Garbi Cala Millor

Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available.
Water for drinking is not available in the rooms.
For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Overall, our stay in Garbi Mallorca was pleasant, but we encountered some issues during our visit. The front desk lady's attitude was disappointing when we needed new sheets due to a room cleaning mistake. Language barrier made it harder to communicate. However, the rest of the staff was friendly, and the food was acceptable. It would have been better to have some afternoon snacks available even for purchase. We hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests.

Definitely not 4 star service. When we arrived we were given a different room than what we booked and paid for. We booked the superior room but we were given standart - quite small for 3 people. When we complained about this to the receptionist, she became very rude and argued that this is exactly what we paid for even though it clearly wasn't according to the pictures and description online (on their own website). We pointed it out to her multiple times but she completely disregarded it and kept lying to us. She also refused to speak English so I had to try and explain it in broken Spanish (mind you she did speak English until we started complaining).
After this experience we reached out to the travel agency and they arranged for us to move once the superior room became available (hotel was fully booked), we were offered complimentary drinks, free safe and beach towels. The hotel itself is quite old, the AC is not sufficient - the rooms and all the interiors were very hot. It's definitely a family-oriented hotel, lots of activities for kids, loud music around the pool all day so if you're looking for a relaxing calm vacation, look elsewhere. About 800 meters walk from the beach which was very disappointing, not enough beach umbrellas and sunbeds, no showers.
The only redeemable quality was the food, amazing variety and very tasty. The restaurant staff are very quick, friendly and efficient and there is always enough food until the very last minute.

I've heard about their good food but honestly, I was not impressed at all.
Nothing special, no variety. Breakfast is dull, every day the same. Coffee is absolutely terrible! Do not even try it.
Dinner is okay.
Rooms however are very clean and they keep them clean all the time. Which is very important. Staff is extremely helpful.
The location is also very good.
It is not good for young people. But for families with kids and/or old people it's perfect. They also organize a disco for the elderly.
