This hotel is located in one of the most picturesque coves in Mallorca - Cala Millor - and facing one side to the sea, and the other to Costa de Los Pinos is the largest protected ecologically clean area of the island with pine forests and cliffs. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Rest mostly tourists from Western Europe.

Location: 68 km from the airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca, in the Eastern part of the island, in the Bay of Cala Millor. Within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment centers.

Consists of one 12-storey building.

Total 230 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy, 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline), umbrellas-sun beds for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is crossed by two footpaths.

I like the Place and the beach location, however the hotel needs revamp especially with rooms not up to 4 star standards. the kitchen needs to be aware that there are more diversity in visiting Guest and paying customers, so if you are offering food with buffet then you need to be mindful of options. It was impossible for Vegetarians or Vegans to survive with the food offered and we had to manage with sandwiches from the nearest spar stores. so all in all food was awful and the rooms where not up to standards. location is good and facilities such as pool, bar, SPA massage and evening shows were good.

Very good hotel. Room was spacious and had lovely view overlooking the beach and pool. All staff were very helpful. Cleaning in rooms and around hotel grounds was excellent. Food was exceptional, lots of choice and a high standard. Only negative comment is around pool area. The beds are very very close together and as umbrella stuck into ground difficult to obtain some space and have shade at same time. As a result we didn't use the pool until very late afternoon when less people around.

Had a drink and some food in their downstairs restaurant and i wasn't very satisfied with neither drinks or food. First of all i ordered salmon sandwich and French fries, they brought them seperate and charged them seperate as well even though in the menu sandwich comes with French fries. Waiters tried their best, thank you for that. I understand it's the bar close to the pool and so all drinks got served in kind of plastic cups that i wasn't really happy about too. I didnt feel relaxed at all so i preferred to go to spend my other part of the afternoon somewhere else.

Just returned from a brilliant holiday at the CM Castell de Mar.As we pulled up outside I knew we had picked the right hotel.The hotel is spotless from top to bottom.The staff in all departments are excellent,friendly, and approachable they all seem happy in their work.

The bedrooms are good with comfortable beds.The bathroom is large with a lovely walk in shower.

The bedrooms could do with a bigger wardroom,there is room for a bigger wardrobe.

We found the food is more for the Europeans than for the British.Although we didn't starve,there was always something we found.We also found on a few occasions the food was not hot.

The outside pool is brilliant as is the inside one.

Location of the hotel is just great,right on the front 30 seconds from the beach.

The hotel is mostly catering for the German Market,we knew that before booking.We find you get a better quality hotel when catering for the European travellers.

Would we return,absolutely with out question.A great hotel with fantastic staff......gary

Excellent breakfast spread and facilities. They even have a jacuzzi and heated indoor pool. Minutes away from the beach and free parking everywhere. God I love this country.

Excellent staff
We have been here almost for one month because of relax but also for remote work. The staff and the whole approach from managemnet here was really excellent and profesional. Especially hard-working miss which prepare ,,life cooking show" with omelletes and steaks almost every breakfest and dinner is the nicest person ever :) If there will be a little bit modern rooms, better communication via official e-mail which is stuck and better internet reliability (good is in the interior cafe bar) hotel will deserve more than four stars. But rooms were cleaned precisely and thanks to all the care and service from staff we had felt like at home or in fact better like at home especially in these times. Location in the middle of bay and the closest to the beach and also all services is briliant and views beautiful.
