Hotel Blue Sea Interpalace

Pros:
•The hotel itself is lovely with the pool and rooms being clean and pleasant.
•The cleaners where lovely and happy to provide anything we needed, always greeted with a smile.

Cons:
•Air con didn't work and reception refused to fix it but did provide a fan.
•TV doesn't work the management will tell you they are a budget hotel but seem to be taking it to the extreme with room amenities.
•the end of our stay was ruined due to the poor food safety standards held in the restaurant. Due to the food being left under low heat for long periods of time and being served close to cold I ended up with food poisoning.
•When I got worse and we had to request a Dr the receptionist was rude to my partner and not helpful despite being told on the booking site there was a doctor at the hotel, we were told we had to call and pay for one ourselves.
•Majority of restaurant and reception staff didn't seem to want to work or help us.

Great hotel, very clean, comfy rooms
The only disappointment was the food, both me and my partner got food poisoning on different days, myself on the second day of our holiday from the salad bar and my partner on the second to last night eating what we think was an under cooked sausage. Food is always warm never hot but a lot of variety I can't fault them on that.
Such a shame when you book all inclusive. But other than that we had a great holiday.

So, we got to the hotel in the rain and it looked just like I thought a hotel abroad would look like. The reception area was really nice and clean, but it took forever to check in because there was only one person working and she was really struggling. But that's just my experience, I'm not saying it happens to everyone. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of sunbeds, but it was March and a bit cloudy, but still really warm. The entertainer on the one night we went for a few drinks wasn't very good, I thought we'd walked in on karaoke night. The drinks were €8 for a gin and tonic, but that's just a bit more than what you pay everywhere else in town. But the measures are really generous!

We bought half board. Breakfast was okay but dinner was awful. We went out for dinner most nights as the food at this hotel was bland, cold and lack lustre. Room was okay, quite small but clean. Air con didn’t cool the room so very stuffy, woke up with blocked sinuses.

The entertainment was quite tragic and the roof top bar (although very aesthetic) had no atmosphere and was empty the two times we tried it out.

Front of house staff were lovely however we had a strange experience with the chef who was quite rude and didn’t want to explain what meat was in the food as the labels are very vague.

The pool was beyond freezing, which I didn’t mind but not suitable for most. Poolside atmosphere was nice and staff were lovely. The drinks at the poolside bar were delicious and made very quickly.

Furthermore our room only had soap from a dispenser in the shower (all 4* hotels I have stayed at provide mini shampoos, body wash etc). The TV only had 2 English channels out of 30 so chilling watching tv was not great.

Overall the hotel lacked luxury and finesse which was incredibly disappointing.
