The staff is amazing and always willing to help and be at your service. The receptionist Ciprian has been helpful, kind and has been very professional. It is rare to find quality staff in hotels. But there you can be sure that you will be well taken care of. Servie to Customers is important.

The staff are extremely helpful & the food very nice, the evening shows & daytime activities are very good.
One area for improvement would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, this is the 1St hotel I've been to that doesn't have them.
The TV also only has 10 very basic channels.

Good area and very conveniently located next to the beach. Beds are uncomfortable and some things about the rooms are slightly off but nothing that's a deal breaker.

The proximity to the beach is nice and overall the place is clean and well maintained. They dont have the best beach location, but you have nice sand at walking distance. What hurts the most, the food is really bad, the bar service is slow and they always run out of key ingredients for typical drinks. The pool and the exterior bar are closing at 6PM which is way too early. Beds are very uncomfortable. Their free wifi is very slow and unreliable. A weird detail, I never been in
a hotel where the card keys get "demagnetized" so often. Many guest of.our group including myself and my roommate had to go to reception to reactivate it on multiple occasion.

Lovely holiday with very friendly staff and great amenities. Only negative was that the bar food was obviously microwaved however restaurant food was superb

The walls are paper thin, stayed here for one night, tried to sleep both before going out and when coming back from a party, which was amazing thank you for asking, but couldn’t sleep since you can hear people talk ( in normal voice) in the other rooms and in the morning you can hear the cleaning team and everything from outside the room.

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade. Fitness and Spa area provides you with everything you need for a good workout and relaxation. Finally, breakfast and dinner cuisine is exceptional! Everyone can find more than one thing on a menu that they would enjoy! :)
