Fabulous hotel, we first stayed here in 2013 it was lovely then. It has since been refurbished and it is even better now. Really nice staff and helpful service. The rooms are a very good size with lots of wardrobes and storage space.

Beautiful hotel, located centrally to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely bar too, where we had a night cap.

This was a lovely hotel in a very good location
The room was very clean and had good facilities
The front desk team of Vanessa, Jesús and Mariano were brilliant especially when helping me to sort out earrings I had left behind.

Rooms are very clean and tidy, room service and receptionist are very professional and helpful. Breakfast is tasty, the hotel is near from the downtown area 10 mins walk.
Only rooms with back view has a view of the other rooms which is not good for me

Nice, modern, very cleaned, very nice and helpful staff, just few steps from everything you want to visit in Cartagena.

I can only class this hotel as 2 star. On arrival its a bum fight to get parking at the hotel, and you pay €16 a night for the benifits. There is no bar open they say because of covid, the other 2 thousand bars and restaurants in the area are open strange. There was building work going on constantly no siesta for us. No ramps on entry to hotel for disabled or possible to use lifts with mobility scooter. The toilet leaked all night. The one plus point the staff were really helpful.
Would I stay again I doubt it very much.

Very good hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic shower room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, garage next door to the hotel (16 euros per day), ok breakfast (I missed vegetables- tomatoes, cucumbers etc. But there was plenty of fruit .)
What plagued our stay was the renovation work - it was drilled, hammered and sawn from 9 in the morning to 19 in the evening. There was no possibility for any rest in the room, which no one warned about on the website and that was a shame. The air in the room was also rather bad, had to keep the window open all day.
Suggestions for improvement - get shoehorns for the rooms (put them on a chain if you are afraid that people will twist them). And if possible - some porridge for breakfast.

Very nice central location. Modern clean, safe. Room lacked any kind of view. Breakfast room bit dismal but food and service very good.
