This is simply a very good hotel. I’ve come here for several years now and they maintain their excellent service. I love the breakfast terrasse… it’s one of the things that make this hotel special apart from the always friendly staff.

This hotel is stunning. Its so bright and is surrounded by the sea. We had the best view from the jr suite. Watching the sunrise and set was breath taking. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and there were loads of shops, restaurants and bars around the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel with the most stunning views of beach and sea and is in the ideal place for bars and restaurants. Rooms are adequate and clean, staff are friendly and all wear masks all day. The animation girl Martina is the BEST. We had a wonderful 7 day vacation in Magaluf and stayed at the Alua Calvia. I traveled with a friend who's bound to a wheelchair and their service was exceptional. Good family hotel, great swimming pools and sunbathing areas with lots of sunbeds and parasols. Went for bed and breakfast, the breakfast had lots of options, including vegetarian food which was tasty. The drinks from the pool bar were tasty and cheap and the pool itself was always fairly quiet. I just got back from a week's rest . Hotel at a high level. Food very good, large selection. The staff is very nice and open . The 6 Pools are the best things this hotel has to offer we all enjoy them. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk round the back of the hotel . Some staff are friendly certainly not all. Rooms were dirty worn out and stains on furniture. Shower would turn from freezing cold to very hot in seconds and then back to cold again. Most nights Kids entertainment didn't start until 9:15pm- 9:30pm.

Nice place, the beach in front of the hotel is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Food could be better. They have to pay attention because very often the food are cold or looks a little old. The location of the hotel is really good. I recommend beside of the food disappointment.

Wonderful stylish hotel with polite and friendly staff. Most of all I loved fresh fruits for breakfast and the swimming pool area. Special thanks for the cocktail Hugo, now it is my favorite one :)

Amazing view from the room. Breakfast delicious. You can find everything what you like. I giving 3 stars as we had a car and they said we have to pay 10 € per day for parking... and we got two single beds in the room which wasn't very comfortable. Apart that i rally recommended that hotel for everyone.

If you are looking for a great experience, this is the place! I spent 1 week in September and I just loved the hotel. The room was very cozy and friendly. Very good staff in all the departments. I really recommend take the breakfast in the hotel because it is delicious! You have plenty of choice. As well the dinner! When you get tired of the pool and you wanna go to the beach, you only need to walk...

We stayed at the Alua Palmanova Bay half term week , the room was lovely and very spacous .. double room sea view ..well set out ,tv in each .. kitchenette was a good size with all mod cons i.e microwave,2 ring hob ..fridge ect.. balcony was a fair size too .. Food was delicous & with a really good choice of meals .. Surrounding area was great .. stones throw from the beach ,shops ,pubs & clubs. Only...

Excellent place to stay. We were self catering, but did eat there which was very nice. All the staff very friendly and professional.

The stuff at the hotel was very good. Hotel is family friendly. Good location. There are many shops near and the beech is 10 minute walk from the hotel. Very nice kids attractions in the evening, for the parents to have some private time. Highly recommended.

Pleanty of things to do at the hotel and great entertainment. We are a family of 4 and our girls are 7 and 13. The rooms where clean and so was the hotel. Great mini gold course and an amazing upside down house and fantastic family night time shows. The hotel is well looked after, as are the grounds. One of the best all inclusive holidays I've been to in the last 10 years ! Rooms are clean and spacious. Lots to do on and around the hotel. Staff lovely and went above and beyond ...needed extra pillows they were there with in 20 mins, tables constantly cleaned in the restaurant and cooks constantly replenishing food. We have several fussy eaters...

Best theme hotel with a lot of adventure

Very nice but very busy. Attractions good. Food excellent and a wide selection. Even the fussiest of eaters will find something.
