Great hotel, great location, the food was fabulous, we took half board which was a buffet breakfast plus a la carte and a la carte dinner except for Christmas Eve which was buffet and a la carte. I visited last year for my honeymoon and I loved the place! We had a beautiful and romantic room overlooking the canary patio and the service was wonderful! A fantastic location within walking distance to all the attractions La Laguna has to offer. A beautiful heritage building facade, a beautiful foyer and cafe setting and an elegant wine bar that offers a variety of quality local wines and cheeses. Very well located, walking distance from pretty much anything in Santa Cruz. The hotel is modern and fresh, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Although we did get one with a small window into a side street, so it was very dark all the time. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and top quality.

Went for a company meeting. The facilities were ok and the staff really friendly and helpful. They set up the room pretty fast and accommodated a couple changes needed without hesitation. Lunch was dealt mostly mechanically, couldn't say it was particularly good, just about right.

Good location, good place, and good service. Just some issues with parking spaces for your car. Advertising in Expedia says that it has parking. Advice, make sure you get to their garage before everyone, because for sure you are going to have to walk around finding parking space on the street or paying for a meter one.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with friendly professional staff. Close enough to the city centre to walk, but with frequent buses nearby. The next time I visit Santa Cruz I will certainly stay here again.

This is a hotel I visit frequently and in my opinion one of the best in the capital. On one night the air conditioning wasn't working well but thanks to Alejandro on reception I was found a cooler room eventhough it was fully booked. Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable bed, great roof top pool bar and very good location. It's right off the main high street.

Loved everything about this hotel. From the reception process to the room. Unfortunately they gave me 2 single beds instead of a double bed but still comfy. It's not far from downtown, can easily be reached by foot. If you're lazy there are plenty of bus stops nearby that can take you anywhere in the city.

Food was ok. The service was really amazing! But the food was ok. A lot of pork. A lot of dishes that didn't seem inventive. I heard the hotel was nice though, and worth 4 stars.

The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very cozy, but it offers little for its price tag that a simple youth hostel wouldn't do for a third or fourth of the cost. The lack of electrical sockets next to the beds, and the lack of cutlery in the room's little kitchen, makes the comparison to a youth hostel even more relevant - they'd always have both those things.

Correct 4-star hotell. My room was a little bit older, others in the group had better. Food very good and breakfast perfectly OK.

To be honest this hotel will surprise you. I think it's above a 4 start, the spa was great the staff was ok could be a but better but not complains. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic night or if you want to do something different than stay in a beach hotel in Tenerife.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Colón Rambla, the pool area is great for relaxing after exploring the city and we had a lovely balcony with a green view over the pool and the edge of the city. What a lovely place! Great looking rooms, very friendly and helpful host and a delicious breakfast. We stayed here as we needed to get a flight from the nearby Aeroporto Tenerife Norte, a taxi was called for us in the morning and picked us up three minutes later!
