Hotel Best Tenerife

Great hotel nice friendly staff, food excellent, with a great choice, room was lovely with a balcony view of the pool, help yourself drink service for all inclusive, beach within 2 mins walk, and a stroll to the shops , would definitely return

We've had a fantastic week at the 'best' hotel! The little touches like our cases being taken straight away and delivered to our room made arriving with 2 young children so much easier! We had emailed the hotel to pay to upgrade to a family room and I couldn't recommend this enough - the room was very spacious with 2 separate alcove bedrooms and another living area. Our terrace went straight to the pool and bar and was a fantastic location - we were so close to the entertainment but never heard a thing. The room was also very clean, room was cleaned every day and left spotless. We were really impressed with how efficient it was. We were all inclusive and with 2 young children it was great. Breakfast had so many different options to suit everyone. We never tried lunch as we ate from the snack bar which was good - chips, pizza, burger, hot dogs, toasties and nuggets most of the time. Evening meal had lots of choice always pizza and pasta for the kids and then different themes. The only thing with this all inclusive style is that you often get people who don't queue or push in front for the last of something but I guess you get that in any all inclusive hotel - everything was kept replenished though as quickly as possible. We did eat out twice on an evening as we wanted to have a change from buffet style and as the hotel is in such a good location it was a 5 minute walk to the safari centre with a range of different cuisines - we tried the Indian and Mexican and thought they were both great. The BEST thing about the hotel is the staff I didn't meet anyone who wasn't friendly or helpful. The entertainment team are amazing - 5 stars!! A special mention to Margot who our boys adored. From the moment our youngest, Ronnie met her on the first night he was in awe. They went to kids club for arts and crafts and also enjoyed water polo and water games. The mini disco was the highlight of the day and the entertainment staff always chatted with everyone before it started. The boys were over the moon when Margot had them up on the stage for a certificate on our last night. Our entertainment staff did change over the holiday so I couldn't comment on the 2 new ones but Margot and Angel were consistent throughout our week and great at getting everyone involved. Angel even had my husband up dancing on the last night - a rare occurrence!! There are a few mixed reviews on here which I read before we went but I couldn't fault anything the hotel did and I am fussy!! Highly recommend and hoping to be back next year! Great hotel. Lovely and clean, modern room. Lovely pool area. Staff were fantastic and friendly Entertainment was great for the kids. Location is axing. 5 mins from 3 different beaches. Would love to come back and stay for 2 weeks next time!

Stayed in March 25 for a week. Been in the Best lots of times. Everything spot on as usual. Room on 2nd floor. Newly renovated so Everything lovely. Cleaned very well every day Received bottle of bubbly and chocs as a returning guest. Lovely touch thank you. Beds lovely and comfy. Kettle and cups and fridge in room. No coffee or tea but i always take my own anyway. Also free safe. Supermarkets next door for fresh milk and water very cheap. Restaurant staff efficient and friendly as usual. Certain members remember us and welcome us back. Food.... lots of everything for everyone. So much choice breakfast and evening meal. (We do half board) chefs cooking fresh omelettes which are lovely. Everything you need . Evening meal always plenty of fresh meats being cooked fresh. Also a pizza chef doing different sorts and are georgous. How anybody complains about the food in this hotel don't deserve to stay there. Cannot comment on the bars as we never stay in the hotel on an evening as we like to venture out to different bars. Already booked for November

Hotel was as expected we have stayed here before although work was in progress it did not impact our stay staff very friendly and our room cleaned daily bottle of bubbly for my birthday from the hotel ( nice touch)food was good no complaints from me, will come again.

Very clean comfortable rooms, staff pleasant, food good for half board, seemed ok for all Inclusive compared to other hotels. pool was busy but sunbeds available! Room at front do t get any soon but nice views, pool view get sun but music can be heard from pool during day!

Hotel very tidy Rooms nice bed very comfy free mini bar until refilled and safety deposit box free Food was really good different every night we was half board but I would stop here again the only thing I can say negative is it’s getting ready for a referb but apart from that’s outstanding staff very helpful

This was a group holiday with 7 other friends. We arrived to friendly welcoming from the reception staff, it was quick and very professional so a very good start Rooms were clean, modern and very spacious with a good size balcony A big shout out to one of the cleaners called Susan. one of our party was poorly and stayed in her room for a few days, Susan was very caring and helpful always asking if she was ok couldn’t do enough to help. Well done and thank you Roof top terrace, brilliant had most days up there Food really good, there was 8 of us with different dietary requirements and there was always something for all of us, again staff friendly Used the Spa which was great the only fault was there was only 2 sun beds, may be put more in Overall fantastic hotel, staff friendly, nice selection of good food, hotel room clean and spacious. All 8 of us enjoyed it so much we will be back same time next year.

Stayed at Best tenerife with a large group of friends celebrating my special birthday. I had been slightly nervous due to some bad reviews however there was nothing to worry about at all. I can honestly say it was superb. Friendly & efficient reception staff who were very helpful & pleasant, I received on my birthday in room, bottle of fizz, chocolates, balloons etc which was a really lovely gesture. Entertainment staff were great, big shout out to Augisto who was such a lovely friendly guy, keep hold of him managers!!! We were A/Inc & I felt there was something for everyone ,plenty of choice & no problem with temps etc breakfast was also good with omelette station, pastries, fruit, cereals etc again friendly staff...snacks were available around bar every day & drinks you could help yourself too also, no complaints. Sunbeds, yes always some taken but we were group of 20 & had no issues getting beds every day. Entertainment not really sure about on a night as we tended to be out every night. This hotel is central to everything so ideal. I had seen reviews that carpets were frayed etc & worn, well you are going to get that in hotels however carpets were being replaced when we were there, please don't let frayed carpets stop you from staying at this lovely hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely
