A stylish hotel located next to large shopping centers. The parking lot is paid, but it’s a huge advantage since parking in the city is tricky. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

Good 4-star hotel to stay. Good breakfast, nice elevator view, underground parking for guests. Quite nice cocktails from the build-in SOOK bar 😋 Also great gym (Macro Fit) to see right from the elevator - only 7€ a day 💪

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The corridors had music playing, which was nice during the day, but it would be better if it was turned off at night as it could be heard in the room

Breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but there was enough to find something satisfying. The spa area on the top floor was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city and the distant Anaga Mountains

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the relaxation area near our room in the corridor, where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, small desserts, and fruits

Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, brilliant rooms, great hot tub and sauna, delectable breakfasts. Very accepting of our large group.

Brilliant stay, the staff were so helpful with all of our enquiries! the hotel was spotless throughout! Rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday! The hotel is stunning from top to bottom! Great gym, spa and outdoor pool! Lots to do in the area, nice restaurants and a beautiful park to walk through to get to the main city! We will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends! Great hotel, great location, the food was fabulous, we took half board which was a buffet breakfast plus a la carte and a la carte dinner except for Christmas Eve which was buffet and a la carte

Our first city break away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts and we have not been disappointed. Perfectly situated close to a lovely park and within easy walking distance of town centre

Also, you can change your evening meal for a three course lunch in the poolside restaurant or bar, which was useful when we had meals out. Staff were lovely, the gym is fairly extensive

Lovely hotel and good value for money. Highlights of the trip were the turtles, the pool, and a very helpful poolside waiter, Carlos from Cuba, who was on hand for incredible smoothies, cocktails, and conversation

Some reviews on here are critical of the star rating, but having stayed in many hotels around the world in my opinion the Iberostar Heritage fully deserves its five star rating and every day during our visit it lived up to its five stars

But don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good! Nearly forgot to mention, the rooftop pool & jacuzzi were a highlight for us. Loved it up there, the gym is there too

The room 410 was big with a lovely long balcony for sitting & lounging on. The bathroom was big and suitably attired. The staff in the small bar lounge were also very friendly & the service was impeccable

The bar prices were very reasonable too. Breakfast was adequate, food was good my only suggestion for improvement was maybe a bigger selection of foods at breakfast

Great views while working out! So this is a hotel worthy of its 4 star rating, great easy walk into the heart of Santa Cruz and El Corte Ingles is only a 6€ taxi ride away

On top you'll have an amazing view of Santa Cruz and free access to a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Rooms are well sized and clean

My wife & I travelled to the North of the Island to meet friends who were on a cruise and we had a bit of a Saturday shop as well

Excellent price for a big room with all the amenities, perfect location and even better staff. If you are in Santa Cruz for 2-3 days and you are at the hotel just to have a shower or sleep, this is perfect

We lucked out a got a penthouse unit with a large terrace with city view. Breakfast served way before local cafes open. Clean modern parking available underground nearby 10€ per day

One of the best staff employees I have seen in the business: calm, collected, very communicative and deeply understanding. Hope the hotel knows what an excellent staff they have

Right on Plaza Calendaria; close to many tree lined walking streets

Location is amazing (same as Marriott, really), but please immediately do something about the ac pilots. It is not okay to show something so dirty to the guests. Makes us wonder how the kitchen looks like.

Fabulous stay here for two nights. Hotel being refurbished but we were not affected by work at all. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good and it’s the best place to stay for everything

Execellent city break hotel and most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! Close to everything, based on Las Ramblas, park right beside and on a bus route into the city.

This hotel is really beautiful and it has all the comforts, and it's near the centre of Santa Cruz. Staff is really kind and can help you for whatever you need. Beautiful view of the city and the sea.

The breakfast was excellent with friendly professional staff. Close enough to the city centre to walk, but with frequent buses nearby. The next time I visit Santa Cruz I will certainly stay here again

The hotel is located in a nice area within easy reach of the city centre. Rooms are quite spacious but the beds are slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise, the breakfast is very good with an extensive range.

Toilet seat had a cleaned tape on it, but was also visibly not clean. the morning courtesy call at 11:35, to remind me that check out was at midday. Made me feel like I was in a dormitory and a child again

A bit far away from everything. Not close to the port entry/exit for ferries which is now much closer to the Plaza Espana. Reasonable if the price is right for you, basic rooms with no fridge or Kettle

It was a good location for nightlife. The service was exceptional. Amenities were great. I chose to add breakfast, which I had in the hotel next door. I thought Minibar wasn't big enough.

AMAZING! We celebrated our wedding yesterday evening and it was awesome! Many many thanks from the bottom of our hearts to Marta and her incredible staff! From decoration to the menu, from committment to availability, we are so grateful that last night's event was made possible and we take our hat off to them for their hard work

Breakfast was lovely and quiet, with some self service options and a hot breakfast brought out from the kitchen. We love Principe Paz and we will keep coming here whilst visiting family in Tenerife!

The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful

Hotel NH Tenerife is a wonderful hotel. I stayed for one night and greatly enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean, mini bar in the mini fridge, and temperature control is great! I highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Colón Rambla, the pool area is great for relaxing after exploring the city and we had a lovely balcony with a green view over the pool and the edge of the city

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.

I was so happy! 😍 The service is also great and the staffs were cool from the reception to the limpiezas. The breakfast is also amazing! The only thing I am not happy is the faucet that only provides hot water

I was here last December 3, 2016 and I asked for a room where I can see a good view of Tenerife, and the day of my check-in, I was surprised that they put me in a room with a roof top

Very nice hotel, kind owner, a lady who loves art Her hotel has a gallery full of beautiful things, some for sale. Near the heart of the city.

This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars for the review, as its very old and in need of a renovation, but I feel to give 5 stars because of the receptionists wich were all very nice, helpful and welcoming

I think that if you want to stay longer, it is better to ask for a larger room; They have wifi in the rooms and it works!! That detail is greatly appreciated, both the girl and the boy that we have seen at the reception are very kind, by the way, the reception of this hotel is at the other entrance

I finally found my favorite hotel in the city. I must say the vintage building and the healthy plants are just amazing

The staff were always quick to try to remedy the issue, but the kitchen was never able to complete any of our basic orders due to ingredient shortages, despite everything being available to purchase

The staff are warm and friendly -- they even surprised us with a birthday muffin on the day of my girlfriends birthday. Our room was clean, inviting, and included a large waterfall shower
