cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

First visit to Tenerife and stayed here for 10 days half-board as a family of four including two teenagers. Food was a surprise. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

The room was ok, the rooms are outdated and the bedframes not clean. A cockroach was found dead in my room and it wasn't cleaned the next morning, it was under the bed and the cleaner missed it. This is a really great hotel. The stuff is very friendly. The rooms and everything is super clean and the food you get there is delicious to hell.

The hotel service was great, as well as the lobby and the pool area were beautiful. Great location. Easy to find. The room was decent; except the flat pillows and hard mattress. The breakfast buffet was good, but I don't recommend the dinner buffet. The parking they have is limited so it is best to ask in advance if you are going to need it. The food was excellent in the evening with a good variety of different foods to choose. The tables were set well with proper table covers and napkins. The lobby was beautiful with flowers and comfortable chairs. The pool area was good and the pool was lovely to swim in. Staff could not do enough to please you. They worked very hard.

Spent a full week at Be Live Experience Orotava and here's my thoughts: Location is excellent, you can get anywhere within a 5 minute walk. In front of the hotel you have Mercadona which is a very cheap grocery shop, coffee shops, burguer king, etc. Rooms are good, cleaned everyday, cleaning lady is very polite and nice. All inclusive is not exactly ALL inclusive as you can't even get a bottle of water...

The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

I really like it. The customer service is very good. I can also store my luggage. The most important thing is that the room is beautiful and you can see the sea.

The location of the hotel is just great. It is easy to get to and it is located right on the ocean shore. But we did not extend our stay there. It seemed to me not very cozy and somewhat shabby. Of course, the price for rooms in it is lower than in the others, this is an indisputable advantage

The hotel is in the north, close to the zoo, suitable for self-driving travelers. There is a supermarket nearby and free parking. The hotel facilities are old and the breakfast is average. The hotel has a small garden that is quite suitable for strolling

Hotel will be really fine as it is ready. Now a little bit handyman and noise. Food is delicous and people of hotel are marvellous! Service really good and I love my room! Especially the shower. 🎅

Overall I liked it a lot. The only big disadvantage is extremely slow Wii fi. Not only your don't have it in room, even in wifi places it's very slow. The views are really nice

Clean rooms, good location. The staff was very helpful to us and the breakfast was good. However, it shouldn't be a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3. It definitely needs some refurbishment of the facilities as they are very out r of date. However, for the price you pay (half compared to other 4 star hotels) you get a good value for your money.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I had a great time, as much food as I could eat, and as much drink as I wanted. Staff are friendly, as was the reception I received when I arrived. My room was cleaned every day, my bed was made every day. I wasn't there to watch TV or to sit in my room. I was not bothered about how the hotel looked, I felt safe, I had a roof over my head, and food...

Been there over a dozen times and already booked for2020. We really like this hotel, obviously, or we wouldn’t come so often. We have no complaints with cleanliness, food or facilities. But we do wish the swimming pool was a bit warmer. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel is very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast which was very good quality and plenty to choose from. The drinks at the hotel were very reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned every day. The standard of the pool and some of the corridors were not in good condition. For instance the 1st floor corridor was in need of repair. I would still highly recommend this hotel

Tonight is my final night in Trianflor hotel. It' been two weeks of absolutely fabulous experiance. I've been to many other a lot more expensive hotels before including in Puerto de la Cruise in Tenerife and this one has been one of the better ones. Do expect a 4 star hotel from the 90s and you won't be dissapointed. Location is great. Food really tasty. Staff very polite and helpful. I was concerned...

An hotel that provides excellent value for money. Whilst the hotel is somewhat in need of redecoration, and is oriented towards low cost tourism, it is nevertheless well run with a professional and helpful staff. Every effort is made to make guests welcome, and the rooms are comfortable if somewhat worn. Provided your expectations are in line with the low cost of the hotel, you will not be disappointed...

Great food somthing for everyone, hotel very clean, one problem having to wait till 9.15 or later sometimes to just sit out by the pool

Great Hotel, very nice staff, no language barriers, food was lovely and got more than expected for great price. Cocktails were nice, didnt have to wait long for service...only thing was that the rooms and furniture could be updated for a 4 star hotel, but i would definetly recommend this hotel, had a great experience.
