The room what we stayed in was very basic with little insulation as we could hear people moving furniture around all the time. Tiny Bathroom with shower almost on top of the toilet and sockets in strange places and very few with cleaning not up to standard. Evening meals were very stressful and disorganised as everybody piled in at once and there should be two sittings because the restaurant is not big enough. Otherwise the location is excellent on the edge of town and great views from the pool, which opened whenever they feel like it and the bell tower from the church was relaxing. Some staff spoke good English and some didn't and the chefs at meal times were rather arrogant.

Most of the staff doesn’t really speak English at all. The house keeping is pretty rude, they just bang on your door, yell and then just barge in (even with the do not disturb sign) when they see you still in bed they look arrogantly at you, say something in Spanish, then you say you don’t speak Spanish and they still speak Spanish back and leave. They were also VERY loud with the cleaning. We could hear them 10 rooms down the hall throwing stuff on the floor and stuff. Same with the reception. When we arrived our room was given away?? It was 1 am and we wanted to sleep but all the reception woman could say in English was “full.” Even though we booked 8 months in advance. After a while we started mentioning money refund and then all of a sudden our room was free. Staff at breakfast were also pretty arrogant, they were really rushing us to finish so they could take our plates. Furthermore the room was nice, and the pool and bar were very pretty. The view was also gorgeous. So except for the service it was fine.
