Where to stay in Puerto de la Cruz

cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

First visit to Tenerife and stayed here for 10 days half-board as a family of four including two teenagers. Food was a surprise. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

A good and inexpensive place to spend a few days. The elevators are a bit scary, though. I had an excellent view of the ocean and the lago martianez pools. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a really great hotel. The stuff is very friendly. The rooms and everything is super clean and the food you get there is delicious to hell.

The hotel service was great, as well as the lobby and the pool area were beautiful. Great location. Easy to find. The room was decent; except the flat pillows and hard mattress. The breakfast buffet was good, but I don't recommend the dinner buffet. The parking they have is limited so it is best to ask in advance if you are going to need it. The food was excellent in the evening with a good variety of different foods to choose. The tables were set well with proper table covers and napkins. Spent a full week at Be Live Experience Orotava and here's my thoughts: Location is excellent, you can get anywhere within a 5 minute walk. In front of the hotel you have Mercadona which is a very cheap grocery shop, coffee shops, burguer king, etc. Rooms are good, cleaned everyday, cleaning lady is very polite and nice. All inclusive is not exactly ALL inclusive as you can't even get a bottle of water...

It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). Amazing hotel kind staff great food , it's a long walk into town but worth it but a taxi is only 5 EURO will definitely be back

Great Hotel, very nice staff, no language barriers, food was lovely and got more than expected for great price. Cocktails were nice, didnt have to wait long for service...only thing was that the rooms and furniture could be updated for a 4 star hotel, but i would definetly recommend this hotel, had a great experience.

Lovely clean hotel, excellent breakfast and good location. Close to the town centre around 20min walk or £3:45 by taxi just outside the hotel. Rooms can be more up to date but they are spacious and clean therefore would not complain. Pool bar reasonably priced , £3 pint, £6 cocktails etc. Enough sun loungers and free towels from the lifeguard :) would come back

Liked it very much.The lobby is very lovely and polite workers.Fed just super,great choice of dishes,vegetables,fruits, cakes.The waiters are like bees and also very cute.Located in the center, a huge number of shops and cafes, the ocean 10 minutes away.Be sure to come back.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Our party had rooms on opposite sides of the corridor, and both views (El Teide and pool/gardens on one side and the ocean and mountains on the other) were spectacular. Had an absolutely amazing time here with my friends. The hotel was so welcoming. We stayed at the hotel for a week and were satisfied. The biggest positive is the excellent cuisine, breakfast and dinner were really delicious. We had a beautiful view of Teide from the room, the room had a great terrace and was well cleaned every day.
