The hotel is cute, clean and had everything you need for a short stay... you could either relax at the pool or the beach is like 8-9 minutes by foot. The staff is very friendly, from the ladies that make sure everything is impeccable in the rooms, to the staff that attend in the serving area! I've been impressed by the impeccable service of Maria, she knew every person just by looking at them, very attentive and professional, we felt great... and for sure that's why most of the people return to the same places, because of the people that work there and how they made us feel! Thank you so much

Me, my wife, and our 3-year-old had a great time there! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was awesome. They even helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday with the other kids and the entertainer. Plus, the beach is only 10 minutes away, and there's a direct train to Barcelona. Calella, I miss you!

The rooms need an update, the beds weren't the most comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful as were the dining room staff. The breakfast was more than adequate, something for everyone and all very fresh each morning.

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Stayed Bed and Breakfast. Had a large selection of food to chose from, both cooked, and continental. About 3 minutes walk from transfer drop off point, and 10 minutes walk to beach. 15 minutes to train station. Only negative point I had, was a couple of groups of school kids booked at the hotel on the same week. No fault of the hotel though. Overall a good experience and nice hotel. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at GHT Balmes. The hotel has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is clean, well-presented and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to keep guests happy. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and the snack bar is reasonably priced and has lots of options. The breakfast and evening meal options are good and we enjoyed both during our stay. The hotel is a short walk away from the centre of town, the beach and the train station. The English breakfast was not to our taste but all the other breakfast options were great especially the pancakes! There was an issue with movement on the laminate floor panels in the corridor outside our room but this did not cause any problems and it was clear the hotel were on with sorting this out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay here again.

Family and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and we did enjoy it. Breakfast is amazing, lots of food to choose from. Unfortunately walls in the room are thin like a paper, you can hear everything what someone is talking about next door.
All members of staff are friendly, except one lady on the reception, which wasn’t helpful at all with anything you needed. Swimming pool is good too. Good location, needs just one train direct to get to Barcelona.

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. Positives, food was great, amenities for families is good. Nice pool bar which provided drinks and food. Also nice play area near the bar. receptionists could have been a bit more friendlier

Lovely hotel, staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. We came in the off season and enjoyed the chill atmosphere and perfect weather. Child and dog friendly, great for families something for everyone. Great location from shops, train station and beach, hospital and pharmacy very close. Food is great, lovely restaurants with in walking distance. Overall fantastic holiday recommend for all ages.

We where here for a break just the two of us. Food amazing and plenty to choose from depending on your taste. Breakfast pancakes and eggs gorgeous. Staff so friendly, helpful and fun couldn't have given a better experience. Pool really good. One member of staff is your diamond 💎 every day that's our Rosa super friendly always smiling always helpful always front and present to make your day start off with a smile and a laugh. Relaxing enjoyable and will be returning March April with the kids 25...

Where do I start!! Food poising from uncooked chicken on first day! Pool is freezing Flys all round the pool landing on u all the time! People banging on hotel room doors passed midnight No lifeguard even with lots children present! No entertainment AVOID!!!!
