Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotels

We had a lovely time staying in room 433. The view from the balcony was nice. The rooms are good and cleaned daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team were awesome. The facilities are great and the hotel is only a short walk to the dunes!! Overall we had a fantastic time.

We are on our last day here at Hotel Catarina. We honestly can’t fault it. The room is lovely, (room 118), the beds are made daily and the bathroom cleaned. Always provided with fresh towels. The shower runs well, hairdryer actually has some power and the little added extras such as shower caps, shampoo, conditioners etc are great. There are tea and coffee making facilities, although I’m not sure if this is for every level of booking.
Food, drink, staff and entertainment have been spot on.
The hotel is perfect whether you want to be in the thick of activities or you just want the peace and quiet.
Plenty more I could say, but I think this says enough.

Room 474

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Abora Catarina by Lopesan Hotel and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations in every way possible. Originally, we were in a room on the front near the roundabout, which was just too loud for our 2 girls. The hotel reception team didn't hesitate to move us to the back of the property next to the tranquil pond below.

Location:
The hotel is perfectly situated, offering great views.

Room:
I stayed in the family room, and it was simply spectacular. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated The bed comfortable and the view from the balcony was great, especially at sunset.

Service:
The service is what truly sets it apart. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. It felt like staying with friends who happened to run a five-star hotel.

Dining:
The food here is absolutely divine and always had a great selection to chose from.

Facilities & Amenities:
Whether you're lounging by the pool or indulging in a treatment at the spa, or exploring the nearby attractions, there's something for everyone and the fitness center was well-equipped for those wanting to keep up with their workout routines.

We had a lovely time staying in room 308. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well kept being cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team made sure there was always something to do and the shows were awesome. The facilities are great and the hotel is only a short walk to the beach!! The only downside is the pools are a little too cold. But overall we had a fantastic time and are already planning out next visit.

We have stayed at Abora Catarina 3 times so far and every time we have had a fantastic holiday. This holiday, we stayed in room 243 & 121 and both of our rooms were excellent. The rooms are great, plenty of space and the food is excellent, always have plenty of options to eat everyday. The staff are so hardworking and very polite. I spent my birthday here this year & a member of staff turned up to the door with a personal birthday card & a bottle of wine, which was unexpected as we never told anyone it was my birthday and such a lovely touch which was very much appreciated. We have recommended this hotel to plenty of people & would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday in Gran Canaria.

The stay has been very pleasant. We stayed on room 162 and it has a lot of space for a family of four( our case); the activities either for adults or children are very entertaining and fun. The aqua park is a highly appreciated facility as well as the playground and the games room. The staff is very nice and competent and turns the stay a lot more pleasant. It’s a place I will recommend for sure.

We were in room 403 - we had a great stay. The whole hotel was very pretty, well organised and never felt too busy. Our girls loved the water slides and pools. We liked the all-inclusive food and drink - a really relaxing holiday thanks.

Great experience! It was almost last minute decision and very good choice. Well spent money 😀 Excellent food, above expectation. Room big enough, able to easily accomodate three people. Super pool, surroundings, bars near. Family atmosphere, recommend for holidays 😀👍

My family and I stopped in room 184 after being changed after the first night. We asked to change to a better room on the ground floor, near the splash poor, which we saw was vacant and it was no problem to the wonderful reception staff who have been great throughout.

The food has been brilliant by all inclusive standards. Some of the meats especially available on an evening have been outstanding and I take my hat off to the catering team.
The rooms are nice, big enough and modern. Very basic and very clean with comfortable beds.
The entertainment team make a real effort for the children throughout the day and in the evening.
