The breakfast would have been excellent with the choice,but the hot food was not hot. It was the same as the evening meal.. I did report it and the veg choice was much better but still not very hot.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Dinner Was very good. Breakfast ok. Unfortunatly the buffé always opened late (5-15min) and still everything was not ready. We had problems with our booking but the hotel staff helped us a lot and always kept us updated through WhatsApp. 100 meters away from the beach. Several nice beaches very close.

A wonderful hotel that you want to return to! I liked everything: clean, spacious rooms; delicious and always varied buffet; attentive and very friendly staff; live music in the evenings. Animation, children's playground, tennis court, 2 swimming pools and a wonderful location near beautiful beaches and the city center. We highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Excellent stay yet again 39 nights, perfect. Pia and the team were wonderful. How anyone can make negative comments is beyond me. We come back every year, supherb. Closed now for refurbishment, looking forward to seeing improvements in 2022

I have visited Mazzaron for many years seen this hotel from the Sunday Market but never fancied it. WOW I was wrong this is a beautiful hotel, amazing views the gardens are just lovely. Staff very friendly it is a great place. Rooms are little tired but please don't let that put u off it is a lovely place very relaxing.

Good hotel, clean, spacious rooms and outside space. Plenty of chairs, loungers and beds around the pool and garden. Why do they charge €5 per day for a kettle in the room - I would expect this to be provided in every room free of charge.

Wonderfully reminiscent of bygone times... Tired but interesting interior... this hotel on the beach has a large terrace overlooking the beach which presents Spanish ballroom dancing with live music during the summer. Delightful and timeless. Open to non-residents.

We were traveling by bicycle. The front desk gave us a first floor room and allowed us to take the bikes to the room. Fantastic service. It was the off season so the restaurant was closed but there were several adequate restaurants nearby. Hotel and room were spotless. Definitely recommend

The room was lovely ,very bright and spotless . The only thing my husband had a problem with ,was the very poor internet . The staff and management were extremely helpful ,and very pleasant . The hotel is a little out of the way , but there were places to eat within walking distance .

An amazing 2 night stay for my birthday 10 minutes slow walk to beach, bars, etc we were on 2nd floor with sea and mountain view with the Port of Mazarron in the near distance. Breakfast not included but you can pay extra, not resturant but has a swimming pool to cool off in. Given a lovely bottle of wine on the house. Only 20 mins from our home but so nice to spend 2 nights away having not gone...

This place is awesome. Best tapas and great staff. There is no music and the lighting is severe but I guarantee a good night. When you ask for a glass of wine and the guy brings you What's left of the bottle, it's a good day in my book. Definitely come here.

I booked my daughter and her boyfriend into the hotel for 4 nights . It was their first visit to Spain. We live locally.They had a lovely room.Not the latest fashion but clean and comfortable with fantastic sea view.The hotel staff really looked after them. There are other hotels but this location is the best.I will definitely use the hotel again.Very reasonable rates too.

Stunning location beach wise, but the beach is stones & pebbles and no sunbeds or parasols. The rooms are basic but very clean food was OK but not blown away by it. Not really anything nearby so it's a taxi or 30 minute walk into main area.

Location is good but the amenities need an update, the bathroom was rusty and it just feels like an 80s hotel. The prices of the restaurant are very expensive and they will charge you for anything imaginable (like bread even if they never brought any). Make sure you go through the check before paying.

I had a lovely day yesterday. We had fun time on the beach. Had a wonderful lunch followed by drinks on the terrace. The staff were very attentive .definitely worth a visit. My sister is staying in the hotel. So I will return there once again today.

Our poor AC had trouble getting down to even 22 degrees with the heat and humidity in July. Clean room with 2 twin beds, small open closet, TV, tiny fridge, bathroom was arranged weirdly and was hard to use the door and sink. Good shower with good pressure and temperature. Cool windows, but we only had a view of the pueblo. Nice staff. Great room for the price, paid like 40euro a night

This place has very nice vibes and everything you need. Staff is friendly and welcoming, they also cook delicious meals (even as vegetarians we had a lot to choose from). Pitches are nice and spacious, water & electricity connection and decorated with small lights and lemon and orange trees. Only con is outdated sanitary, but is clean and has warm water ( they are building a new sanitary block)

A good place to relax and unwind. Ablution facilities are okay. We had a nice pitch with space to put our chairs out. The pool was nice. There is a cafe onsite if you don't feel like cooking. There is also a small selection of fresh vegetables to buy. They also have rooms available if you are not in a Camper.

Réception was great. Placements are spacious. Food is delicious. I had red cabbage soup... and beet fries... Yum ! 6€ to wash and dry a load of laundry. You won't be disappointed to stay here.

Great camper spot, owners are super friendly and the place has some stunning views. Great start for hikes and bike rides. Nice swimming pool, little bar, shop and take away food. Dogs welcome, and general good vibe.

Very clean, espacious and quiet room, the male receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming, time was taken to explain to us a bit of history of Cartagena and adviced on places to visit. small dogs are accepted which was our case. (Not on buses though!) Sweets and coffee offered at our arrival. I would definitely go back!

Nice personal not fare away to the centrum the bus stop outside the hotel and with taxsi it cost 7 eur. The only thing we thouth was bad was the beds.No good madress. Wifi and television in all room

Gorgeous hotel and rooms in a very good location, close to all tourist locations and bars. The staff were very slow on check in, and the key card wouldn’t work twice. Only 1 lift from the ground floor which resulted in us having to walk 6 levels a few times. Still a very good hotel just a few tweaks to make it a 5*

Great place. Quite humid in the summer. The old town is cosy and relaxing. Saw the Greek ruins which are impressive. The hotel is very central and easy to walk to and from the old town.

I had a great stay there. I unfortunately forgot some items in the room that were kept by hotel staff until I could ship them (couldn't as it included battery) I hope they're still available after 3 months, although not so much hope since hotel probably changed owners. Fantastic location. The hotel sits on the edge of the historic Old Town. We have spent 7 weeks travelling through Spain and in my opinion this hotel has some of the best staff we have met. Reception staff were exceptional from arrival to departure. Breakfast staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel also as a car park whchs is a nice bonus.

Nice hotel, we were very comfortable here. Pleasant staff good communication in English which is harder to find in this area. It is close to the military museum (great) and the centre of town. Tip, we spent over an hour trying to find the entrance to the Roman Theatre, it is opposite the big town hall, you enter via a tunnel that runs under the cathedral, very interesting.

Fabulous hotel, we first stayed here in 2013 it was lovely then. It has since been refurbished and it is even better now. Really nice staff and helpful service. The rooms are a very good size with lots of wardrobes and storage space.

Visited over New Year period. Very quiet due to Covid. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good but social distancing and using the same utensils to serve food wasn't good.
