Overall, very happy with our stay. It's near enough to the nightlife, but not right on top of it. Staff were friendly and helpful, mostly! Plenty of sunbeds round the three pools at the time we went in mid-September

We have stayed at Sol Guadalupe since Tuesday and it has been a pleasant stay. The personale was nice and helpful. The rooms maybe a little outdated but it was not a big problem

The food was okay, but a kids menu would be nice. Great entertainment for both kids and adults. It was quite noisy, but the guards handled it

Nice hotel, great staff, delicious and varied food. One drawback in the nearby hotels, and a lot of drunk young people screaming, yelling, even at night.

Sections for families with kids and sections for the young party people could be a thought to consider

Been stopping at this hotel for the past 17yrs. Always stay half board as the food was lovely, always hot, always plenty of choice especially for my friend who is vegan

The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here

We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca

Very nice place and what is most important is the safety. Well done to the local police who keep away all the people who wants to sell things on the beach. They are very annoying, very disturbing

I'm a breakfast person, and their breakfast was below average with cheap food products. Not likely to stay here again. Pool and onsite restaurant and bar closes to early. Clean room, great view, friendly staff

Lovely staff, food good catering mainly for mature UK people while we are here. It's adults only but most guests over 50. Entertainment not so good mainly some singers catering for the over 70's

Clean, modern, friendly staff, great breakfast, meals on a par with other all inclusive hotels. No entertainment at night but pleasant background music. Recommended.

Our room was on the second floor of block 2, so very close to the children's area which was useful. We wish we booked a swim up room, these looked amazing with the benefit of a small pool outside your door

The pools were plenty, a couple of play ones for the kids and two main ones, one with a swim up bar. There was also a couple of other bars close to the main pools, along with a snack bar

Every day provided a different theme, from seafood, inc lobster, local cuisine to count a few

Our bags were taken to our room with no fuss, whilst we had the opportunity to go straight for lunch. The food for the week was amazing, we only dined in the buffet restaurant, but there was a number of alcart options

Only (minor) negative in the room for us was the opaque doors for the shower/ bathroom. We mainly used the Market restaurant which was the main buffet but I would highly recommend as the food was fantastic

Spacious and the main bed was enormous ( managed my 10,000 steps every day just making up the bed)! Third bed could be easily pulled out/ in from beneath the sofa so as not to get in the way

The television is good it has got good channels! The beds are nice and you can wake up with the wonderful sea view! The pillow was small and just one however that view saved it all and it's not that bad! The closet is big

You actually have "pool beds" in your bedroom to tan yourself ?. In the bath ? the glass is too small and you wet all the floor if you're not careful ▪️4/5 - Staff - The receptionist were amazing and super professional

Pool smallish, but place in good location for the beach and restaurants and bars etc. Bar closed at 11, bit early but I suppose its open all day so it's gotta close some time

The location is perfect because is about one of the longest, undeveloped and generally near one of the best beaches of Mallorca - Palmanova. stop, the trip in 30 minutes You will be at the center of the capital

Round the clock reception, good. Breakfast, some rooms have wonderful sea views. Good in all areas clearly works WiFi for all. no problems with communication !

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area close to all amenities, room was lovely, friendly staff, food very nice, but unfortunately not very warm, didn't finish our stay there as we were advised to move by our holiday rep due to outbreak of legionaires disease in the area, but if we are ever in majorca again, would definitely use this hotel again, thank you Fergus Bermudas for our short but wonderful stay

Rooms are modern and what you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is fine and a nice area next to pool with day beds. Only had breakfast at hotel and they were not the best

Amazing location - the beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the rear entrance, but the pools and water parks here are also a perfect place to spend the afternoon with family

The queue can look long but the longest we waited was about 10 minutes. There are a number of pools and in my opinion they need work. Missing tiles in the pools and loose concrete around them too

I might go back, but when it's not so busy. I think the place should be deep cleaned daily and the pools definitely. The staff was nice and you can tell they work every hard

Also the filtration system needs an overhaul as there are tide marks around the pool and the water can be cloudy

Lots of fun activities to get involved in but my favourite was the sangria cocktail class run by Gabriel and Jessica. A must visit place for the family

The hotel's location is ideal, the room I stopped in was really nice, the pool and facilities were well maintained. The food is average.

Although the room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the sea. There was some smell of sewage at times which was very off putting. We had breakfast only and it was ok,nothing really to write home about

The pool was not a bit like the photo on the web site. Who ever took the picture was a good photografer they left out the fact there is a road that runs right along side it and people can look over the wall

The only other thing i thought was a complete waste of time was the private sun terrace which was on offer at the time €15 per day useually €20 I only ever saw 5 people on it at a time and most of the day it didnt get the sun

I can only say more like a three than a 4 star. The views where fantastic the food was ok not much choice unless you wanted salad The rooms where nice and clean The hotel itself was nearer to Magaluf than palma nova

Pool area was nice clean and not over crowded no fighting for beds Overall i enjoyed my stay there but went out for breakfast to the (local pub) actual name near by

surprisingly with it being in a quiet area it felt more safe to be its own little neighbourhood of shops and bars than it does to be in the centre where there was a high number robberies committed the wk we were there food was average but breakfast needs to be improved

They have TVs in the rooms and hairdryer are fitted in the bathroom. no kettle or fridge tho Safes are available to rent Plenty of wardrobe space and draws Would appeal to groups or couples not a family hotel

the spa was really cool, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the time, and the food at the hotel restaurant was great! the rooms were clean and nice and we had a beautiful view of the city and the sea 😊 only not so good thing was the sofa bed, not extremely comfortable

my friend and i loved staying at vistasol 😊💙 the place was very well located, with many bars and restaurants around -- and, of course, the beach (5min walk)

The wash room wasn't fit for purpose. It rained from the ceiling everytime the room above took a shower. Staff didn't care when I made a complaint. As soon as I put my shoes on the floor they were covered in ants

The kitchen wasn't usable due to the ants. Approx 200 kids running around and shouting and screaming morning noon and night. Pigeons just fly into your room when you leave the window open

Lovely rooms, beds comfortable, shower amazing, endless supply of fresh towels when requested, friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel in the near future.

Good hotel, no kids allowed. Makes for a nice, relaxing poolside without the usual "animation" team singing all day. Only real con so far is that the air conditioning only works while you're in the room.

Hotel is very close to the sea. Best to request sea view when booking as some rooms have side view on sea. Cant tell a lot about the entertainment in the hotel as we stayed on the beach most of the time

Lovely lovely place 2 years on the trot. Pool a bit small but drinks flow all day till midnight. Then you can hit the town .

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are good and very clean. The food was very good with plenty of choice

All the staff are cheerful and want to help. I must say a big thank you to barman Frank, I left the bar and left my leather tobacco pouch on the table. Frank found it and made sure it was returned to me the next day

We've stayed with ME in a few locations across the world. This trip (our honeymoon) happened to be at the very end of their season and the hotel was going to be closed a few days after our departure

Despite the season wrap down and smaller staff we never felt anything but well attended. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, and very congratulatory of our recent nuptials

After come from the beach in a very sunny and hot day the only thing you are looking for is a good shower and the perfect temperature in your room. I guess I will not have that here

As a same sex couple in a foreign country this is not always a given, but ME has always been kind to us- the same holds for other Melia group hotels we have stayed at

However since I arrived airconditioning in my room does not work, this is the second room they moved us, not even counting how many time they sent the technician to fix the problem

The hotel on the first line on the beach. It has its advantages-great views from the rooms sea view, minus the noise from the nearby beach club

A definite plus of this hotel is the fantastic dinners!Really better than in Greece 5 stars. Please note that sea view rooms overlook the same direction and that those areas-hence the hum in the rooms

Stayed on floor 7 and had access to amazing infinity pool which we had to ourselves, and personal bar tender! Lovely balcony with sunrise and sunset views, beds were two singles pushed together

Outside pool and refreshments are great, there is a large glass screen protecting you from the breeze off the beach. You can hire electric scooters from the hotel which were a blast and highly recommended

Beach is gorgeous and you can hire SUP, beds and pedaloes. Lovely places to eat on the beach front, with all price points and to suit all types, very friendly staff

We went scuba diving at the far end of the beach for 59 euros, absolutely brilliant experience and highly recommend. Transfers were quick and easy to the airport

Food was absolutely fabulous it was the end of season at the end of October but the service was still first class. The staff were very friendky and the hotel was very clean i would defo recommend

A 2 minute walk to the beach but a decent climb back up. My only issue with the place was that the bedding didn't seem to get changed regular. Apart from that the all inclusive resort was nice

A very nice hotel but have to trek up a hill to get to it however a 5 min walk to a beach makes up for that with Magaluf on the left and Palma Nova on the right
