Room was modern and very clean, we had a room on level 1 as we attended for a convention, if we stayed again I would request a room on a higher level as I like using the balcony. I have stayed at this this hotel three times over the years. I just loved the place. Food grand...large bedrooms with big confy beds ...staff were very helpful. Just about ten minutes walk to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Also a neighbouring hotel five minutes away had adult dancing almost every night where all the locals danced...very enjoyable. There is also live entertainment in the hotel...

We had the best holiday! The hotel was wonderful, at very good place near the beach, the rooms were big and with beautiful balconies with flowers, was really nice! Will come again

First visit to Tenerife and stayed here for 10 days half-board as a family of four including two teenagers. Food was a surprise. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Tasty, varied and great service. The team were helpful and attentive. Bedooms are clean, spacious but a little tired in terms of decor. A real gem of a holiday - happy to recommend and would go again.

Help review! We leave in a month in this hotel, I would like to know what is included in "all inclusive" and is there entertainment at night?

1. Rooms are spotless and large. 2. Pool area is excellent, but note don't dare leave a towel to reserve a sunbed or it will be removed by staff. ( I think it's a great idea) 3. Food isn't great in my opinion. Don't book it for the all inclusive option unless your broke. 4. When you want lunch u need to go to another hotel across the road 5. It's good. Located on a steep climb from the beach, but food is ok, room is clean, and staff very kind. You have to pay for wifi which is a bit strange.

Fully renovated! 4 minuts from the beach. Near the Hotel there’s a rent a bike (Schulz and Junior) where I rented for one day a bicycle. Perfect!

It's a huge hotel in relatively good location, it's older hotel but generally well maintained and clean. There is a swimming pool and a small pool for kids. The food for breakfast, but also lunch or dinner is quite low quality, mostly from frozen things and it doesn't have much flavor, tastes cheap and bland. We booked an all inclusive stay for 5 nights on a last minute offer and didn't expect much but were positively surprised. For the price that we paid for 2 people (755€), we were very satisfied.

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff ,easy parking and beautiful views. The suite was spacious and very clean ,the jacuzzi bath was a lovely bonus! The only criticism was it was extra for the kitchen equipment but it was only 5€ a day.

Fantastic location, good pools, okay rooms. Expect a 3 star hotel room quality, definitely not a 4 star. Avoid all inclusive or half board dinner and lunch service, it’s not worth it. Very nice hotel with nice swimming pools and views. Cleaning is also good. Food, well its possible to find something good to eat. But some things are tragedy like desserts and paella out of spaghetti not rice for example. I think it can be done much better by people working here.

We had a really good time in Puerto Palace, it has everything you might need and the personnel are really nice. The view of the pool and the garden from our room was beautiful and made for a really nice and peaceful stay. It’s the perfect place for truly relaxing, but it also has happy hour and evening live music.

Really like this hotel. It is older, has two buildings, has spacious grounds and is peaceful. It doesn't have air conditioning and is a little bit out of town up a steep hill for those with mobility issues. Very clean, larger rooms, pleasant staff and good value for money.

Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

All of the hotel personal is extremely friendly which is the most important thing for me, the food is also amazing (we are extremely allergic to crabs and gluten and was always taken care of that), and once more very friendly people and amazing location.

This is a really great hotel. The stuff is very friendly. The rooms and everything is super clean and the food you get there is delicious to hell.

The hotel service was great, as well as the lobby and the pool area were beautiful. Great location. Easy to find. The room was decent; except the flat pillows and hard mattress. The breakfast buffet was good, but I don't recommend the dinner buffet. The parking they have is limited so it is best to ask in advance if you are going to need it. Overall, I do recommend this hotel!

The food was excellent in the evening with a good variety of different foods to choose. The tables were set well with proper table covers and napkins. The lobby was beautiful with flowers and comfortable chairs. The pool area was good and the pool was lovely to swim in. Staff could not do enough to please you. They worked very hard.

Being on below ground floor didn't have much in the way of view. Some areas of the pool smelt of drains. Food was ok to be fair and the dining area was very clean and fresh. The evening entertainment wasn't great and the venue inside was very small so a few nights you couldn't see as no tables left yet outside there was nothing in the way of entertainment but loads of space and tables

Decent place. Stayed for 2 nights while transition in between long term stays. Managed to get my stay for €48 a night. Rooms are standard, and equipped as expected. !!!! lovely soft bed!!! Nice staff, quiet place , but very high. the cold pool. From the center only by taxi. huge beautiful rooms for a relaxing holiday. sofas, glass wall to the ocean. The restaurant is very ugly and poor , like in a diner. the food is standard.

Rested the three of us in adjoining rooms in October 2015. Unpretentious little hotel for little money. No kettle, corkscrew in the apartment! Dishes enough. Wi-fi near reception are good. The bar serves great sangria! The staff is polite. We were by car so had no problems at all, visited all the beaches. Recommend.

Will definitely come back! Perfect location, beautiful green patio and a pool with a sea view. Staff was extra extra friendly and helpful! The only disadvantage was not many plant based options for breakfast.

The room was ok, the rooms are outdated and the bedframes not clean. A cockroach was found dead in my room and it wasn't cleaned the next morning, it was under the bed and the cleaner missed it. The positives are the staff, the location, the price, having a fridge plus a desk where you could work complete other activities such as maybe applying make-up or something.

This is a wonderful hotel. Full stop. The more most beautiful interior in Puerto. A place that is obviously loved by its management and staff. The staff, particularly the maid services were the best we've seen in many years. It could not be more perfectly situated in the town. Great value for money. Extremely recommended.

Very nice, clean hotel. Its old and the rooms are outdated but I think making it modern would destroy whole atmosphere of the hotel. My room had way too small bathtub and the balcony was facing a wall. Cleaner comes every morning to ask if you need a clean, if you dont put the "do not disturb" tag or you dont talk to cleaner to inform them to not clean the room, they will enter your room anyway. Our recent stay at the Hotel Monopol was not as we had hoped. The rooms were outdated and did not seem as clean as we had expected based on other reviews. Although we paid extra for a balcony, we were disappointed to find ourselves in an underground room with a "terrace" located beneath the swimming pool. Unfortunately, we could hear everything from the pool area and rooms above us. The rooms themselves...

Clean rooms, good location. The staff was very helpful to us and the breakfast was good. However, it shouldn't be a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3. It definitely needs some refurbishment of the facilities as they are very out r of date. However, for the price you pay (half compared to other 4 star hotels) you get a good value for your money.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I had a great time, as much food as I could eat, and as much drink as I wanted. Staff are friendly, as was the reception I received when I arrived. My room was cleaned every day, my bed was made every day. I wasn't there to watch TV or to sit in my room. I was not bothered about how the hotel looked, I felt safe, I had a roof over my head, and food...

Been there over a dozen times and already booked for2020. We really like this hotel, obviously, or we wouldn’t come so often. We have no complaints with cleanliness, food or facilities. But we do wish the swimming pool was a bit warmer. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel is very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast which was very good quality and plenty to choose from. The drinks at the hotel were very reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned every day. The standard of the pool and some of the corridors were not in good condition. For instance the 1st floor corridor was in need of repair. I would still highly recommend this hotel

Tonight is my final night in Trianflor hotel. It' been two weeks of absolutely fabulous experiance. I've been to many other a lot more expensive hotels before including in Puerto de la Cruise in Tenerife and this one has been one of the better ones. Do expect a 4 star hotel from the 90s and you won't be dissapointed. Location is great. Food really tasty. Staff very polite and helpful. I was concerned...

An hotel that provides excellent value for money. Whilst the hotel is somewhat in need of redecoration, and is oriented towards low cost tourism, it is nevertheless well run with a professional and helpful staff. Every effort is made to make guests welcome, and the rooms are comfortable if somewhat worn. Provided your expectations are in line with the low cost of the hotel, you will not be disappointed...
