We had a very pleasant stay at the Puerto Resort. The rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but they were clean and well-maintained. I noticed that they were refurbishing the fifth floor, which suggests that they have plans to update the decor in the future.

If you'd like, you can request daily cleaning and towel changes. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room, a large wardrobe, and a generous terrace.

The food was excellent, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There was always something new to try. The drinks were also great.

The swimming pool area was not crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, and the indoor pool and gym were similarly peaceful. You can use the gym and join water fitness classes, as long as you sign up in advance – and these are all free of charge.

The resort consists of three hotels, and meals are served at two of them. This was not an issue for us, and we appreciated the ability to use the facilities at all three hotels. You don’t have to stay at a specific hotel to enjoy a drink; you can visit any of the other hotels. The resort is conveniently located near shops and offers beautiful views of the ocean.

They also organize evening entertainment after 9 PM, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and have no complaints. However, if you're particularly picky or enjoy complaining, you may find some things that aren't to your liking. But in general, it’s important to relax a

The hotel had a great location, the older gentleman at breakfast was very nice. The rooms were large, clean and spacious. The WiFi worked smoothly. The only drawback: the breakfast is below average. There are only 1-2 simple, different types of cheese and the only sausage is pork, no chicken or turkey. The fresh fruit juices were often empty, and once my plate of food was taken away from under my nose even though I was still eating. I was very annoyed. Overall, however, the complex is central, clean and the pool is very nice.

Had a fantastic holiday at this hotel, room and service you couldn't fault, all of the staff are so polite and really hard working and deserve medals for doing a fantastic job. Apart from only the varied teas provided with the kettle and 2 cups... so coffees and pots of uht milk would have been perfect. With regards to it's location... quite far from the town and the nearest beaches disappointing as seas were rough and red flags notifying you of sea too dangerous to get into contact due to it's toxicology level being unsafe. Free buses from outside the hotel to the town and back fantastic and a very good idea. Also very handy having a small shop right next door.

Fantastic staff and meals [not so much the snacks] lovely building, a few signs of age in places. Gym is just good enough, activities and pools are great.

Perfect place for a few days

We stayed here for a week and have a pleasant experience.
The rooms are fresh and cleaned daily.
The food was good and what you would expect when going all inclusive, there is always something for everyone.
I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. A small issue with the shower was fixed quickly. I would have liked a map of the layout of the hotel as the some services are on different levels, also the cost of the safe could have been mentioned at checking in.

Quite a nice hotel. Modern. Large bedroom and ok bathroom. Nice large patio. Cleaners are very good in whole hotel. Breakfast passable, although hot chocolate and juices from machines pretty awful. Wearing a tag bracelet is not my thing and I would not go again for that one reason. But the main reason, most of the reception staff are unhelpful and do not smile. We were an hour late getting in to our room as it was not ready, yet no apology and had to pay €2 to put our belongings in a locker....not much,but it's the principle.
