Hotel Adonis Plaza

Basic hotel for a short stay in northern Tenerife. Good location.

Hotel Adonis Plaza enjoys a privileged location in the very center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just steps from Plaza de la Candelaria and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and key attractions. Unfortunately, despite its excellent setting, the hotel falls short in several important areas.

The overall condition of the property is noticeably outdated, with signs of wear and tear throughout. The rooms are small and sparsely furnished, lacking both comfort and aesthetic appeal. During my stay, I experienced very poor Wi-Fi reception, which made it difficult to work or stay connected—something that should be standard in any modern hotel.

The breakfast offering was limited and uninspiring, with few fresh options and little variety. While the staff were polite, the overall service lacked warmth and attention to detail.

In short, while the location is undeniably convenient, the facilities and services do not meet even basic expectations for comfort or value. I would only recommend this hotel for short stays if proximity to the city center is your absolute priority. Otherwise, I suggest exploring other accommodations that offer a better balance of quality and amenities.
