It's a older hotel but spotless . The rooms are a little worn but everything worked and the twin room we stayed in had a bathroom and on suite which was handy . No Aircon but good ventilation and a fan kept the room comfortable. For the really cheap price to say here I really can't complain and all the staff we met where very polite.

Good hotel, great location right in the centre of town Don't take any notice of the negative reviews of this hotel. It gets my vote of going beyond its satisfaction. Really friendly staff. Fair enough the carpets on the stairs are a little worn ,but don't let that put you off.

The absolute standout feature of 4Dreams is its phenomenal location: we are right in the middle of the town centre. This is brilliant for instant access to everything, but let’s be real—with such a central position, it’s loud. We knew what we were signing up for, and frankly, you can’t complain when you choose a spot this convenient. It’s the price you pay for being right in the thick of things.
While the interior and fixtures are certainly out of date (it could use a facelift), the level of hygiene is frankly astonishing. The hotel is so clean it's too clean to be true. The entire property gets cleaned every day, a rare commitment that honestly puts many higher-star hotels to shame. This staff dedication is what truly elevates the experience; the minor dated appearance is easily overshadowed by the sheer spotlessness.
The daily breakfast buffet isn't amazing, but it is reliably good. It offers a solid, satisfying variety to get your day started without needing to search elsewhere.
If you are looking for a base that offers unbeatable access to the town, prioritizes phenomenal daily cleanliness, and you don't mind the hubbub that comes with a premium location, 4Dreams is a fantastic, dependable choice.

Charming accommodation located in the heart of everything Puerto De La Cruz with a 24-hr front desk.
I was super-impressed by the "sin gluten" (gluten-free) offerings and non dairy milk selection at breakfast, as I thought I'd have to buy those supplies. And the morning of my departure (6:25 am,) the front desk opened the breakfast area just for me. The consideration given here was heartfelt.
If your Spanish is not up to speed, there are some English-speaking staff to assist you, and all the staff are approachable and eager to give guests the best holiday experience. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and respectful. Everything was clean and perfect. The room had everything we needed, including cooling fans. They helped us with anything we asked for and were always kind. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to everything. I really recommend this place!

Booked through EasyJet for a a one week stay here.
Despite requesting a room with double bed, our room had two single beds with a table mounted in between.
The room was very dated and furniture clearly worn, only had one plug socket accessible behind the table in between the beds.
Despite this, the rooms were kept clean with daily housekeeping and bedding changes.
We booked for bed and breakfast and the breakfast options felt below par. Breakfast is offered between 07:30 and 10:30 am with breakfast tokens given to you on check in to redeem this breakfast. These tokens are to be handed over to the breakfast waiter however, it was very rare they were around during breakfast service.
On offer for food was cereals, fruit, prepackaged pasteries and a continental section with boiled eggs, warm ham and beans with occasional other items.
Location is good though, directly in the town centre, with a close walk to the beach and nearby shops, restaurants etc.
Opposite the hotel is a school (see red building is picture 2) so if staying during midweek, you will be awoken and disturbed by very loud children’s music and children playing so my advice would be to request a room away from the street side towards the rear of the hotel.

I stayed here in January and had a relaxing holiday. It was in a central location without being noisy.
The rooms were comfortable and regularly cleaned.
Front of desk staff were polite and informative.

Puerto de la Cruz is one of the most beautiful areas of the island I've visited in my years of traveling here every winter with my kids and you can't go wrong with choosing the 4 Dreams if you're looking for a great balance of quality and affordability. Among the standard amenities is the pool which is rare for a 3 star hotel. The staff was attentive, even at night, and eager to help us with anything we needed. Looking forward to coming again.

Amazing trip!! Location was perfect! The guy who worked in reception (Javier) was the most helpful person ever. The hotel is very lucky to have a person like him working for them. Highly reccomended (great value for money).

Its charming and cozy 3 stars hotel, very clean and lovely staff. We had breakfast there, buffet style for only 6.90/ pax. Location is perfect and i loved the pool area and its view.
