But don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good! Nearly forgot to mention, the rooftop pool & jacuzzi were a highlight for us. Loved it up there, the gym is there too

The room 410 was big with a lovely long balcony for sitting & lounging on. The bathroom was big and suitably attired. The staff in the small bar lounge were also very friendly & the service was impeccable

The bar prices were very reasonable too. Breakfast was adequate, food was good my only suggestion for improvement was maybe a bigger selection of foods at breakfast

Great views while working out! So this is a hotel worthy of its 4 star rating, great easy walk into the heart of Santa Cruz and El Corte Ingles is only a 6€ taxi ride away

Fantastic room and washroom, very comfortable at the price. Both the pool, rooftop, and the park next to the hotel were jaw dropping

My wife & I travelled to the North of the Island to meet friends who were on a cruise and we had a bit of a Saturday shop as well

Amazing place to stay and explore the island. The staff is super friendly, the food is great, the hotel very cosy. m and very impressively decorated. We felt really at home for the whole week we stayed here

The hotel is well located near the historic centre of La Laguna. The service was quite satisfactory and the facilities were spectacular with a Canarian style. I would stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy, but the outdoor corridor was bumpy and you might accidentally step on it.

It was good. It was clean and friendly. It was comfortable.

The view from my room was lovely. Very good price for what you get. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to everyone! Will definatelly return in the future, and I will recommend as well!

Perfect location, park next door was beautiful, great views from our room. We would stay there again without hesitation. Staff were wonderful, Restaurant was excellent…food drink dessertetc

You couldn't wish for a better base in the capital city Santa Cruz than the Occidental Contemporaneo. The hotel offered great service, excellent value for money with super staff

I can say that if you want to travel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife you need to choose Occidental. They are the best, I WAS satisfied from all points of view, nothing to add

Our stay on the seventh floor with a balcony was comfortable and easily accessible. Maybe the room was slightly small for a couple but the large balcony made up for it

Loved everything about this hotel. From the reception process to the room. Unfortunately they gave me 2 single beds instead of a double bed but still comfy. It's not far from downtown, can easily be reached by foot

Being a school, I found very close attention. They also have good prices. Inside one of the corridors there is a garden that gives freshness to the environment.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help you. The position of the hotel is very convenient and there is also a parking space where you can leave your car

Very impressed with the price/quality ratio. Everything was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, mini fridge, bed nicely tucked in. Uncomplicated checkin/checkout process and a quiet location.

Nice quaint hotel on the edge of town. Not very expensive. Nice rooms. On the downside: it has no lift.

Toilet seat had a cleaned tape on it, but was also visibly not clean. the morning courtesy call at 11:35, to remind me that check out was at midday. Made me feel like I was in a dormitory and a child again

A bit far away from everything. Not close to the port entry/exit for ferries which is now much closer to the Plaza Espana. Reasonable if the price is right for you, basic rooms with no fridge or Kettle

Very open to storing my bicycle, a big plus for a cyclist 😊 Great location. For the above would have given five stars. However, the bed covers where visibly really dirty

Not the best night's sleep as. noise travels from above, other rooms and particularly the corridor. Supermarket close by, as well as good places to eat

Lovely hotel and good value for money. Highlights of the trip were the turtles, the pool, and a very helpful poolside waiter, Carlos from Cuba, who was on hand for incredible smoothies, cocktails, and conversation

Also, you can change your evening meal for a three course lunch in the poolside restaurant or bar, which was useful when we had meals out. Staff were lovely, the gym is fairly extensive

Spent a lovely 3 days here after coming off a cruise, and it was a great stay. I particularly enjoyed getting up early in the morning for a refreshing swim in the pool.

We eat at lunchtime and found the food excellent and staff so pleasant to deal with always smiling and pleasant. Carlos and ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. Made our stay here one we will fondly remember

Great hotel, great location, the food was fabulous, we took half board which was a buffet breakfast plus a la carte and a la carte dinner except for Christmas Eve which was buffet and a la carte

A stylish hotel located next to large shopping centers. The parking lot is paid, but it’s a huge advantage since parking in the city is tricky. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the concert hall, less than 10 minutes walk, this hotel was specially booked for the concert, there are many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee bars around

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The corridors had music playing, which was nice during the day, but it would be better if it was turned off at night as it could be heard in the room

Centrally located and excellent rooms. I had a junior suite which had a separate room for working and relaxing. Great selection of amenities in the bathroom. The gym is small but adequate for a casual workout

Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains

I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level. They either need to make the windows sound proof since the interior rooms all face each other and probably echo, and/ or end the music earlier in the night

They do this to attract people that are not hotel guests, so there is a constant stream of people coming in who are not hotel guests. So in fact this is not a hotel, this is a bar with rooms

Great hotel, room, shower, wifi, cleaning, everything is awesome. But still I will not go back here. Because the roof top bar has DJ's and live music, making noise until well past midnight

We spent two nights at this hotel while on a hiking trip of the northern Tenerife. We had a very nice stay - the room was maybe a bit small but very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed

The hotel staff was very helpful especially Diana (I am not sure about the spelling, sorry!). The breakfast was very good quality with a variety of choices

Our room, 303, was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in for a while for the price. Very spacious, comfortable king bed, and a reasonable size balcony overlooking the pool

Despite the attractive swimming pool and garden, this is not a 'resort' hotel but a quiet hotel in the very smartest and quietest part of town

The hotel was good, great location and really helpful staff. The pool was great and so was the availability of deck chairs. The breakfast was good and quite diverse (everyone could find sth)

The staff made sure the rooms were always clean and tidy. There is a pool in the hotel but we never used it because we prefere the sea

There is a restaurant, but with a Michelin restaurant (Etereo) 10 minutes walk away across a park, and several Tripadvisor recommended places also in walking distance, in honesty there are better places to eat

The bathroom is fine, with a rainfall shower with plenty of pressure

We stayed here as we needed to get a flight from the nearby Aeroporto Tenerife Norte, a taxi was called for us in the morning and picked us up three minutes later! If you want to eat nearby Majamon is fantastic 😋

The rooms are spotless clean, great breakfast and staff! It's about 1 km from the center of the city, a short walk of 10 minutes or one can take the tram just in front of the B&B

Good hotell, comfortable beeds, lovely staff, nice breakfast (although the coffee could be better) and 20 min walk from the city center. Recommend!!! ☺️
