However, the hotel feels a bit tired. Though relatively clean, some things didn’t function well - like the drains in the bathroom not draining well and a crack in the glass bathroom door. I also didn’t realize when booking that my room would have a window into an indoor terrace, rather than to the outside, which was a bit disappointing.
It was a nice place to stay overall, due to the price and location.
The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day, and the hotel is very new, which made everything feel fresh and modern. There was free tea and coffee at the reception, and you could book breakfast as well. The location is perfect—right in the center, so you can walk everywhere easily. It was great for a short stay like ours, but for a longer stay, the rooms might feel a bit small.
The only issue we had was with the fridge—it wasn’t very cold, just cool. We didn’t really use it much, but it’s something to keep in mind and worth fixing. Other than that, everything was perfect. If we visit Tenerife again, we’ll 100% stay here. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend this place!

The location is fantastic—centrally situated in Puerto, making it easy to walk to nearby bars and an endless variety of restaurants. It’s a perfect base for exploring everything Puerto has to offer.
I particularly enjoyed the full moon jacuzzi experience—it was unforgettable. I also had a great morning soak in the jacuzzi with a stunning view of Mount Teide. These little touches really elevated my stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and added to the overall youthful and modern vibe of the hotel. The amenities exceeded expectations, especially considering the affordable price point. The rooftop area with workout machines, sunbeds, and another jacuzzi is a hidden gem!
A nice bonus was the unlimited coffee and freshly squeezed juice available in the lobby, which was a refreshing treat—whether or not you booked breakfast. The rooms are modern and comfortable. I stayed in a small one-bedroom, which was perfect for my short stay. I even got a peek into one of the larger rooms with a bigger bed, which I’ll definitely book next time.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a fantastic atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. I highly recommend it!
