Chilled and relaxing hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful. Lynda, on reception was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was always clean with a wonderful smell as you walked in! Very central location.

Me and my partner had the best time at this hotel, the staff were all really lovely and rooms were always spotless clean. The food is 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ibiza in the playa de Bossa area, really close to all bars and restaurants and beach front a really short walk. To top it off it was made extra special by Blanca and the Bossa team, Blanca was in touch with my partner before our arrival in Ibiza and set up the room on our first night to come back too after our engagement, just a huge thank you to Blanca and the team as you made the end of my night extra special. This hotel is perfect! Rooms are big, clean, free safe and fridge with the towels changed daily Breakfast is a cooked breakfast or cereal or pastries and isn't mass produced so tastes better Swimming pool is a good Size and warm water Food at the pool is amazing Idea location, beach is 5 minutes away and right next to the clubs and ***** Airport is 10 minutes away The team who work here are lovely! Every single person was very helpful and friendly and even let us have two towels each for the pool which are free, no deposit and you can change them as often as you like

We came as a little last minute girls holiday (just the two of us) before my friend went travelling, i let the hotel know the occasion and they left us a lovely little message in the room on our arrival congratulating her on her next journey along with some little bits. As we booked it last minute we got a good cheap deal but our expectations weren't too high but we was amazed. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and really did an amazing job. We had heard good things about the breakfast and they were completely right. Had a wide selection from english breakfast ingredients, fruit bar, confectionery and pastries. The lovely chef was also stood behind the counter ready for anyone that wanted an omelette. They also had wide variety of drinks including a bowl full of fruits and a juicer to make your own too. The room was cosy and couldn’t fault it. There’s also about 5/6 day beds that get the sun all day. The day beds were €30 per person and you got that money back in food and drinks which we did both days as if you’re around the pool drinking and eating all day it only made sense to us personally. However we didn’t see any signs and not many people knew about this so possibly could put a sign next to them with the information just to save themselves time going back and fourth informing people. The food was good and would 100% recommend the club sandwich & the nachos as they’re big portions. Overall we had a lovely stay and couldn’t have faulted it!!

Lovely hotel which was lovely and clean, a good breakfast available and excellent staff on hand to help with all enquiries. Location probably better suited to the clubbers with the nightclubs nearby. However it was an enjoyable stay of 5 days.

Had a lovely stay here. Although was only 3 nights Lynda and Blanca made it extra special and decorated out room- balloon, sweets, fizz was a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and a great location, opposite taxi stand, next to a ATM, and supermarket. Thank you for making our trip a great one!

Good location, away from the beach front which meant less noise. Good breakfast

Pool and 5* breakfast. The service at the reception on arrival was not the best, but then everything went well.
