We stayed here for a week and loved it. We stayed in a top floor room and it was great, good size room, front and back terrace and everything we needed. It was regularly cleaned and really nice. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds and well looked after with a nice snack bar. It's on the edge of town which is great because nice and quiet and only a short walk to the one end of the strip (a bit further to a beach) The lady on reception was also really nice and very helpful.

AVOID!!! Love holidays sent us here as a "safe family" accommodation. There were hardly any children there, more so drunk people drinking all day. We woke up at 4.15am to a man dressed in a black balaclava standing over our bed attempting to rob us, our young children slept feet away in the bedroom, I dread to think if he had got as far as their room. Only for my husband woke and chased him away. We are absolutely horrified and traumatised over this holiday, after the event we read the reviews on this accommodation this exact scenario happens here all the time,staff didn't care and love holidays didn't care, we just got moved room where they then put another family the only other child we saw in our old room that eas just robbed! My skin was crawling the whole time we were there,neither of us slept until we got home

Apartments are clean yet dated ,could do with some basic upgrades, man who's does the breakfast near the pool is lovely as he's on his own ,he does an amazing job ,sunbed ,I will never understand why people put towels down at the crack of dawn yet they are left unused alday ,selfish and inconsiderate comes to mind ,if your looking for a quietist holiday at a reasonable price then it's fine

Hotel its self is lovely, but the rooms lack basic facilities for self catering, no microwave or toaster! and no hairdryer!, beds are reasonably comfortable as too is the sofa, pools are clean and food at the pool bar is good, although the bar could be open a little later in the evening, it closes and about 6pm some evening earlier.. its a flat walk of about 10 minutes to the main *****, but would not return due to the lack of room facilities.

Very clean, staff so friendly, great location and close to all bars, restaurants. Pool bar Aissa is acreal gentleman. Sara in reception is a gem, so enthusiastic (also currently learning to speak Scottish !😃). Would definitely go back👍

Just back after a 5 night stay with my daughter who is 21, loved the apartments, basic, clean, great terrace. The food and bar was great the guy very friendly. The girls at reception amazing booked taxis and trips for us. 10 minutes walk to the strip. Would definitely go back, nice small quiet complex

Cheap and cheerful, rooms basic but no need for anything fancy when there’s so much to explore and do. Pool area clean and well set out. All staff friendly and professional.

For the price really no complaints, will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Los tulipanes is a lovely small complex. When we arrived we were greeted by Nieves on reception. What a lovely lady, we had a very quick and efficient check in. We went into our apartment and it was lovely and clean. We soon settled in and decided to explore the area as we'd never been to lanzarote before. The room was serviced every 3 days which was fine and the housekeeper Ainoa was wonderful. We also spoke to Sara on reception as we needed help to get to Tias to watch UD LANZAROTE play a home game. Sara was extremely helpful and phoned us a taxi. We felt extremely safe, there is a keycode to enter after 8pm and we loved the apartments. We will definitely return

Room number 30. Adjoining door to next room with absolutely no privacy what so ever. Can hear every single conversation and kept awake every night and up early due to noise above. Beds are rock hard and could not walk for 2 days. One key given and unfortunately door locked shut when sitting out. Luckily I had just finished cooking, there is no emergency number and no one on sight. Any number we called was useless. I am diabetic and all my medication was inside. After around 90 min a couple helped by using a credit card to get back in!! This is a very poor experience and if I was still cooking the whole block would have been in flames. This needs sorting asap!!! Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for.

Our group really enjoyed our week long stay from the reception when we arrived until our taxi back to the airport. A very quick check in at reception. The apartments are exactly what is described so no problems there. The pool was good and no problems getting sunbeds. The snack bar is very good, with a good selection and very reasonable price. We all really enjoyed our stay.
