But don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good! Nearly forgot to mention, the rooftop pool & jacuzzi were a highlight for us. Loved it up there, the gym is there too

The room 410 was big with a lovely long balcony for sitting & lounging on. The bathroom was big and suitably attired. The staff in the small bar lounge were also very friendly & the service was impeccable

The bar prices were very reasonable too. Breakfast was adequate, food was good my only suggestion for improvement was maybe a bigger selection of foods at breakfast

Great views while working out! So this is a hotel worthy of its 4 star rating, great easy walk into the heart of Santa Cruz and El Corte Ingles is only a 6€ taxi ride away

This hotel is really beautiful and it has all the comforts, and it's near the centre of Santa Cruz. Staff is really kind and can help you for whatever you need. Beautiful view of the city and the sea.

We lucked out a got a penthouse unit with a large terrace with city view. Breakfast served way before local cafes open. Clean modern parking available underground nearby 10€ per day

Location is amazing (same as Marriott, really), but please immediately do something about the ac pilots. It is not okay to show something so dirty to the guests. Makes us wonder how the kitchen looks like.

Fabulous stay here for two nights. Hotel being refurbished but we were not affected by work at all. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good and it’s the best place to stay for everything

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the concert hall, less than 10 minutes walk, this hotel was specially booked for the concert, there are many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee bars around

Great hotel, great location, the food was fabulous, we took half board which was a buffet breakfast plus a la carte and a la carte dinner except for Christmas Eve which was buffet and a la carte

Some reviews on here are critical of the star rating, but having stayed in many hotels around the world in my opinion the Iberostar Heritage fully deserves its five star rating and every day during our visit it lived up to its five stars

Breakfast was lovely and quiet, with some self service options and a hot breakfast brought out from the kitchen. We love Principe Paz and we will keep coming here whilst visiting family in Tenerife!

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We had booked a suite which was well worth the money,spacious, spotless and a balcony with a pool view. Only wish we had stayed longer

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Colón Rambla, the pool area is great for relaxing after exploring the city and we had a lovely balcony with a green view over the pool and the edge of the city

Great place to stay as the town is just a 15 minute walk and beach 5 minutes longer. Bus service is just outside the hotel and taxi service is available too

We eat a few times at the hotel restaurant and the food was same price as most of the restaurants with delicious food. We had their fish paella and were well impressed. Breakfast is standard but reasonable indeed

I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level. They either need to make the windows sound proof since the interior rooms all face each other and probably echo, and/ or end the music earlier in the night

They do this to attract people that are not hotel guests, so there is a constant stream of people coming in who are not hotel guests. So in fact this is not a hotel, this is a bar with rooms

The room has a window to a internal patio area, which we liked it, as it provided it peace an quite environment away from the main shopping street area outside the hotel, the ceiling fan was very needed for us

Great cheap hotel with air con in room, situated in the centre of Santa Cruz. Its an ideal stop over hotel and would recommend for a night in the capitol.

This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars for the review, as its very old and in need of a renovation, but I feel to give 5 stars because of the receptionists wich were all very nice, helpful and welcoming
