AVOID THIS HOTEL NO RULES IN THE POOL, OVERFLOWING POOL, INEFFICIENT CLEANING WOMEN
Pool too small, too many people in it and children screaming, diving, causing danger to those in the pool trying to relax. There are no rules in the pool, the lifeguard sits all day looking at his cell phone without doing anything. Dirty rooms, cleaning ladies who don't clean the room, only put towels in the bathroom, dirty mirrors, badly made beds, poor cleaning.
Positive things comfortable beds, and ceiling fans in the room.
Poorly educated restaurant staff, especially the blonde girl who works at the bar, not very sensitive in explaining things, uses rude ways, without understanding that customers must be respected, and if they happen to make mistakes you have to know how to explain and not scold people, also because the rules I'm not at home in that village. Basically a rude person put at the service of customers.
It is not worth eating in the village as it is very expensive.

Location fabulous. The room was awful requested a room that had an enclosed balcony due to having a child with ADHD. Never got it when we turned up to the tiny living room that the sofa was turned in to a double bed that was as hard as the floor and no room to move. The bedding was disgusting and the fan was falling off the celling they replaced the bedding but the fan was not fixed felt like we were watching and waiting for it to fall at Any point. The pool tiles were being replaced when we were there so ment different parts of the pool were closed each day. The dirt on the shutter door was so bad I had to clean them my self the entertainment was pretty poo to and the whole place smelt of weed. Definitely would not stay again.
