Cosy family hotel in the heart of the old town offers comfort, good service and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in Mediterranean style and equipped with everything necessary. Ideal for beach and sightseeing holiday.

Location: 75 km from the airport of Barcelona, 35 km from Girona airport, 150 m from the center of Pineda de Mar.
Consists of one 5-storey building.

Wat a great hotel. Firstly the hotel was spotless everywhere. Staff at the front desk were very nice to talk to and also very helpful. My wife and I booked bed and breakfast which was very good. Great selection and was well cooked. Hotel was in a great location,, ten min walk to the town and beach. Also air conditioning was very good as it was very hot. Overall the hotel was great, wouldn't have any hesitation going back to stay there again.

Most of the staff doesn’t really speak English at all. The house keeping is pretty rude, they just bang on your door, yell and then just barge in (even with the do not disturb sign) when they see you still in bed they look arrogantly at you, say something in Spanish, then you say you don’t speak Spanish and they still speak Spanish back and leave. They were also VERY loud with the cleaning. We could hear them 10 rooms down the hall throwing stuff on the floor and stuff. Same with the reception. When we arrived our room was given away?? It was 1 am and we wanted to sleep but all the reception woman could say in English was “full.” Even though we booked 8 months in advance. After a while we started mentioning money refund and then all of a sudden our room was free. Staff at breakfast were also pretty arrogant, they were really rushing us to finish so they could take our plates. Furthermore the room was nice, and the pool and bar were very pretty. The view was also gorgeous. So except for the service it was fine.

This is an amazing hotel!! Booked it for a week with breakfast en dinner and I was a little unsure what to expect for dinner, but this has blown me away! Each night a totally different selection and the quality is great! Rooms are clean, bathrooms also. Daily cleaning is very thorough and the bed is very comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back.

Cannot fault this hotel.
If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, family friendly hotel, this is the one to book. From management to cleaners, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is of first class quality, fresh buffet daily beautifully presented, and chefs cook hot food daily. There is so much choice which caters for all tastes. Town square, beach and shops are all within very easy reach. Train station too is very accessible. We return here regularly. Without hesitation we wholeheartedly recommend it.

we had such a lovely stay here!! we were instantly made to feel welcome by the lovely lady on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name but you worked mainly evenings) who went above and beyond for us and made sure we felt at home. rooms had air con and a cute balcony, there was a great selection of food at each meal, pool was lovely with great views. fabulous experience!! would 100% return and hope to see the lovely lady on reception again :)

Absolutely awful arrived Monday night and got to room no bed for my 8 month old baby then was told to stay in Tuesday will get sorted wasted a whole day and still no bed had to push beds together asked them again got told will get sorted and never did absolutely awful puts so much stress and worry onto the holiday never might wasted a whole day staff apologise but it’s lies and wouldn’t recommend if u have a baby as staff are rude not just about bed but when they cry or feeding them in the area while people are eating very terrible would not recommend not safe at all

It was such an amazing stay..
Reading some reviews we were sceptical but we were so surprised for a 3 star hotel and we couldn’t expect any more.
Staff is lovely, rooms are cleaned everyday,
Girl that was cleaning our room is lovely she even organised our child’s toys and folded our clothes to which service we were more than surprised. She done a super job!!! We stayed in room 411
All staff speak English apart 1 guy at night time reception which didn’t bother us at all because if you have any questions you can ask in the morning.
Anything we wanted we got.
I cannot recommend this place more.
Right in the centre, price is amazing, staff is amazing, food is 8/10.
We felt like we got more than we paid for.
We would love to come back as memories created there were amazing.
Don’t be fooled by other comments unless you are super picky.

Pictures doesn’t match with reality! We didn’t even stayed in there. We booked 2 separate rooms and both of them wasn’t clean properly. Hair in bathroom, dirty walls, bedsheets, towels. AC didn’t work properly. Their private parking is 10 minutes away by foot and doesn’t look safe, just a piece of land surrounded by thin gate. We came to the reception pointing to the issues and asking for a refund. Staff even didn’t apologise or tried to change the room, so we left immediately.

Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable and felt very welcome. The pool was great, views phenomenonal. The breakfast was really good and there were so many options every morning. The beach is only a 10 minute walk and around the area are lots of restrauants and shops too. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Just come back from a week long holiday with my friend and although we had a fantastic time (after all it's the company that makes a holiday) we were disappointed. We have both been on holidays this year for the same money and the quality was vastly different. We felt that the cost didn't match up to what we received.
Pros
Great location on the edge of a busy, vibrant town with plenty of bars and eating places. We felt completely safe regardless of what time we were walking around. Fantastic beach only a ten minute walk away. The roof terrace was chilled and regardless of what time of the day we went there, there was always loungers available. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed. The pool was a welcome relief too.
Cons
The room was very dated and noisy. The beds creaked so every time one of us moved the noise woke the other up. The door to the bathroom creaked and groaned. You could hear your neighbours talking in the bathroom as the walls were so thin and the constant banging of doors. The food was tasty but lacked vegetarian and vegan options. Water had to be paid for at lunch and dinner. Was surprised that there was no fridge or kettle in the room.
Overall it was a great holiday, but unfortunately we felt that the hotel wasn't value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
