s also a very good point. The room is not bad

Hotel located in a very lively area, overlooking the street where there are lots of parties and revelers. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfast around the swimming pool. Room ok.

After come from the beach in a very sunny and hot day the only thing you are looking for is a good shower and the perfect temperature in your room. I guess I will not have that here

Great buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Large pool area including a "wet bubble", which children love and quite a few adults enjoy as well. Friendly staff and good shows in the evenings.

The hotel is perfection personified but tonight we are just finishing one of our meals whilst watching the show which is superb again, live music, amazing food and drink in a fab location served by Lubo and Miguel and many more, will leave a full review when back home but bar and restaurant staff whether it is buffet at breakfast or lunch on patio or dinner and then evening drinks, fab again

She had a smile for everyone and loved the young children. Sorry if I don’t mention other names but all very good. Sheets were only changed once during our stay though towels were replaced when the room was cleaned

We took advantage of this & we’re not disappointed. The food was amazing the best we have had in a hotel in Palma Nova

However, the restaurant staff are very good. Normally greeted at the door by Jeanette who was very friendly and polite. The restaurant is kept clean by a lovely older lady walking around sweeping the floor

Loved this hotel, even though we came as a couple it's definitely a family hotel too, we never struggled for a sunbed, food was exceptional, staff are very friendly and attentive, room lovely, spacious and clean and housekeeping always superb
