My wife & I travelled to the North of the Island to meet friends who were on a cruise and we had a bit of a Saturday shop as well. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful, we arrived early before 1pm and parked our car in the underground carpark. Hotel looks nice, good public spaces, roof top area has lovely views. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. But the air con in the room didnt work, and after reporting it was still the same. Room had good amenities, only a tiny balcony, no drawers in room, not alot of lighting. We had a superior room, which was tiny. Location was good.

Our stay on the seventh floor with a balcony was comfortable and easily accessible. Maybe the room was slightly small for a couple but the large balcony made up for it. There was a fair selection of food at the buffet breakfast but not ideal for a vegetarian.

Very nice hotel, well mantained and clean. There are many facilities in the hotel like swimming pool and a gym. The food of the restaurant is quite nice and the breakfast has a big choice. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you. The position of the hotel is very convenient and there is also a parking space where you can leave your car.

Its 2-star hotel perfected. Excellent price for a big room with all the amenities, perfect location and even better staff. Fabulous stay here for two nights . Hotel being refurbished but we were not affected by work at all . Staff very friendly, breakfast was good and it’s the best place to stay for everything. Even has the tourist information building next door !!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.

Tricky to find and get car parked it involves driving the wrong way down a no entry. Rooms could do with an upgrade cigateeyeburns on edge of the bath. One morning no breakfast on sight had to walk to the other hotel? Could be better

It's a super hotel right in the centre of Santa Cruz and not too expensive. Lovely friendly staff who are very helpful and speak many languages. I often stay there as a kinda "city break" before I go onwards to the amazing mountains of Tenerife. Great place.

Reasonable if the price is right for you, basic rooms with no fridge or Kettle. Not the best night's sleep as.noise travels from above, other rooms and particularly the corridor. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice pedestrian street. Rooms are super spacious and have a quirky old style. It was, still, a bit cold Luckily we got a heater but a kettle for hot water could also help. Also we wish they had double beds.

The hotel is well located in La Laguna. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room were clean. Ideal for a few nights. The walls and windows are quite thin so you get to hear people on the streets at night.

Excellent restaurant, with daily menu changes. Very pleasant sitting outside on the terrace for both breakfast and dinner. Evening is a great experience of courses not just a fast dinner. Our second evening both Nestor and Guiseppe have been informative and good hosts.

We’ve had a glorious stay for our summer break. The reception staff, especially Sharon, were fabulous. The food was lovely and the waiting staff were great, even in busy times. It was amazing to relax by the pool all day, with towels provided, a life guard present at times, and the totally fabulous Carlos who kept refreshing beverages flowing all day. I visited last year for my honeymoon and I loved the place! We had a beautiful and romantic room overlooking the canary patio and the service was wonderful! The pool has food service and an amazing view of the mountains, it truly felt like paradise. Breakfast is highly recommended, great value and nice restaurant area!

Food was ok. The service was really amazing! But the food was ok. A lot of pork. A lot of dishes that didn't seem inventive. I heard the hotel was nice though, and worth 4 stars.

The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very cozy, but it offers little for its price tag that a simple youth hostel wouldn't do for a third or fourth of the cost. The lack of electrical sockets next to the beds, and the lack of cutlery in the room's little kitchen, makes the comparison to a youth hostel even more relevant - they'd always have both those things.

Correct 4-star hotell. My room was a little bit older, others in the group had better. Food very good and breakfast perfectly OK.

To be honest this hotel will surprise you. I think it's above a 4 start, the spa was great the staff was ok could be a but better but not complains. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic night or if you want to do something different than stay in a beach hotel in Tenerife.

A basic hotel, well located right in the middle of shopping streets. Room is clean and sufficiently provided, the cleaning crew were very detailed. Breakfast were OK. Wonderful hotel. Very clean and well fitted our. The staff were all extremely friendly and were extremely amenable. The only 'slightly downside for us was the distance from the centre of Santa Cruz. It was probably just 5 minutes walk further than ideal. However, it was a quiet location because of that.

Ideal location - the Rambla is wonderful and nearby park is beautiful. Many cafes and shops in walking distance. The staff is very kind. Parking is tight but appreciated. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Colón Rambla, the pool area is great for relaxing after exploring the city and we had a lovely balcony with a green view over the pool and the edge of the city. We were able to drive to it easy and even managed to find free parking on the street. It's a 10 minute walk into town with a great park really close by. The room was a bit dated but the bed was very comfortable...

Great place to stay as the town is just a 15 minute walk and beach 5 minutes longer. Bus service is just outside the hotel and taxi service is available too. We stayed here as we needed to get a flight from the nearby Aeroporto Tenerife Norte, a taxi was called for us in the morning and picked us up three minutes later! The hotel is nice and the breakfast is fantastic (especially if you eat gluten free). I was having a good stay until the rooftop bar began blasting its music. I had an interior room with no outside window (super small/ Dark), and I couldn’t go to sleep until 2 AM because even after the music stopped, I could hear staff. I asked the desk if they have ear plugs, and they do not. I wouldn’t stay here...

Great hotel, room, shower, wifi, cleaning, everything is awesome. But still I will not go back here. Because the roof top bar has DJ's and live music, making noise until well past midnight. So I could not sleep. They do this to attract people that are not hotel guests, so there is a constant stream of people coming in who are not hotel guests. Excellent hotel based in the heart of Santa Cruz. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, and rooftop is a great addition, where you can find the swimming pool and a nice bar.
