Hotel Sorrabona

We have just eaten here. I had Spaghetti Bolognese which was fine. However, my partner had chicken escalopes in breadcrumbs. Because they were in breadcrumbs and the chicken was quite thin, he didn't really notice until he had eaten quite a bit of it - in fact one whole escalope - that the chicken was almost raw! Very raw actually by the colour of it, but warmish. We called the waiter over and he was very apologetic as he could see how raw it was straight away. He offered to bring a replacement meal but we declined and asked him to show the chef. He did this and we know there was nothing that could be done but the chef never came out. I am sure that a professional chef should always ensure chicken is cooked and at the correct temperature. We have to wait now and hope and pray my partner doesn't get food poisoning as raw chicken is very dangerous. We were there with our family, two small children amongst them, and fortunately he was the only one who had the chicken. We are due to drive back up through France tomorrow morning so like I say let's hope everything is ok. We paid when we ordered otherwise I don't think we would have paid our bill but not that it would undo a very poor and dangerous experience in this restaurant.

The worst hotel in costa brava I have ever stayed in.

Location is nothing like the picture, there is a train in between the hotel and the beach that goes a lot of times!

We went with the bus and came around 7am in the morning we had to wait till 1pm to check in to our room, where people from the street could look straight in your room. My privacy felt violated. We tried to change rooms but the staff couldn’t help us. The room has absolutely nothing, no mini fridge or a good view. And if you wanna have those things you need to pay up extra!

The worst hotel ever, the apartements are not even in the hotel, very small and bad.

Do not come and stay at this hotel!

First impration is very bad, we came on 10:00 but we can chek in on 15.00 wich is very bad because we are very tired of the flight and now we should stay at the street.

The employees are very very arogant and not friendly.

The parking is too small and we should pay €10 for a day for the parking.

Its just not as expected!
Unfortunately.
