Liked · Excellent food, good choice of drinks, fun animators, amazing value for money in general
Disliked · Some facilities like pool table or ping pong are paid, which was strange in all inclusive hotel. Jacuzzi was cold so nobody used it. Reception was always busy, it looked like only one girl there knew how to deal with all problems.

It’s our 7th-8th? time here, first time was around 2013-2014 I think. Always felt at home here, all the staff are super friendly!! The animation crew was amazing& very welcoming, especially Soulaimane, Aldo, Davide& Anaé always happy, always active, loved it!! :) It was my firsts time actually participating in pilates, yoga, volleyball, etc. (because of the amazing crew:)).
Sometimes quite busy in the restaurant but we always tried to come in the beginning to avoid the crowd.
The only thing I would say is that I’m missing a bit of vegan food here (I am a vegan myself) but that’s it I think! Really satisfied & definitely will come back next year!

Great vacation spot for children. The hotel has beautiful spacious garden with playground. There is really good animation team. Pool is nice. The food is great and we really appreciated staff who prepared special food for our food-allergic kid. Great view from 4th floor balcony. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day.

Worse than you can imagine (food was bad, but I expected that). My rating is based on the following facts:
The night concierge called the police on my niece. Yes, the police!
She was arriving late at night with her 2.5-year-old toddler and trying to check in as quickly as possible to get her child to bed. Apparently, he felt threatened when she asked why she couldn’t park her car in the hotel car park (others from our group already had).
The police came, and the concierge continued speaking nonsense to them. He snatched her passport from her hand and then refused to return it. What a great customer service!!!
The next day, the reception staff were apologetic, but no one made an effort to rectify this horrible start to our holiday.
A week later, as I was checking out early in the morning, I had the displeasure of dealing with the same concierge again. He remarked that uneducated people come here and don’t know how to act, then boasted about his university degree.
Apparently, in his view, uneducated people don’t deserve holidays.. He was referring to my niece and blaming her for the whole fiasco.
I was speechless. What a horrible human being!
Clearly, Mariant Park Hotel in Sa Coma didn’t value our group of 25+ people who chose to spend their time and money here. For your record we all hold university degrees as if this ever mattered…
I would never recommend anyone stay at this place.

The Mariant Park Hotel in Mallorca is a lovely establishment with an excellent location. We stayed in a very spacious and beautiful room with a view of the pool. The hotel boasts a large garden area and a sizable swimming pool, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The food was varied and flavorful, though it was occasionally not as warm as one might expect, one suggestion here would be to extend the restaurant space as soon as possible, I personally wonder if the current setup could continue like this to serve the “All Inclusive” offer from the hotel. The staff in the restaurant and bar were very friendly and diligent, providing excellent service. However, the reception staff could improve in terms of friendliness. We did not receive a warm welcome upon arrival, nor were we wished a pleasant journey home upon departure.

Everything was very good. The cleaning and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very acceptable. We did not have lunch. The pool area and gardens were clean and well looked after. There was always at least one life guard on duty. Snacks and drinks during the day and evening were also good. Our room was large and clean. You can hear a little noise from the corridor and through the toilet vents. As the hotel is very family orientated, there are a lot of young children and infants therefor you will hear noise in the corridors and and through the walls. Reception is multi lingual and if you have any problems at all, they will be attended to.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel, which was few minutes away from beaches, with really helpful employees in there. We had really great stay here. Can't wait to visit them again.

This hotel is family friendly, it has good level of services, staff is friendly and competent. As for food offer, I couldn't be happier. The hotel has one letdown, and that's it's age, it would use reconstruction, but that's nothing and not going to ruin your vacation. I recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, services and location.
