The hotel is located in a beautiful, comfortable, spacious enclave with a very complete restaurant and services. The pool and bathing area is second to none.

The hotel is for adults only. Free parking for guests. Pretty detailed. Ideal to enjoy the tranquility. Spacious rooms, saltwater pool, sun loungers and Balinese to relax. Very good food. It is worth having breakfast, lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. Hotel with covid19 topic protocols: very aware of this topic. Well located, close to the bays and town of Fornells. I plan to return.

Bernat runs a beautiful hotel. The relaxed atmosphere is felt throughout this spacious setting, breakfast served on the terrace under the shade of an architectural canopy of green. Rooms have a view over Aiguablava and mornings are greeted by a chorus of cicadas. The azure waters of the Mediterranean are a hop away. A gem on the Costa Brava.

Lovely place - highly recommended. The fine-dining set dinner is very well done and worth the expense. Wonderful, generous buffet breakfast, too. Delightful details in room and hotel decor.

We ended up in this little hidden gem for lunch and it was absolutely spot on. Great quality of products, well cooked and delicious. The service was excellent! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it. Thanks for having us! :)

I’m reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. The food was ok but not amazing. If you end up eating there, you probably won’t be dissappointed, but I would not particularly recommend anyone to go eat there because it’s special. The chairs we sat on outside were so uncomfortable.

Lovely hidden gem. Well worth a visit. The signature dish, Rascassa (scorpion fish), was prepared over a wood fire and is the most delicious fish I’ve ever had. Excellent menu and wine list. We walked the coastal path from Sa Tuna in the evening. The walk was almost as charming as the restaurant.

We stayed four days at Sa Rascassa in early August and had the best of times in this super charming and cosy place! Smooth self check in with a personal handwritten letter awating on the bed with all information you need. Rooms are very stylish and with attention to details in color, design and with comfortable beds and a fresh bathroom. Great to have the bath towels and beach bag in the room. Love...

This tiny hotel based above a charming small bay is absolutely perfect. It’s very simple, but tastefully decorated and designed, very comfortable bed, and there is incredible attention to detail. It was a beautiful property with very clean rooms and an extremely accommodating staff. A perfect get a way location. It had plenty of activities to do on the property (beach, pool, tennis etc) but it was also an easy drive to town. The restaurant was very good and the included breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

We booked two Garden View rooms back in April 2025, however when we checked in we were told the ‘garden view’ rooms were located in an annexe, 300 metres on a steep incline from the main hotel ! The rooms were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift !! Instead of a ‘garden view’ our rooms overlooked a car park ! Why were we not informed of this at the time of booking ? The rooms were totally unacceptable...

The hotel is located in an area of astounding natural beauty. The hotel itself is luxurious, with excellent service and very good facilities. The food is also amazing

Everything was excellent. The only thing that wasn’t very impressive was the size of the beach and the sand condition. The sea water wasn’t as clear as the pictures but not terrible. Staff was exceptional and very friendly. The ocean view from the room is an idea to be considered for who stays here because it is magical!

The place is located very nice and the food is good. The prices are relative high compared to other restaurants in the area. This isn’t compensated by good service from the staff unfortunately. The atmosphere is very stressed which has an impact on the guests as well. Nobody was smiling and most of them looked annoyed just like me.

Delicious food with a flavor from home. The ladies who run the joint are lovely and make sure you have a good time. Highly recommended. Parking is an issue. Be patient.

Amazing location, amazing amenities, very nice Spa and a spectacular view, great breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was amongst the worst I have experienced so far. I would still recommend it, but whoever is considering a stay here should be aware and not expect too much in terms of friendliness of the service ;)

Recently completely refurbished, this 4 star hotel has a modern, minimalistic vibe. Airy & light with comfortable seating. We only visited the bar, so I can't say anything about the rooms & as it was night time, I couldn't really see the garden but I will definitely return during the daytime.

Fantastic value. Worth staying a couple of nights at least for those travelling around Spain. Small beach which effectively almost private. Restaurants on the beach are closed for winter. Path following the coast for those who enjoy a stroll

Stayed for one night with half board meals and spa entrance. We did a massage in the spa which was great and not too pricey. The spa- was very nice and not packed, the one down side I personally had that neither of the pools were hot but only warm. My family and I have just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable 10 days in Tamariu. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Although we ate out most evenings the kitchen facilities were excellent. The bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of wardrobe space and a very good pedestal fan. The main living area, although small, was just big enough for 4 persons. It also had air conditioning...

Although without ocean views, the apartment has lots of light, it is spacious, it is very well equipped and most important, truly clean

Great hotel with friendly service at an even greater location. Fresh clean rooms and good restaurant to it. Possibility for a private parking space, which is good, because during daytime Tamaríu is well visited and fully parked.

Perfect location, but inconsistent staff. Check in clerk made several mistakes with parking and dinner reservation, bar staff got our food order wrong ( my husband does not eat red meat and instead of duck burger he got a beef burger). Cleaning staff was very competent.

Amazing location and vibe in general. Tamariu is small but beautiful. Be prepared to climbs stairs which for us was a non issue. My only complaint was the very rude hostess at the lower level restaurant. I was doing my best at communicating in Spanish. Granted my Spanish sucks but usually people appreciate you trying. She was very rude about it, so much so that we split and went elsewhere. Beyond that...

Great experience combining quality, taste, rooms are charming, we stayed at room #15 with sea view. Breakfast is good, and CoVid measures applied. We also had dinner, they serve a reduced menu but fairly good given curfew. Owners are present so all details are considered.

I loved this hotel, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool was spacious and thankfully there were not too many guests so plenty of choice of sunbeds.
