Really nice place, easy location to take public transportation and go to the beaches or to the nearest shopping centers. The pool was big and clean. The dinner and breakfast had a variety of food at very good prices.

Loved this place, even though it was in the middle of nowhere! The only thing I didn't like was how freezing cold the main pool was, but we found our on our last day the other pools are better! I would definitely return back here the place its self is lovely!

Loved the place and location, quiet and well kept. The bungalow is nice and completed. Main issue: they kept my documents and when I left I forgot to ask for them back - they have my contact and did not notify me in any way, I had to call and then go back to pick them up days later. I would have expected better customer service and some common sense from staff.

Nice bungalows with pools. The pool is open until 6pm only. Tried their dinner buffet and it was very good.

I did like the personnel of the hotel - front desk staff was always attentive. in the pool bar I would like to get the kudos to Aco - our server - always smiling and with a positive attitude! thank you for that! The beds were sliding all over the place when you hardly move, the maids were friendly and the only staff that actually looked happy, I felt like the rest of the staff in the hotel were miserable and the bar staff were quite rude for no reason at all. The stay has been very pleasant. We stayed on room 162 and it has a lot of space for a family of four( our case); the activities either for adults or children are very entertaining and fun. The aqua park is a highly appreciated facility as well as the playground and the games room. The staff is very nice and competent and turns the stay a lot more pleasant. Fantastic location! Staff unbelievably friendly! Beautiful pool area, lots of sun beds, fresh towels laid out on the sun beds for us everyday. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast, lots of choice!

Very good! After a couple of days in the horrible touristy restaurants in meloneras, La Bodega was a complete breath of fresh air. They have a good kitchen and everything on the table was delicious. Tapas menu. Kudos also to the staff, very good and professional service from an experienced crew.

All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Perhaps a few more staff members would have made for a better dining room and bar service as there just wasn't t enough staff to keep on top of everything. We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Very good food, nice and clean rooms, nice staff and very fun activities at day and night. We just had a fantastic week at this hotel. The food was different every meal throughout the week and there were lots of hot options (around 6 fish/meat dishes in the pots with another one of each on the flat top being cooked) everything from chips to lentil soup to goat meat stew... many Canarian favourites on there as well as English dishes. Very good value for money. The staff is the best part. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Great big hotel. Rooms are good. Very clean! Staff is very friendly Beds are best we had on GC. Pool is nice and enough space to rest on the beds. Breakfast is enough and lot of choice. Hotel is next to yumbo shopping centre and 10 min walk from the beach. I would more call it Gay only instead of Adult only. Great taxi service back to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again!!
