But don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good! Nearly forgot to mention, the rooftop pool & jacuzzi were a highlight for us. Loved it up there, the gym is there too

The room 410 was big with a lovely long balcony for sitting & lounging on. The bathroom was big and suitably attired. The staff in the small bar lounge were also very friendly & the service was impeccable

The bar prices were very reasonable too. Breakfast was adequate, food was good my only suggestion for improvement was maybe a bigger selection of foods at breakfast

Great views while working out! So this is a hotel worthy of its 4 star rating, great easy walk into the heart of Santa Cruz and El Corte Ingles is only a 6€ taxi ride away

Fantastic room and washroom, very comfortable at the price. Both the pool, rooftop, and the park next to the hotel were jaw dropping

My wife & I travelled to the North of the Island to meet friends who were on a cruise and we had a bit of a Saturday shop as well

This hotel is really beautiful and it has all the comforts, and it's near the centre of Santa Cruz. Staff is really kind and can help you for whatever you need. Beautiful view of the city and the sea.

Nearby is the port, cruise terminal. The bus station is also nearby, 15 min. Standard breakfasts, you won't go hungry. The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing

Excellent price for a big room with all the amenities, perfect location and even better staff. If you are in Santa Cruz for 2-3 days and you are at the hotel just to have a shower or sleep, this is perfect

We lucked out a got a penthouse unit with a large terrace with city view. Breakfast served way before local cafes open. Clean modern parking available underground nearby 10€ per day

Not a bad hotel in the very center of the city, there are many restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. The room itself is small, and it was a bit dirty. The breakfast was quite weak, and not tasty.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.

I was so happy! 😍 The service is also great and the staffs were cool from the reception to the limpiezas. The breakfast is also amazing! The only thing I am not happy is the faucet that only provides hot water

I was here last December 3, 2016 and I asked for a room where I can see a good view of Tenerife, and the day of my check-in, I was surprised that they put me in a room with a roof top

Very impressed with the price/quality ratio. Everything was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, mini fridge, bed nicely tucked in. Uncomplicated checkin/checkout process and a quiet location.

Toilet seat had a cleaned tape on it, but was also visibly not clean. the morning courtesy call at 11:35, to remind me that check out was at midday. Made me feel like I was in a dormitory and a child again

A bit far away from everything. Not close to the port entry/exit for ferries which is now much closer to the Plaza Espana. Reasonable if the price is right for you, basic rooms with no fridge or Kettle

Not the best night's sleep as. noise travels from above, other rooms and particularly the corridor. Supermarket close by, as well as good places to eat

I loved the service, the cleanliness and the amenities in this hotel. The turtle pool is delightful!

Also, you can change your evening meal for a three course lunch in the poolside restaurant or bar, which was useful when we had meals out. Staff were lovely, the gym is fairly extensive

It was amazing to relax by the pool all day, with towels provided, a life guard present at times, and the totally fabulous Carlos who kept refreshing beverages flowing all day

We eat at lunchtime and found the food excellent and staff so pleasant to deal with always smiling and pleasant. Carlos and ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. Made our stay here one we will fondly remember

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the concert hall, less than 10 minutes walk, this hotel was specially booked for the concert, there are many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee bars around

I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level. They either need to make the windows sound proof since the interior rooms all face each other and probably echo, and/ or end the music earlier in the night

They do this to attract people that are not hotel guests, so there is a constant stream of people coming in who are not hotel guests. So in fact this is not a hotel, this is a bar with rooms

Great hotel, room, shower, wifi, cleaning, everything is awesome. But still I will not go back here. Because the roof top bar has DJ's and live music, making noise until well past midnight

Breakfast was lovely and quiet, with some self service options and a hot breakfast brought out from the kitchen. We love Principe Paz and we will keep coming here whilst visiting family in Tenerife!

The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful

We have stayed in a Junior Suite (rooms 302 and 202} for 3 weeks the last 2 winters. It is a modest size hotel in the inner suburbs next to the Rambla and close to wonderful town gardens

This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars for the review, as its very old and in need of a renovation, but I feel to give 5 stars because of the receptionists wich were all very nice, helpful and welcoming

It didn't have air conditioning, just a single-speed fan. You have to ask for a hairdryer at reception, and they give you a wall-mounted one, but it's loose
