Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace

If I could give zero stars I would.
The entrance looks very nice but as soon as you turn the corner to your rooms it goes down hill. The room wasn’t that bad however when it was getting cleaned we had all our money stolen. We went to the staff asking for the manager they said he’s busy and won’t see you so told us to go to customer service who I may add has never been there and never showed up after us asking to see them multiple times throughout two days. The staff said it was not their responsibility for our money getting stolen but we were just asking to see the manager. The food was terrible it was mainly just salad there was no selection at all. The bar only allowed you to get one type of cocktail a day when asked for a different one we were refused. The entertainment staff were amazing always full of energy and made everyone smile. The main staff were very rude to us however spoke very nice to people who were not English. The location is not good either there is nothing to do here and the beach is an hour walk away not twenty minutes as the staff say. The trips the hotel organise where very very expensive and if you do not drive you would have to make your own way to the south side as that’s where everything is. I would not come here.

Location is great, the food not good.. 2nd night I already felt like I needed to go out and find a decent restaurant. If you are under the illusion that the all inclusive will provide you with delicious meal options throughout the day, look somewhere else.
I have stayed in all inclusive hotels in Spain before and had much better experience somewhere else.
If I post photos of the options they have for snack you would be depressed looking at it.
They run out of towels, so we couldn’t borrow any for swimming. Strange running out of towels when is not high season (February).
Showers have no pressure, you have to shower inside a bath.
