I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. The food is really good they have a lot to offer even if you’ve a lactose intolerance, gluten allergy etc. For adults and kids there are lot of activities hosted. Really enjoyed our weeks holiday at this hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable and food excellent. Two of our party are vegan and were happy and well fed. We got a 7 day pass for the spa which worked out around 6 euros a day and we enjoyed using the gym and spa every day. Drinks are very reasonably priced. The staff was great, really helpful. The big issue for us was the glass bathroom door! Even though we are quite open and not really shy family, one wants privacy in the bathroom. I know it is modern and very popular so everyone has them these days but can't understand it. The hotel has the best food we ever tried (and we travel a lot) ! It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

The hotel was all in all Wonderful. The only thing I noticed are the plates that they use to serve their guests. It's mostly not well washed. I have to wipe it my self. The grilling station where a chef grills the fish, eggs and meat, it's mostly unsalted. The water they're serving during dinner are not for free so you need to pay for it on the spot. This is an amazing hotel!! Booked it for a week with breakfast en dinner and I was a little unsure what to expect for dinner, but this has blown me away! Each night a totally different selection and the quality is great! Rooms are clean, bathrooms also. Daily cleaning is very thorough and the bed is very comfortable. To be absolutely honest, I am amazed at the value for money this place offers. I have stayed in many H•Top hotels of the years, but this has been by far the best. You are fed and watered to your heart's content. The beach is quite close along with a couple of supermarkets if needed.
