Really nice place, easy location to take public transportation and go to the beaches or to the nearest shopping centers. The pool was big and clean. The dinner and breakfast had a variety of food at very good prices.

Loved this place, even though it was in the middle of nowhere! The only thing I didn't like was how freezing cold the main pool was, but we found our on our last day the other pools are better! I would definitely return back here the place its self is lovely!

Loved the place and location, quiet and well kept. The bungalow is nice and completed. Main issue: they kept my documents and when I left I forgot to ask for them back - they have my contact and did not notify me in any way, I had to call and then go back to pick them up days later. I would have expected better customer service and some common sense from staff.

I did like the personnel of the hotel - front desk staff was always attentive. in the pool bar I would like to get the kudos to Aco - our server - always smiling and with a positive attitude! thank you for that! The beds were sliding all over the place when you hardly move, the maids were friendly and the only staff that actually looked happy, I felt like the rest of the staff in the hotel were miserable and the bar staff were quite rude for no reason at all. Stayed here many times, and just this week, mid January 2025. Meticulously clean, good choice of food. Near the beach (5/10 min walk to 2 mile long sands) and independent restaurants if you want to eat out. Best of all is the friendly service. Of particular note on this stay Natalia was super helpful. The stay has been very pleasant. We stayed on room 162 and it has a lot of space for a family of four( our case); the activities either for adults or children are very entertaining and fun. Very good value for money. The staff is the best part. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Good location with lots of restaurants, groceries, close to Yumbo Centre and within walking distance to the Dunes. The breakfast was delicious and with TONS of options. Pool is nice with lots of chairs. The rooms need an update though and the single beds are really small.

Really friendly staff and everywhere so clean. Nothing to much trouble. Food great and lots of variety. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no outside bar in the evening, when you want to relax and have a drink before you eat. If this was put in place I would certainly return.

Staff are lovely, room is very modern with good bathroom. We were in the adults only section which had loads of beds and it's own pool. The only downside is that the food in the evening is not great, loads of stews made with cheap meat, not a big selection of different mains, quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
