A week's stay at the hotel. Great location, close to the beach and all shops/bars. The food is very tasty and has a large selection. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Staff very nice and friendly. After arriving at the hotel, we were surprised by the lack of a duvet in the room, but we went to the reception and got one without any problem.

Overall, very happy with our stay. It's near enough to the nightlife, but not right on top of it. Staff were friendly and helpful, mostly! Plenty of sunbeds round the three pools at the time we went in mid-September. Some amusing activities were on offer that were more for younger adults, but were fun to watch.

The whole staff is really friendly, the food excellent and the service outstanding. The hotel is really clean and you feel really welcome. Furthermore thy hotel offers a shuttle service to Palma, it really easy to rent a car at the reception and the rooms are modern and clean. All in one we are more than happy with our choice.

Excellent hotel with great staff. We were initially unsure when we booked as we’re not certain about the location but actually it’s perfectly placed. Excellent hotel, beautiful views and great service. Was booked as a surprise for my Birthday and I couldn't be happier. Upon arrival we received a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a Birthday card. Juana, the Spa Manager, was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and is a credit to the hotel. Great hotel in a fantastic spot with excellent views of the bay. Spotless, clean and covid regs well adhered to. Been recently renovated I think as everything looks brand new. Very nice place and what is most important is the safety. Well done to the local police who keep away all the people who wants to sell things on the beach. They are very annoying, very disturbing. Thank you to the police and to local authorities which keep the area quiet and safe.

Rooms are modern and what you need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is fine and a nice area next to pool with day beds. Only had breakfast at hotel and they were not the best. Tasted fine if not much choice but food was a bit cold. Can't comment on the other food offerings.

Stayed here in June last year and was impressed with the rooms we stayed in, very spacious and cool, just what you need after a day in the sun, Breakfast was great with a fine selection, the place was very clean and great entertainment day and night, my daughter had so much fun, i'm pleased to say we have just booked again and we are returning in May this year and cant wait.

Amazing location - the beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the rear entrance, but the pools and water parks here are also a perfect place to spend the afternoon with family. Great hotel and location for the price you pay in peak season. The staff were very accommodating, giving us tips on beaches, restaurants and bars to visit off the beaten track. Ridiculously cheap beers (and other drinks) served at the pool bar. A very short stroll to the beach and restaurants/bars.

Good hotel, no kids allowed. Makes for a nice, relaxing poolside without the usual "animation" team singing all day. Only real con so far is that the air conditioning only works while you're in the room.

Cheap, close to a convenience store and more importantly the beach. Friendly 24h portier service. The apartments are a bit run down and dated but everything works as expected. A deposit is needed for the AC and the TV remote (15€ per at the time of this review), but that will be returned after checkout. So make sure you ask for the AC remote!

This is a fantastic hotel with the most stunning views of beach and sea and is in the ideal place for bars and restaurants. Rooms are adequate and clean, staff are friendly and all wear masks all day. The animation girl Martina is the BEST.
