The location was amazing. Although I booked a basic room, the lovely staff specially Raul who was our check in guy upgraded it to the sea view room with a huge balcony for free. He was really nice and cheerful. Really loved the stay and the hospitality. I would love to come back to this hotel in future.

Booked a junior suite as a birthday treat... it wasn't good! Very poor customer service - woke up in the middle of the night being very warm - with no heating on. When checking temperature trying to put the Aircon on, the room temperature was 27°C . As nothing seems to happened when I switched the Aircon on, I went to reception (at 1 am as no one could sleep) where I was explained that there wasn't any Aircon available during the winter season as 'the system was set on heating' (despite Aircon being advertised on their website and booking.com). I then asked if something could be done/offered where the same above response was repeated but was suggested to open the window... During the winter, when it 6 degrees outside and noisy! I did responded that I would have to get up to close the door due to the cold at some point and that the room would become warm again. I insisted if anything could be offered where I received a surprising and cynical response 'Would you like me to make some wind'. I was definitely not expecting this from a 4 star hotel... False advertising on their website regarding facilities as it clearly mentions air-conditioning and heating!

I eventually spoke to the hotel manager for more than an hour... where no financial discount could be done from the bill despite a planned turnover of over €4,000 for rooms only for February as I saw in his office! He eventually offered a gesture (lunch meal) which I didn't accept as I had planned my trip to another place to stay.

We stayed in Winter, so the area was very quiet. The hotel itself is clean, great food and convenient. It is a fairly modern building and the dining areas was a big sterile. When we visited, most guests seemed to be German speaking.

Amazing hotel, very clean (constantly smelled clean too). Food was fantastic such a large variety, dining area felt like a restaurant, not a large canteen like most hotels. Entertainment was great. Can't fault it.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful.

Bar service poor, food & entertainment mediocre
Reception staff was helpful. Our room was big and they had into account our room preferences. The worst was the poor bar service: no attention with wrong orders and removing unfinished drink bottles without asking for permission. Latin music was mediocre. And so it was food, few choices, industrial pastries for breakfast, weak coffee, etc.
