The breakfast is great, wide selection, clean.
The room is okay, but not as on the picture, more like a 3 star hotel.
Actually our first room was not properly cleaned so they gave us another room, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
The pools are way smaller than on the pictures - we did not felt like staying there. Downstairs pool full of kids, upstairs pool is like a 3 meter pool.

The hotel looks nice for the price, room and breakfast was good, we also had parking and it was close to the beach (10 min ) and a lot of shopps and restaurants, but I can't recomand it because of the NOISE, it was extremely difficult to sleep when you hear everything from the kitchen, hallway or cleaning stuff room. If you are a good sleeper maybe it will do for you.

Service 5/5 nice and helpful. Food 5/5 delicious and varied. Room 3/5 - we booked the last room available, it turned out to be on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Noise from the kitchen and slamming wicket at night as staff left and transport arrived - very annoying.

Fridge Saga : Booked this hotel with the comfort of having a fridge(as advertised ) to store breast milk for our ten month old baby. The fridge was simply a glorified cupboard. Explained to reception that the fridge wasn't cold and they sent maintenance, twice(no joy). The fridge still remained at room temp. When asked could they switch out the fridge with one that works they explained they couldn't because the hotel was full. Seems ridiculous that a large hotel doesn't have one spare fridge to have in reserve. They explained that all fridges in the hotel remained at the same slightly tepid temperature( another cost saving initiative) To me the simple fix was to buy a new fridge that worked, no less than 100 euro ( we were paying above 200 euro per night ) that other future guests could use for medicinal reasons/ breast milk. No joy on that . Failing this I suggested they supply ice to the room so we can store in the fridge so the milk doesn't spoil. Six hours later( and multiple bottles of spoiled milk) no ice. The manager who wasn't on site refused to speak to us, so as a result the receptionist was left not knowing what to do and started crying as a result. In the end the solution they had was to store the milk in the fridge in the bar. They had no response when I told them I would need to gain access at approx 12am and 4am ( half asleep and in my underwear!!). The whole saga is ridiculous. Fridges are meant to be cold. We're still in room 203 if you want to rectify the issue.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean, the staff were super friendly. Check in was quick and easy. You even can check in before arriving. Breakfast was great! Eggs and bacon cooked right in front of you. None of this microwave style bacon . We were on the main level so lobby was noisy in morning and super annoying to hear the hallway door close and open, you can also hear water coming down the pipes every so often. Not the best view from our balcony but besides this we still really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with our little one and we loved it that much that we decided to stay a other night although be ready to spend some money as the price is quite pricey. Really comfy beds, big and clean rooms. We enjoyed very much the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and always very helpful. We will definitely come back to stay here next time we are in Tossa.

Very rude staff. Marta and Arnaw both at reception were talking about us in a very bad way in Spanish. They thought we couldn’t understand spanish, they said stupid about us and another very bad words, we are shocked, please avoid staying here, you will be disappointed so much!

Excellent hotel. We have enjoyed staying there for a week. Restaurant has got great food and all Staff at both hotel and restaurant were very kind and thoughtful. Additionally hotel was renovated in 2016 sp everything is almost brand new. The only thing that needs improvement is their Wi-Fi (hence why only 4star score). Often it was completely unusable (DSL speeds around less than 1Mbit), probably depending on quantity of users. Worked best... In the lobby. :) other than that great hotel that i would reccomend to anyone.
