All staff were nice and friendly. The beach is a few minutes away, with lots of restaurants, fast food places & little shops for drinks/snacks

Cleaning staff are great! Room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were helpful when we had an issue on our room. Food was plentiful, some of it lacking in seasoning, but on the whole good

Family of 3, just finished a 5 night stay. Great hotel in a great location. Lots of food avaliable at different times, something for everyone

30am until 11pm including alcohol, had to queue a bit in the evening but that's understandable. the slides were on at particular times but that is due to it being off season, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels

we haven't experienced any sun lounger wars as I had read in other reviews. 3 pools to choose from, we prefer the more relaxed breeze pool. location very central 5 mins walk to beach, plenty shops/bars

me and one of my boys didn’t like food but maybe down to taste. To be fair the animation team made our 10 day holiday. Me the wife and the boys had a great time

We are a small family of 3, 2 adults and a 1 year old crawling not yet walking. Food was never bad just standard all inclusive, the splash children’s pool was brilliant and she loved the water! The staff were great

The best part of our stay was the photography team. They were just amazing, they would capture lovely pictures and family moments for us! Yes you have to pay a small amount for pictures but it is so well worth it

Service was great from all staff, entertainment was also brilliant - I highly recommend pool cycling it’s hilarious!

I had to go down each morning to ask for a 1 day extension each day, with no reassurance. Surely the booking system should show them the availability? Mario at the reception was very helpful

Every day was spent with a drink in hand by the pool relaxing before making my way in for lunch and dinner to some very tasty meal options

it's a good clean hotel that splits into 3 hotels, pool parties everyday but if you don't want the hype then they have a quieter side. food is lovely and it's a great atmosphere

The pool is big (unheated) with a dj from 1pm everyday, the keys are on your wristbands so you cannot lose them, the rooms all have kitchenettes, balconies, and living areas, and all others staying are incredibly friendly

Nice hotel with a decent pool area and music always playing in background, essential if your tanning. Food is, well it's food. My partner said school meals. ? would stay again.

Nice pool,apartments ok,tea & coffee making facilities a pan on the stove and your own tea or coffee! Food erm what can I say. for someone of nursery age it would be fantastic

Check in is at 1130 and check out 11, however when you check out there is a room to leave your luggage in and they give you a day wristband so you can stay in the hotel and still enjoy the all inclusive

Worth the money but you get what you pay for, not the cleanest, filled with students, standard quality food. However, I definitely think this is good value for money and I would happily return

Nice hotel, great staff, delicious and varied food. One drawback in the nearby hotels, and a lot of drunk young people screaming, yelling, even at night.

Following previous good stays,we decided to go back. No evening meals aloud on the last day,and the staff were no help to resolve the situation. we had to go out and pay for our meals

Of course kid friendly but then what's the point of the 2 kids pools? My opinion biggest problem with this hotel is the food quality

The hotel is well looked after, as are the grounds. One of the best all inclusive holidays I've been to in the last 10 years ! Rooms are clean and spacious. Lots to do on and around the hotel

The pool bar staff were always polite and constantly cleaning and replenishing food at the pool bar snack station

We have several fussy eaters and they always managed to find something to eat, not just bread. There was fresh cooked pasta at lunch and dinner with your choice of sauces and extras

Staff lovely and went above and beyond. needed extra pillows they were there with in 20 mins, tables constantly cleaned in the restaurant and cooks constantly replenishing food

The reception staff even went out of their way to post merchandise all the way to the UK as we were leaving before they had stock delivered

Only reason I havnt rated a 5 is the food was cold and tasteless and the same food every night By day 4 we decided to start eating out of the hotel for every meal

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine

Good animation and entertainment for children. In the evening live music and pleasant artists. Wonderful view from the terrace of the hotel. And the beach is very close, about 4 minutes walk

I traveled alone, for 8 days and 7 nights, I only wanted a view of the sea, and I got a very nice, clean room with a double bed, with a direct view of the sea

Loved the separate living area/kitchenette and sea view with balcony. Basically a “groups” hotel with no frills. No bar hand soap, no conditioner, only shower/shampoo combo

The room is fully equipped with everything you will need from air conditioning, a refrigerator and a small kitchen with a stove and, of course, a perfect balcony

The 6 Pools are the best things this hotel has to offer we all enjoy them. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk round the back of the hotel. Some staff are friendly certainly not all

There was something for each member of the family to enjoy and had lot of fun. Just that beds keep moving apart 😀 And beach was 7 to 8 minutes walk, since we were walking in and out with 3yr old

The rooms were clean and spacious. Evening entertainment was great. We booked all inclusive so the variety of drinks was excellent. Pools and slides were perfect for all ages and clean

Noisy. Not particularly clean, but acceptable. The food is good, the food is delicious. Cleaning of the rooms bad. Safe in the room does not happen. The pool is large, clean. To the sea 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. It has everything it says it has. Very clean rooms serviced daily, staff very helpful, food fresh and lots of it. The Spa was a winner for herself, we will be back thank you Hotel Samos

Beds really comfy Sea view rooms were really great, had a view of the sea, the pool and some amazing sunsets. Nighttime entertainment was good and stops at 11PM to give the guest some sleep with was good

Loved our time here at Hotel Samos, rooms were lovely and kept clean, hotel staff were really helpful, the food was fantastic and there are so many areas and beaches locally to explore and enjoy

We went during the off-season and it was just the right amount of hustle and bustle for us. Had a wonderful time and would definitely go back again!

but if you are not bothered by it and want a great location hotel for access to clubs and beaches and easy commute to Palma then it’s a great hotel

I spent 8 days with my family in this hotel and I can recommend it. Service lovable, the atmosphere is wonderful. Pools and the whole resort also. Sunbeds washed daily, very delicious food

This resort used to consist of 2hotels sharing facilities , whilst still the same company they now run mostly separate operations. The Alua Dreams is lovely, The pool areas are safe, friendly and well managed

The food was amazing, pools always clean and our cleaning lady was such a nice type of person that we considered taking her with us back home. Good job all in all, Alua Calvia

The bar staff are amazing, they work so hard in tremendous heat, always smiling, always helpful. Staff in the dining room, again, helpful and friendly. We stayed all inclusive and definitely got value for money

Nightly entertainment has been great with just a final half hr of French europop, led by the kid's club workers leading dances for the children. I would recommend this hotel every day of the week

Families have use of a kid's club the children certainly seemed to be having a great time. Comments from UK saying it is too French oriented aren't correct

As well the dinner! When you get tired of the pool and you wanna go to the beach, you only need to walk 50 meters and you have a beautiful beach. I also enjoyed the pool party organised by the hotel

If you are looking for a great experience, this is the place! I spent 1 week in September and I just loved the hotel. The room was very cozy and friendly. Very good staff in all the departments

I really recommend take the breakfast in the hotel because it is delicious! You have plenty of choice

There is big variety of food, different meals for each weekday. There is snacks available next to the pool whole day. Staff is friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location close to town and beach. Dining area clean and well kept. Food was not great apart from a good selection of fruit and breads. Some hot food was cold or raw

Overall, it lives up to its 4-star rating. Room and Views: My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials. The balcony had great views of either the sea or mountains, which was perfect for relaxing

Pool and Sunbeds: The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds, with no extra charge for the more comfortable ones. Although the pool wasn’t heated, the October weather made it fine for swimming

Entertainment: The entertainment team worked hard to offer a range of activities. My only suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the evening shows, as some seating areas had obstructed views

I am a swimmer and enjoyed the pool which has always banned inflatables and balls when returning in October this was no longer the case with many inflatables and balls being used

Just home from a week's all inclusive stay with my parents and 19 yr old daughter. Hotel is in a great location, close to beaches on both sides of hotel and to shops and bars

A lift going up to terrace would be a good idea, also padding on all the sunbeds. We enjoyed the entertainment each evening. Rooms very good, the cleaners, we found, were the friendliest. Always smiling and said hello

lots of cues for food, especially the grill side. There was a microwave with you can use. We spent our days up on the terrace as the poolside was too cramped and busy

As my parents are elderly, I had to get up early to reserve sunbeds with padding for them and also another elderly lady who joined us on the terrace every day

I overheard 4 elderly people complain about not being able to get a sunlounger at pool, they did see towels reserved on beds for a long time

The hotel on the first line on the beach. It has its advantages-great views from the rooms sea view, minus the noise from the nearby beach club

Main restaurant buffet was excellent but felt repetitive, staff in restaurant amazing, very little evening entertainment/music Rooms for the level (we had premium sea view) just the same as normal no difference in our opinion ( we changed room also as first one was overlooking all exterior air con machines) Weather was amazing, beach loungers fantastic as these were not there in July We will return...

A definite plus of this hotel is the fantastic dinners!Really better than in Greece 5 stars. Please note that sea view rooms overlook the same direction and that those areas-hence the hum in the rooms

We visited the Martinique Hotel in late October during the off-season, which, in hindsight, wasn’t the best choice

The weather was quite changeable (mostly rough), and most shops were either closed or empty, so I’d recommend avoiding this period if possible

Generally nice hotel located close to the beach, local shops and restaurants, but if you are looking for calm and relaxing accommodation, look elsewhere

That said, the hotel did its best to make our stay enjoyable despite the conditions

The Halloween celebrations were particularly entertaining, with the staff dressed in costumes and scary makeup, and the feature pool above the reception transformed into a "blood bath"—a creative touch we absolutely loved! The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the receptionists being especially helpful and enthusiastic, particularly the Hungarian lady

- For lunch and dinner dry meats drawn in sauce, which in fact didn’t help to hide how poorly made the food was, chips, mash potatoes, vegetables and salads. Nothing of the food was ever seasoned

The area where we were gets to be rowdy and crazy during peak season so we had to sign a waiver. yikes!! There are two pools on property but a natural beach was about a ten min walk away

The hotel was fantastic, new, modern and clean! We had a Sea view room, which was incredible with amazing views. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and was always spotless

Wonderful experience staying in this comfortable stylish hotel. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The room itself was well designed and practical

We were in the Junior suite with pool view - cant fault the room,very spacious, must have been extra king size bed, plenty of balcony room, although only 1 sun bed together with a table and 2 chairs, tea/coffee /fridge/mini bar facilities, Bathroom with large shower and bath and two wash basins

Service was excellent, and the food was prepared fresh and served quickly. There is also a water children playground. If you take a shortcut from the back of the hotel, it'll take you 5 mins to the beach

The cocktails were great esp pina colada! The children were ecstatic with the water park area and it was possible to sit with your cocktail around the pool while the kids went wild

We tried as well all A la card restaurants, Italian, Mediterranean & Japanese. The food was a culinary highlight of our trip. For lunch we went to a restaurant next to the main pool

The sauna area was great, very relaxing. The pools were not hot but we like swimming in cold water. The children’s pools were heated

There are several bars with great and quick service. The drinks are prepared out of branded ingredients. You need to show your room card or share the room number. We usually went for cava, daiquiri, and cosmopolitan

Great hotel for families. Pool was super cold in October. Cheesy kids entertainment that the kids loved. Nice staff. Great rooms.. all recently refurbished. Good location near lots of activities, restaurants and bars.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It's very suitable for families with kids with a swimming pool and regular shows. The food for breakfast and dinner (we had half-board) is plentiful and tasty

The rooms are nice, a little bit dated, but very nice. TV is rather good(for a hotel) a wide selection of channels from around Europe including UK). One thing I missed is a thermostatically controlled shower

Some places could use a bit of maintenance, but overall very nice. The corona rules are followed and means the tables are widely spaced. Buffet restaurant is a little bit of a dance

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Of notable importance if you're planning to rent a car: it has its own parking area and it's super easy to reach the highway

The hot water did vary a bit, and with children the shower could get hot in one moment. Airconditioning is very good, silent and controllable from both rooms

we had a sea view room, which there was a lot of road noise and you could hear people coming back from clubs and people laughing and screaming on the beach, at all hours in the night

The rooms were vey clean and we had a lovely view over the pool, the shower did tend to go hot and cold without warning. The staff were very helpful and the lady running the bar, Raquel, was lovely

We booked an all inclusive package but you still had to pay extra for bottles of water. The pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the pool was cold but you did get used to it

A lovely hotel and just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. A bus stop is right next to the hotel, here you can go to Palmanova or Palma, further up on the left is another bus stop

Wide sandy beach is 5 minutes by the main street. There is many small shops by the way to beach. As a summary i could recomend this hotel as a adequate for a family with children

Here you can get the bus to Santa Ponca. The hotel was in it's last week of opening, some of the food was a bit hit and miss, cold potatoes now and then. But on the whole it was nice and we had plenty to eat and drink
