We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the food is simply the best. Everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy access to it. The rooms are beautiful and clean with amazing views of the beach. The only thing we missed in the room was a coffee machine or at least a kettle for making coffee/tea. The whole interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. What we liked the most was the food, which was absolutely delicious and there were plently of options to choose from, I believe anyone could find something for themselves. The pool was nice and also the gym, super clean and tidy. The hotel has been the perfect choice for our first time in Mallorca.

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced. Location of holiday was excellent- across the promenade walkway to the beach and a short walk to shops and other amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Our second visit this year to this lovely hotel for my husband and I. We first visited in June this year (2025) and had room 435. We booked again for September and asked if it was possible to have same room. We were fortunate that this was possible when we arrived. Also, upon arrival again to a beautifully fragranced hotel, we were greeted by the lovely reception ladies and given a voucher to claim a free drink at the bar, which is only a short walk from reception - it is not given in the reception area which was perfectly fine for us as the staff there were busy. We claimed this after we had left our cases in our room and changed out of our travelling clothes so that we could take a while relaxing in the outdoor area before unpacking. If your room is not ready when you arrive, cases can be left in a locked storage room whilst you rest and have a drink until your room is ready. It was at this point that we met up again with Sergio who we first met back in June. He was one of the reasons we came back as he treats people like his friends. He was so surprised to see us back again and gave us big hugs and welcomed us back. Food was lovely - plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Snacks available at lunchtime and were equally as nice. Our room was cleaned every day - including the balcony - and the cleaning ladies were all lovely. Restaurant staff were also very helpful and happy help and again, we also found all the staff cooking/serving food to be very helpful and happy along with the waiting staff who were allay happy to help. The gala event on a Thursday evening was lovely (we missed it on our first visit as we didn’t realise you met up in the indoor bar area. Everyone dressed up for the occasion and free drinks and canapés were served. Such a lovely time. Yancarlos - assisted by Vicky - both from the animation team are also lovely and Yancarlos has a good sense of humour when doing the Sangria demonstrations on a Wednesday. I was so disappointed this time to have missed the mohito demonstration which is usually on a Friday due to us travelling from the airport to the hotel, and also missed the following Friday due to the tourist festivities taking place. He and Sergio were also good at getting people onto dance floor and joined in when it was possible for them. Again, great location in a quieter part of Cala Millor but only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area which also has plenty of bars and restaurant’s which is especially helpful if you or your partner has mobility issues. There are plenty of benches along the route to rest as and when needed. We had one very minor issue with the ceiling fan which decided to stop working one morning but having reported the issue when we went down for breakfast, were assured would be sorted. True to their word, when we arrived back to our room after going out for a few hours, the fan was in perfect working order once again. Thank you to the maintenance staff for a prompt response. Absolutely loved this hotel, it's immaculately clean and comfortable. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and spotless, no complaints whatsoever. The pool is lovely and the outdoor space is well kept and looked after. The staff are wonderful, they could not do enough for us, particularly as my husband was taken seriously ill on our 2nd to last day and was admitted to hospital. The reception staff and the restaurant staff were so kind to me, looking after me and helping whenever they could. I will never forget the way they treated me with such compassion, especially the lovely ladies at breakfast and Kati and the lovely young man on reception on the 3rd and 4th of July (so sorry I didn't get all there names. We have booked to go back next June, we loved it so much.

We spent a few days as a couple in the hotel.
Location - very convenient, right at the beach, next to shops and restauarants. The hotel is calm but the hotel next door has parties until 3AM, so just a warning for less strong sleepers
Rooms - alright but there is no minibar, wifi is pretty weak
Food - a very broad sortiment, though often missing a real taste / salt.
Pool - a little bit smaller but the pool area is nicely done
Staff - a bit confused, forget some things, but generally nice
Bali beds - our favorite part, book in advance, they are comfy and close to the pool and beach with more privacy.

Absolutely great Hotel. Staff always with a smile and ready to help. Delicious breakfast and dinner.
The beach is a few steps away.
Only downside was that the breakfast starts at 8 but for families with babies it’s too late.
Nevertheless we will come back that’s for sure.

So honestly, it’s not worth 4 stars or the price. The price is simply too high.
The staff... most of them were unpleasant. When we arrived and asked for a glass of water or juice at reception after a long trip, we were told: “You can go to the bar and order it.” 🤯 Excuse me? I had just stepped into the hotel 2 minutes ago.
One of the waiters at the evening bar was completely OUT OF LINE — he would literally try to kiss you, touch your back, even massage you, and it was completely shocking. That kind of physical behavior from strangers is absolutely unacceptable.
I came here to relax — not to be hit on by staff. It really ruined the atmosphere.

Also, Sofía on our first night raised her voice when we were ordering water because she couldn’t understand if we were paying together or separately 🙄. And once she figured it out — she didn’t even say “sorry.”

The food... completely inedible. The so-called Gala Night was such a joke. On some regular nights the food was even better than the Gala Night. Some dishes that you’d think are impossible to ruin — like rice with soy sauce — they ruined. Completely tasteless.
Beef steaks were terrible, and they only had them once in 9 days. The food is definitely not 4-star level. Barely 3 stars.

As for cleaning, the ladies were nice, but sadly the cleaning itself was very poor. Dirty floors, beds not properly made — just thrown together. Really disappointing.

But on the last day, when I got sick, the bar staff at lunch were actually kind — they asked if I was okay and even gave me a blanket. So thanks for that at least!

Overall — yes, the hotel is nicely renovated and looks aesthetic, but that alone is not enough to call it a good hotel.
The hotel doesn’t listen to its guests and clearly does nothing to improve staff friendliness — and that’s a real sad.
