I stayed in this hotel five nights in June 2025. Clean, Professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Room was clean with good furniture. Daily room cleaning and makeup was done very well. The air conditioning was very good

Hotel Adonis Plaza enjoys a privileged location in the very center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just steps from Plaza de la Candelaria and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and key attractions

Unfortunately, despite its excellent setting, the hotel falls short in several important areas. The overall condition of the property is noticeably outdated, with signs of wear and tear throughout

The breakfast offering was limited and uninspiring, with few fresh options and little variety. While the staff were polite, the overall service lacked warmth and attention to detail

During my stay, I experienced very poor Wi-Fi reception, which made it difficult to work or stay connected—something that should be standard in any modern hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.

It's a super hotel right in the centre of Santa Cruz and not too expensive. Lovely friendly staff who are very helpful and speak many languages

I often stay there as a kinda "city break" before I go onwards to the amazing mountains of Tenerife

Even the hotel is not in the city centre, it has a good location, near the harbour, and only a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre. There is a nice walking route at the ocean front with georgeous plants.

Toilet seat had a cleaned tape on it, but was also visibly not clean. the morning courtesy call at 11:35, to remind me that check out was at midday. Made me feel like I was in a dormitory and a child again

Very impressed with the price/quality ratio. Everything was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, mini fridge, bed nicely tucked in. Uncomplicated checkin/checkout process and a quiet location.

Good location, big room with balcony. But there were some great minuses… The towels were dirty, with someone’s hair inside! The trash bin in toilet was not emptied after previous guests

I loved the service, the cleanliness and the amenities in this hotel. The turtle pool is delightful!

Also, you can change your evening meal for a three course lunch in the poolside restaurant or bar, which was useful when we had meals out. Staff were lovely, the gym is fairly extensive

It was amazing to relax by the pool all day, with towels provided, a life guard present at times, and the totally fabulous Carlos who kept refreshing beverages flowing all day

We eat at lunchtime and found the food excellent and staff so pleasant to deal with always smiling and pleasant. Carlos and ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. Made our stay here one we will fondly remember

Great hotel, great location, the food was fabulous, we took half board which was a buffet breakfast plus a la carte and a la carte dinner except for Christmas Eve which was buffet and a la carte

The room was spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. There was a 1L glass water bottle in the room, and you had to go to the corridor outside to get drinking water

five minutes walk away is the older part of the city centre with lovely Squares with shopping and coffee shops has yacht club lovey walks and great public transport well worth a look

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the concert hall, less than 10 minutes walk, this hotel was specially booked for the concert, there are many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee bars around

This is really frustrating because the room itself is modern and generally in good condition, and the staff are really good. If the room had been properly clean, this would easily have been a 5-star review

We had a junior suite, which was spacious and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, it was not especially clean, which is why I cannot give a higher rating

There was a large stain on part of the floor, several stains on the walls, the drapes had holes in them, and the bathroom smelled of mildew

Modern hotel, well maintained, the bedroom had more than what I needed (all furniture: desk and chair, armchair and tea table, tv, wardrobe, bedside tables). Beautiful shower and big sink area and mirrors

About noise, if you're visiting during the Carnival, the location is super central so obviously this also means you can't have a decent quality sleep (even if you're at the top floors and not over the park), which can be disappointing as the hotel isn't cheap

In relation to location, the hotel is bang in the centre of Santa Cruz; five minutes walk away from the nearest tram stop. The city’s main bus station is only two tram stops away

Good service and security at reception. The strange thing is that I didn't notice any bathroom ventilation, which I'd expect if the bathroom has no window as it was the case

The pool on the roof did not work - this was very disappointing. For some reason, there is no toilet brush or hygienic shower in the toilet

There is not enough parking nearby and it is difficult to drive up in a personal car. We did not use the hotel parking, because we read reviews that it is very narrow

The path leading to the parking lot is a bit difficult to drive, so you need to be careful.

Clean property. Nice staff. I got in late and tired due to flight delays. Staff was very nice, gave me free room upgrade. Easy to get to by car, park in the underground garage at Plaza de España, 2-3 minute walk.

Parking lots cannot be reserved, so if you want to park, it's better to check in early. Considering the location and cleanliness, I was very grateful to be able to stay at such a reasonable price!

The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife

However, if there was no festival, I don't think it would be a problem. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was already full, so I parked in a nearby parking lot for a fee

I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options
