An excellent Hotel very well located with beautiful rooms. The hotel is only let down by the long waits at reception and the poor performance of breakfast. Breakfast is the biggest issue it really stops about 30 minutes prior to the advertised finish time. Staff disappear there is little chance plates and food will be restocked. Tables are not laid and you end up wandering around to find cutlery...

You have a big problem with the elevators, they were out of phase. There was only one elevator going to the garage and you had to wait 10 minutes to go up or down from the garage with the elevator. In the bathroom, the batteries and bathtub are used, rusty and old Very good location. Great pool. The buffet is very varied both in the morning and in the evening.

We stayed here for 4 years on the run from2005 to 2008 & found it excellent for location ,food & comfortable rooms but really don't know how it is now although we see lots of tourists going in there.

Fantastic view of the sea from the sea-view room. Rooms are traditional in the ambience, like a country cottage. Breakfast spread was huge.

Perfect stay. Simply one of the best hotel experience so far. The place itself is so relaxing and nice to see. Two pool area, SPA, different restaurants and golf pitch. You literally have everything that you need. Rooms are wide, i had one with the view on the SPA and a nice balcony. Extra point for the service and the kindness of the staff: they made me feel at home. Highly recommended.

We stayed as part of a TUI holiday and without doubt this is a true 5 star hotel. Beautiful grounds, serene elegance of the building, attentive staff and thoughtful management. We stayed in an Ambassador Junior suite (415) and it was wonderful. If we ever come to Tenerife then this would be our address. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff ,easy parking and beautiful views. The suite was spacious and very clean ,the jacuzzi bath was a lovely bonus! The only criticism was it was extra for the kitchen equipment but it was only 5€ a day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, well equipped with a nice hot tub in the bathroom. The service is really extraordinary. We were very pleased with the food. Delicious dinners with lots of choice, albeit the coffee for breakfast could be better. Overall, worth booking.

Fully renovated! 4 minuts from the beach. Near the Hotel there’s a rent a bike (Schulz and Junior) where I rented for one day a bicycle. Perfect!

It's a huge hotel in relatively good location, it's older hotel but generally well maintained and clean. There is a swimming pool and a small pool for kids. The food for breakfast, but also lunch or dinner is quite low quality, mostly from frozen things and it doesn't have much flavor, tastes cheap and bland. On the other hand, you have a wide selection of things so you can always find something decent...

We had a really good time in Puerto Palace, it has everything you might need and the personnel are really nice. The view of the pool and the garden from our room was beautiful and made for a really nice and peaceful stay. It’s the perfect place for truly relaxing, but it also has happy hour and evening live music.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling around the island by car. I was very surprised by the panoramic view along the corridor, when you go to the room, you enjoy the ocean and beautiful plants (unlike the south side of the island), the hotel is also very beautiful, everything is clean and comfortable. The location is fine and the view is nice if you have a balcony facing the ocean. Otherwise, my room was full of ants and I had no constant WiFi in the room. Instead of helping me with the WiFi, the staff denied there was any problem... There is a large choice of food at the buffet but a lot of it is not really self made. Still, you’ll always find something to eat.

First visit to Tenerife and stayed here for 10 days half-board as a family of four including two teenagers. Food was a surprise. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Tasty, varied and great service. The team were helpful and attentive. Bedooms are clean, spacious but a little tired in terms of decor. A real gem of a holiday - happy to recommend and would go again.

Try the hotel during December or/and January, cheaper and not crowded. Pay attention to the incredible noise of the sea waves ,especially in the night.In the front of the hotel,there is a big cliff inside the sea where the sea waves are hitting noisly.Otherwise, the very good hotel and spa.

Don't let yourself fooled by the overall score of the reviews. The hotel is very clean, room is huge anf the food is very nice also. (breakfast and dinner) The views are fantastic both from the room and the restaurant. Staff is very nice and the ladies that clean your room are brilliant. Everything is clean and back to where it is supposed to be upon your return.

Spent a full week at Be Live Experience Orotava and here's my thoughts: Location is excellent, you can get anywhere within a 5 minute walk. In front of the hotel you have Mercadona which is a very cheap grocery shop, coffee shops, burguer king, etc. Rooms are good, cleaned everyday, cleaning lady is very polite and nice. All inclusive is not exactly ALL inclusive as you can't even get a bottle of water...

Just come back from a weeks stay here. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are a nice size and clean the only downside is you don't get a kettle or anything in the rooms there's a little coffee shop across the road which was ok but very pricey and in the hotel there is a vending machine with bottles of water which was about €2. Decent place. Stayed for 2 nights while transition in between long term stays. Managed to get my stay for €48 a night. Rooms are standard, and equipped as expected. Nice hotel, all inclusive. The quality of food and service is fine. Quite happy with our staying, but just one weird thing, basically there is no double bed, there are only small double beds. Most of the hotel rooms are with two beds connected. There could be a few small improvements such as: the entertainment was ok but could put a disco on afterwards to just end the nights better. Amazing stay at Blue Sea Interpalace, enjoyed the sun and relaxation. A variety of food on offer- would say we are picky eaters and we never struggled. Lots of fresh fruit and veg on offer. My friend and I stayed in a superior double room, which had a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The location, pool and staff were lovely. Breakfast buffet was amazing! However, the lunch and dinner could be better. This location is ideal for those who want a very very relaxed holiday.

This is rather a 3 stars hotel. The sea view and the pool are great. However, it's really old and the food is awful. I wonder if this hotel's manager has ever had dinner at the buffet. Just horrendous quality of the food.

Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

It's old fashioned no frills hotel, with adequate breakfast. Rooms are decent and cleanliness is fine.

Recien tengo 1 dia de los 7 que me quedare, habitacion muy bien, todo limpio, hasta ahora todo sin problemas, la unica pega es que el estacionamiento de dia todo bien, pero si llegas sobre las 9 de la noche no encontraras espacio, pienso que es un fallo porque cualquier vehiculo puede entrar porque no hay control, y lo otro aire acondicionado no hay y si que hace mucho calor

very friendly and helpfull staff, best selection of local wines on the island, mostly local food and a lot ecological cleverness. not to mention the own biodiverse garden you can experience through an app.

The first time eating here. We came as a group of ten. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. The food was delicious. I had the cherne with papas arrugadas and onion soup to start. Both courses were full of flavour and the house wine very moorish. Thank you very much to the staff and the kitchen for a very relaxing and tasty lunch 🙂

Great hotel to stay in, especially because of the amazing staff. The restaurant had good, affordable food. The front desk staff did everything they could to help us out. And one of the owners gave a fantastic garden tour, through a garden that's almost worth charging admission for!

We came here for drinks and intended to stay for lunch. My wife ordered a cappuccino that tastes like chlorine. Probably the cappuccino was Made with the local water that tastes the Same. My wife did not finish het cappuccino and then we left again.

I have stayed at this this hotel three times over the years. I just loved the place. Food grand...large bedrooms with big confy beds ...staff were very helpful. Just about ten minutes walk to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Also a neighbouring hotel five minutes away had adult dancing almost every night where all the locals danced...very enjoyable. There is also live entertainment in the hotel...

Definitely a decent hotel and apartments with all amenities.A bit old fashioned interiors, but great staff and customer service compensate for it. Only reasons not to give 5 stars would be hard beds and no air-con in the apartment. Pools were good, food everyday was different and tasted great, kids programme was great and our daughter was waiting for the mini-disco and face painting everyday.

A good standard of comfort and service generally. Food selection very good. The indoor pool costs extra but the outdoor one was fine for us in late October. A very good holiday base and the local area of Puerto de la Cruz is very attractive. There is a good local bus service including to Mt. Teide.
