Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! Pool area was lovely & very handy for bus stop for visiting other parts of the island.

1st time in the Canaries and very impressed with the hotel and facilities. Still post covid but some normality resuming. The wearing of face masks and arranged times for meals (all inclusive) hasn't put a dampener on the holiday. Fully understand the requirements so that we can still enjoy a holiday. For a budget friendly hotel you really can’t fault this place. The only reason it got 4 and not 5 is because on 2 occasions the lift was broken which meant a 4 flight hike in 30 degree heat, plus one of those times with our suitcases. I've spent a week in Parque Cristobal on Gran Canaria with my family. We've been nicely entertained during the vacation. I found the food really pleasant. I also can't complain about the staff - they were always helpful and friendly. Our apartment was daily tidied.. Everything went well, I'd come again.

Nice place to stay with small children, much green play areas and swimming pool. Relatively sheltered patios in front of individual apartments. Of course, this is a tourist machine, but a friendly one.

Depending on your booking you will either get a bungalow that is due for renovations (we had one with a couple of spots with damage by water), or a renovated one. Bathroom had no window to open, no ventilation and moldy spots on the roof window. Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Very good value for money. The staff is the best part. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Good location with lots of restaurants, groceries, close to Yumbo Centre and within walking distance to the Dunes. The breakfast was delicious and with TONS of options. Pool is nice with lots of chairs. The rooms need an update though and the single beds are really small.

Very clean hotel with lots of sun loungers, great location across from the Yumbo Centre with lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Good selection for breakfast. Staff are always willing to help and very attentive. Bedrooms are suitable but dated and 1 big thing that let's the Bedrooms down is that there is no kettle/tea&coffee making facilities

Great big hotel. Rooms are good. Very clean! Staff is very friendly Beds are best we had on GC. Pool is nice and enough space to rest on the beds. Breakfast is enough and lot of choice. Hotel is next to yumbo shopping centre and 10 min walk from the beach. I would more call it Gay only instead of Adult only. Great taxi service back to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again!!

We had a very nice stay at Maspalomas Resort in Maspalomas. Very nice hotel with great food, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, great location.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with regular maid service and towel changes. The pool area was clean and offered plenty of entertainment options for both kids and adults. The poolside bar had a decent variety of drinks and food The restaurant was clean, with a good variety of food. What could be improved: Some hotel staff were rude and not very helpful, which was disappointing...

Very nice holiday. We are very grateful of taking care of our daughter who needs gluten free diet due to coeliac disease. The toblerone cake made her cry, she had never eaten such a delicious gluten free cake. Food on the restaurant good quality and taste. Spacious rooms. We consider coming back soon.

Beautiful resort but if you are not from France then stay away 1 Pool very busy and other pool is like a retirement home, no airbeds and not playing with a ball also
