Hotel Best Tenerife

After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, I don't know what Hotel you went to. The Best Tenerife Hotel was by far one of the friendliest, cleanest Hotels I have been too. The food was excellent, how anyone can say, it was not very good must stay in 5* hotels. The choice was amazing, they replaced everything quickly and the service from the restaurant staff was second to none. The room was spacious, clean, beds made every day. Plenty if wardrobe space, lovely powerful shower. Bottles of water every day. The bar staff were amazing. Really attentive, cocktails were beautiful and the decorations they handmade everyday were lovely. We met some lovely people and has a wonderful, relaxing holiday and we will be back. We had such an amazing stay here! The room was very nice and so spacious, we also had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool is quite big and very beautiful. The location was amazing as well, there was so much to do near the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy either. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the hotel staff was so incredibly nice. We would also like to give a special thanks to bartender Oscar, he was so incredibly nice and made us the best cocktails we ever had! I will definitely stay here again when we visit Tenerife, I literally can’t recommend it enough! It was incredible and I’m very sad that we had to leave.

Just had 10 nights all inclusive here and honestly it was brilliant. The animation team are fantastic, evening entertainment was great, lots of laughs and something for everyone. Food we couldn't fault, again something for everyone even picky eaters. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of loungers throughout the day. Location is great but everything you need is in the hotel tbh.
Would definitely stay here again. If you want a fun, easy going holiday this is the place to be.

The name of the hotel says it all, it really was the best. Stayed for 5 nights with my partner the best little get away ever and could not fault them at all, always someone at the desk if in need of any information or help. The room was lovely the beds were comfy especially the long pillows, was cleaned everyday no faults, Staying all inclusive was the easiest, a big variety of food selection within breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff worn different uniform for each mealtime and were really lovely and lively, empty food plates were collected quickly, the food was absolutely amazing which I worried about being a fussy eater myself, snacks were also available during day time. Entertainment was great from adults entertainment to kids entertainment. Shops, the beach, restaurants/bars are all in walking distance of the hotel plus free buses to water parks/zoo/shopping centre and much more right outside the hotel. I would definitely stay again and bring my little ones along with me. Highly recommended!

We are on the last day of a weeks stay here, the atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. The staff have been lovely, and it is such a clean hotel. We were half board and the only thing I would say wasn’t amazing was the food, me and my partner both agree it wasn’t great. It was very similar every night and just overall average. Drinks at the pool bar were well priced, and the cocktails were 10/10. We stayed in an attic room which had the most amazing balcony and view, the cleaners were in daily. Our room was a little dated but from what I could tell all the rooms on the top floor have been renovated and ours is the last to be done, but by no means did this effect our holiday. There was a bit of a dash for sun beds in a morning, but I think this is standard anywhere you stay. Again the pool area was lovely and clean. Overall a great stay and we cannot wait to come back here.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Best Tenerife...
We had the most wonderful holiday and overall we would highly recommend this hotel.
The 4 star rating is spot on. One of the highlights for us were the wonderful, welcoming and friendly staff. From the reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff and animation team, they were all outstanding. Every single employee made a special effort to interact with our 2 young children. The cleaners were very happy to hear my 5 year old speaking a little bit of Spanish that she had learnt before we came. The animation team were very funny and again, great with kids.
We were also impressed with the quality of the travel cot provided for our 1 year old. We often find that the travel cot provided is very uncomfortable with an awful thin mattress but at Best Tenerife it had a high quality mattress and my son slept very well in there.
The location of the hotel is ideal - plenty in the area but away from the main strip. Nice and quiet in the evenings which is what we wanted with having young children.
The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard, towels replaced and clean cups provided.
The only down sides were how busy the pool area was. It was difficult to get a sun bed if you hadn't 'reserved' one by around 9am. The pool looks bigger on the pictures but it is very clean.
The food was good but not amazing. There was plenty to find each morning and evening and was definitely edible! They try their best to cater for everyone, including all nationalities. The Paella was one of my favourite dishes.
We would return to Best Tenerife in the future and would like to thank the wonderful staff. They really did make our stay unforgettable!

Great hotel nice friendly staff, food excellent, with a great choice, room was lovely with a balcony view of the pool, help yourself drink service for all inclusive, beach within 2 mins walk, and a stroll to the shops , would definitely return

This hotel was amazing to stay at in tenerife, they had very good swimming pools but sometimes it does get crowded and you might need to wake up at 7AM to put some towels on your sun chairs to 'reserve' them, and free drinks at the bar. There's a great buffet with many different food options, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Many places to go outside of the hotel with the family. The rooms are good providing a TV, a cupboard with a safe and a mirror on the door, a bathroom with a big mirror, a shower and a toilet, Two big beds and a desk. In conclusion, the hotel is perfect for a family of 4 or a couple going on holiday.

We've had a fantastic week at the 'best' hotel! The little touches like our cases being taken straight away and delivered to our room made arriving with 2 young children so much easier! We had emailed the hotel to pay to upgrade to a family room and I couldn't recommend this enough - the room was very spacious with 2 separate alcove bedrooms and another living area. Our terrace went straight to the pool and bar and was a fantastic location - we were so close to the entertainment but never heard a thing. The room was also very clean, room was cleaned every day and left spotless. We were really impressed with how efficient it was. We were all inclusive and with 2 young children it was great. Breakfast had so many different options to suit everyone. We never tried lunch as we ate from the snack bar which was good - chips, pizza, burger, hot dogs, toasties and nuggets most of the time. Evening meal had lots of choice always pizza and pasta for the kids and then different themes. The only thing with this all inclusive style is that you often get people who don't queue or push in front for the last of something but I guess you get that in any all inclusive hotel - everything was kept replenished though as quickly as possible. We did eat out twice on an evening as we wanted to have a change from buffet style and as the hotel is in such a good location it was a 5 minute walk to the safari centre with a range of different cuisines - we tried the Indian and Mexican and thought they were both great. The BEST thing about the hotel is the staff I didn't meet anyone who wasn't friendly or helpful. The entertainment team are amazing - 5 stars!! A special mention to Margot who our boys adored. From the moment our youngest, Ronnie met her on the first night he was in awe. They went to kids club for arts and crafts and also enjoyed water polo and water games. The mini disco was the highlight of the day and the entertainment staff always chatted with everyone before it started. The boys were over the moon when Margot had them up on the stage for a certificate on our last night. Our entertainment staff did change over the holiday so I couldn't comment on the 2 new ones but Margot and Angel were consistent throughout our week and great at getting everyone involved. Angel even had my husband up dancing on the last night - a rare occurrence!! There are a few mixed reviews on here which I read before we went but I couldn't fault anything the hotel did and I am fussy!! Highly recommend and hoping to be back next year!
